The two Narita airport Toyoko Inn's were attached to each other and located in an out of the way area near Narita Terminal 3. The buildings look new. Check was all done via automation kiosks. The rooms feel quite new and up to date. Facilities are pretty good with washers and dryers in the lobby along with the requisite Japanese convenience store and self serve luggage storage. Their airport shuttles uses nice big buses. However service frequency to Terminal 3 is very limited. If you are flying in/out of T3 beware. T3 is where budget airlines are located. We walked from T3 to the hotel and it was a difficult walk although possible. Size-wise the rooms here are quite compact.If you have large suitcases or more than 2 roll aboard cases you will have trouble fitting them in the room. The beds were comfortable and room was quiet. The free breakfast is acceptable. The breakfast area is very large and can accommodate a lot of guests. If convenience store food choices are not adequate, consider taking the shuttle to T1/T2 where there are a lot of choices. If you missed the last return shuttle you are on your own. For a no frills overnight stay at Narita these two Toyoko Inns are quite serviceable.

Easy check in hassle free buses for pickup and drop of to airport (20 min intervals - takes about 5 minutes to get to hotel ) , seven 11 downstairs and awesome hearty breakfast.

5/4からの台湾行きの便が早朝だったため、 5/3に前泊しました。想像以上に広い部屋でゆったり過ごす事が出来ました。また、空港へのシャトルバスも非常に助かりました。ただ、ホテル内のローソンが非常に狭く、人がすれ違うことも困難な程の混雑ぶりでした。それ以外はとても良かったです。

Main area had statue of lady with harp. The grand piano self played and the foot pedals moved also. The music was good. The in house laundry mat was good. The water cooler in lobby was great as you never had to run out of water. Saved so did not have to throw away extra plastic water bottles. In house convenience store appreciated for grabbing snacks. The only thing I did not like was no seating in the lobby. The message was no relaxing in the lobby. Get to your room and keep out of lobby.

Good breakfast..great price for a short overnight stay. Room was clean, mattress a little hard but still slept well. A small Family Mart store downstairs is very convenient. The bus shuttle runs really well to International terminals. Polite staff.

This Toyoko Inn was rather large and many tourists stay here being so close to the airport. I found bugs flying in my room so it was rather unclean. The Lawson on the 1st is very convince although it can get crowded.

まず、驚いたのは、部屋が清掃されてなくてとても気持ち悪かった点。部屋を出てフロントに連絡し、部屋は替えてもらったが、疲れてホテルに着いたのに気持ち悪くて全くリラックスできなかった。また、チェックインの時に宿泊客の方に話しかけていた女性スタッフさんが居たが、反応が無く外人だと思ったのか、それについてブツブツ言っており、その内容が私にも聞こえてきて不快だった。宿泊客は実は日本の方で、話しかけられていた事に気がついて、その後返事をしていたが、国内外問わず、フロントにいるスタッフがゲストに向けて発言すべき内容なのかわからないのか？成田空港という立地、入国、出国する方も多数。ホテルの宿泊客の中には日本語が解る人も沢山宿泊するわけで、私には感じよく対応してくれたけれど、ちょっと聞こえてない状況だとこういう風に言われちゃうんだなと思って、なんだか残念でした。

The room reeked of smoke, AC didn’t work, no English speaking tv options. Bed was like sleeping on a pine board, the pillow like a sand bag. The bathroom smelled of sewage…not a good experience. Only hotel available because of cancelled flights, now I know why.

とても綺麗で窓から滑走路が見えて良い景色でした。ターミナルまで送迎バスで5分なので慌てず安心出来ました。一階にローソンがあるのもとても良かったです。わがままなら要望を書くと、朝一番の飛行機に乗ろうと思うと6:30からの朝食を食べれなかったので残念でした。が、また機会あれば利用させて貰いたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

Absolutely dreadful experience at Tokyo inn Narita. Without any prior warning, a staff member barged into our room before 10 AM, aggressively demanding immediate payment or our immediate departure. Shockingly, he even attempted to physically grab our belongings, nearly escalating into a physical altercation. This outrageous behavior was completely unacceptable and left us feeling unsafe and violated. Our stay was an unexpected, last-minute stopover due to a flight delay, but we deeply regret choosing this hotel. Both guests were 75 and 77 respectfully - Never again! What a dump

1. Clear distinction between buildings and signage on arrival - on arrival everyone goes to the same entrance and rushed to use self-checking machine by non English speaking staff. Except that when your passport doesn’t scan/your name is not recognised by the system, then staff realises that you are in the wrong building! Confusing and frustrating experience. 2. More staff speaking basic English would be helpful.

We weren’t greeted by a single staff person. It’s odd, but after a long day of travel you want to have someone say hello to you and greet you with a smile. We checked in, stayed two nights and checked out all without ever speaking to someone who worked there. You check in and out on a kiosk. The airport shuttle was very convenient, but when you’re at the hotel there’s nothing walkable to do around it. The mattresses are incredibly hard. The free breakfast was nice but it was all cold. It’s certainly convenient to and from the airport, but otherwise not an ideal stay.

Breakfast was very good, room was fine and shower was very good. Internet sufficient and bed was very nice although some folks will find it too hard. Air conditioning very good. Transport by hotel bus not straightforward and the hotel never replied to my request for info. Go to island 16 in terminal 1 and look for agua blue bus.

There was a lot of people on the shuttle to the same hotel so I was worried it would take forever to check us in. Fortunately, the hotel had self-checkin machines that made the process smooth and fast.

I would rate this in as very high with the only exception that there’s no place to get food and no food on the premises other than the grocery store. The grocery store is awesome, but a restaurant would certainly be much better or even one within walking distance would be much better. The options for a restaurant are either a taxi or take the hotel bus back to the airport and use a restaurant there which is a great option.

Room was larger than I thought. Lots of space. Clean. Elevator conveniently located. Nothing special but good breakfast, which was included.Shuttle bus is often and efficient. Close to airport. Quite far for shopping. Used shuttle daily and then train. Shuttle is only to/from airport but still useful. Simple, no frills, but still worth the value. I would stay again

This is a new hotel and therefore very clean and tidy. There isn't any restaurant nearby. They do have a 'store' which sells a variety of hot and cold snacks. They will not let you into your room until exactly 15:00 and are persistent that you leave by 10:00. A little leeway on either end would help.

成田発の朝便は前日泊の宿として利用しています。一時帰国で利用したため、久しぶりの宿泊でした。コロナ前後と比べると宿泊客が大幅に増加しており、空港シャトルバスは満席となる状況でした。また朝食は新館は5時半から食べられましたが、カレーのみと寂しい状況です。以前は同じ時間帯でも新館でも品数豊富だったのが、バイキング形式の朝食は新館の利用時間の6時間開始を待たなければならないことは残念でした。

成田空港を利用する場合等は近くて便利な面がありますが、夕食等は外、又はホテル内のコンビニで済ませる必要がある為、周辺に飲食店が少ない(多少車で走らないとない)のと、朝食ビュッフェがかなりの宿泊客がいる為、席の確保から、食事を並んで用意するまでの時間が大変長かったです。
