Clean room and attentive staff. My tv wasn’t working and I called the front desk. Within 5 minutes someone came and fixed the issue for me. The pool/hot tub and gym were nice add ons. For the price this was a great place to stay. The parking lot is huge and it’s easy to find parking

The main thing was that the hot tub water was green, and I was told that that is the color to be expected period I was never offered a new room or any other accommodation. Management was zero help

Hotel room was nice hot tub was great. Breakfast was good. Young lady who took care of Breakfast bar was constantly refilling and cleaning the bar. Didn't use the pool (which this little fish wanted most) it was very cloudy and had a very strong chlorine smell. You could smell the chlorine as soon asyou entered the lobby.???

Front desk staff did not indicate that there was a ramp to use to take my luggage from the first to the second floor when I asked about an elevator on check in, so I carried it up the steps only to later find a ramp on the other end of the hall. Later, front desk helped to resolve my desk lamp that was not working. They didn´t stop until I had a workable lamp! Public area carpets and floors were dirty for the whole stay. Hot tub did not work. They ran out of fruit and yogurt for the 2nd day´s breakfast, so there were no healthy options to have.

We were offered three different rooms, each one more unsanitary than the next (hairs left on the shower and bathtub, french fries and food debris on the floor, long hairs all over the sheets under the covers). Could not stay, and so wasted our money here and still had to find accommodations elsewhere. On top of that, Hotels.com was no help in advocating or securing a refund.

Had to have them change the pillow cases at arrival. They had makeup all over. Woke up my first night of the stay super itchy... checked the bed didn't find anything woke up the second night and found bedbugs on the bed. I immediately went to the front desk asked for a bag and put all my things in it and went straight to the laundromat. Will not ever stay there again even if its free... Very disappointing Get it together!!!

The room was extremely dirty. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom and on the sheets of the bed the floor was almost black with dirt the entire hotel smelled of pot and chlorine.. The staff knocked on my door telling me my sister had to leave even though she came to pick me up because I have a broken leg. They said it’s against policy to have any visitors. It was not stated anywhere on the booking. I have multiple pictures of how filthy the entire place was the amount of noise in the hallways by the staff in the morning was ridiculous. I requested extra garbage bags by three different people and no one showed up so I went out and bought them myself.. The towels already had dirt on them and what looked like blood. There was remnants left from the previous person who stayed in the room lots of garbage.. The elevator did not work and the person checking me in was extremely nasty and said the top floor needs to be thrown away.. when I requested the bottom floor for the broken leg he stated it’s a holiday. You get what you get.. we even booked another hotel just to get out of that one. It was a terrible stay. I thought the Ramada had a good name. I was a very wrong. I would never go back to another Ramada. There was a used condom at the bottom of my bed on the floor and someone’s hair all over the bathroom. I refuse to take a shower there . I travel a lot and that was a horrible experience. The amount of chlorine in the pool area was burning everyone’s eyes

I was surprised by how much I loved this place and the value for what you get. I had a large king with an in-room jacuzzi, and it was so relaxing and wonderful. The pool/spa area was OK - it was always out of towels and in a high-traffic area. The gym could use some weights that actually match, which is something important to me. But with easy guest laundry, in-room relaxation, and free breakfast, I give this place 5 stars. I travel often to PA and I will definitely be back.

Pulling into the place was a bit odd. Definitely needs work for first appearances because we saw chairs on the restaurant roof that is connected the hotel? I️ don’t know bit shady looking but plenty of parking! Only issue I️ have is how they “offered” pay at property but would charge you beforehand because it’s policy. Do not offer that if that is not the case. I wanted to pay in cash yet not an option, bummer! The two gentleman that helped us seemed a bit overwhelmed and even stop other guest to confirm they stayed there. I️ don’t think they trust people who stay there but it was a bit odd too see. Also, is there no a/c in the breakfast area???? Like why was it unbelievably hot and stuffy. Also there was many postings of “please be grateful for eating, do not wasting food”. We got it at the first two but the additional ones was crazy. Anyways, rooms were super cold which I️ enjoy and the design was lovely definitely has been renovated recently.

Everyone was so friendly, the room was clean and well put together loved how there was lighting in the headboard for when eveone was sleeping and I wanted to read and I enjoyed how the pool was closed off and you could only use the room key to enter. Would definitely stay again!

The location was great but our room was not so much. The bed was extra firm. Our family stayed on the 3rd floor and had more comfortable beds so we know it wasn’t the entire hotel. The air conditioning unit sounded like it had cicadas singing arrhythmically because the unit needed maintenance. The door to the room had a massive gap to the hallway and I had to use multiple towels to stuff in there, loosing one in the process to the hallway because of how large the gap was. The hotel was clean and the staff nice.

The King size beds are a nice height from the floor. I am only 4 foot 8 inches, and, in most hotels, I need something to step upon to get in bed. You have to watch the hot water. very hot. Yes, I would stay again.

When wr got to our room it had not been cleaned, unmade beds , dirty towels in tub, and garbage everywhere. The second room was the same... finally the third room was clean. It was obvious someone wasnt doing their job!

We stayed here once before, and it wasn't bad but it is under new management and much better. This time we enjoyed the stay even more. This time they supplied enough towels and supplies for two people to enjoy the hot tub and bathroom. My suggestions are this if you stay... get in line for breakfast early as it goes fast. Wish they had two waffle irons, so the line moved more smoothly but it was still alright. And use a towel at the bottom of the door to drown out hallway footsteps (they could use a door strip so light, and noise filters out). Otherwise... you will definitely enjoy your stay here. The manager at the desk was very friendly. Room was very clean, and we loved it there this time. Look forward to our next visit. I hope that they keep it as clean and nice as it was this time. Thank you!

That staff were friendly when we checked in, the staff at breakfast were helpful, and the housekeepers were amazing. If we needed anything they made sure they got it for us immediately! Would definitely recommend!

Front desk person was beyond rude and demanded I go to the front desk so she could show me I did not have a reservation for a 3rd night. I had Expedia's email confirmation showing my reservations with confirmation number, my bank account information showing the withdrawal from them, and a text receipt from Ramada saying thank you for reserving with us. Instead of being professional to me at all, she also refused to even check my electronic documents on my phone or even on her computer. That was an indication already that this person was never going to do the right thing. She demanded I call Expedia, not ask, demanded. I said to her, "you have a contract with Expedia are you telling me, you cannot call or look to see what is going on?!" She again said, "call Expedia"..at this point I knew I was no longer going to keep my reservation it was not worth the experience. I still called Expedia. Expedia representative while on the phone with me called the front desk, twice to get to let them know we did in fact have a reservation for 3 nights, 2 nights on my credit card and 1 night on my debit card. Both times he called she purposely disconnected the call. The representative even said to me I heard the person say hello then hang up. The representative issued me a refund, transferred my disabled mother and I to a new hotel and issued us a credit voucher for a future reservation anywhere. Do yourself a never go to this place if you expect professionalism and care for the customer!

Gary the night shift Representative was very Rude uncompassionate they gave our room to someone else and claimed no room were available, so I proceeded to book online and he lied rooms were available then proceeded to play victim and called law enforcement little did he knows we were prepared they declared him at fault. Very unprofessional very disrespectful Our professional training helped mad this unfortunate situation to end peacefully will file a full complaint for this incident was unacceptable

When we arrived the staff was friendly and checked us in. We left the room and came back and the lock wouldn't work. A staff member came up to the room and was not able to open the door so we had to wait in the lobby for 40 minutes. They were going to give us a different room then they were able to get the lock working so we went up to our room. Someone else was given that room and walked in on us. That got straightened out then the next morning I went down to the lobby and when I went back up the lock wouldn't work again. Then it started working after about a half hour. Going down for breakfast I don't understand why the staff didn't set everything up instead of sitting down to eat before finishing the set up. I wanted oatmeal but there was no hot water so I went to get some from the spigot on the coffee machine and the guy yelled and said the water would be on the counter. He waited 10 minutes before putting the hot water out. All in all it wasn't bad.

The location of this hotel was perfect! It is right off the highway (81). Hershey attractions are a 15 minute drive away. Shopping, restaurants, etc. is a 3 minute drive. Staff is 95% nice and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The walls are super thin. You can hear every conversation, every door opening and shutting and your neighbors television. Bring headphones if it is the tourist season! I got woke up by a family with very loud (normal) children every morning between 5 & 6 AM! Breakfast is ok. Only drink vending machines. No sundries shop.

Pulling into the place was a bit odd. Definitely needs work for first appearances because we saw chairs on the restaurant roof that is connected the hotel? I️ don’t know bit shady looking but plenty of parking! Only issue I️ have is how they “offered” pay at property but would charge you beforehand because it’s policy. Do not offer that if that is not the case. I wanted to pay in cash yet not an option, bummer! The two gentleman that helped us seemed a bit overwhelmed and even stop other guest to confirm they stayed there. I️ don’t think they trust people who stay there but it was a bit odd too see. Also, is there no a/c in the breakfast area???? Like why was it unbelievably hot and stuffy. Also there was many postings of “please be grateful for eating, do not wasting food”. We got it at the first two but the additional ones was crazy. Anyways, rooms were super cold which I️ enjoy and the design was lovely definitely has been renovated recently.

We were traveling from CT to TN, it was getting late and needed 2 rooms for the night. Through Expedia I found this Wyndham right off the interstate, very reasonable price and offered a free breakfast. The gentleman at the desk was very nice, got us rooms across the hall from each other. Everything was clean, the rooms were very nice, roomy and comfortable beds. The breakfast was very good, had lots to choose from.

I was surprised by how much I loved this place and the value for what you get. I had a large king with an in-room jacuzzi, and it was so relaxing and wonderful. The pool/spa area was OK - it was always out of towels and in a high-traffic area. The gym could use some weights that actually match, which is something important to me. But with easy guest laundry, in-room relaxation, and free breakfast, I give this place 5 stars. I travel often to PA and I will definitely be back.

There was a difference of what kind of food was offered during the week and the weekend. It also just felt dirty and grimy. They cleaned the floor, but the rooms had bent lamp shades and the bathroom door constantly was jammed and made a loud noise. Will not be staying here again.

The access was easy and, except for the slippery floors that were dealt with promptly, the room was very roomy and comfortable, and I was delighted with the whirlpool bathtub. We were delighted to find Shangri-La just around the corner whose offerings included Nepali and Bhutanese food. On the other hand, the in-house breakfast buffet was a disaster, with many items running out and not being replaced timely or at all.

The place needs alot of improvement. The bathroom tub is tilted and the color looks very unclean. Not recommend for families with young children. When you turn on the water it makes a weird noises. The room has a dim lights. Smh. The breakfast is horrible. Eggs taste very nasty. They limit servings to everything coffee creamier is very cheap and nasty. One waffle maker to a lot of people falling in line, always runout of milk. The fruit available is only apple thats not even displayed they will hand it you one by one. I would never stay at this hotel again. You get what you paid for. I would rather pay more and stay somewhere else and enjoy your vacation! That fire alarm while I was giving my baby a shower was not nice either! Traumatize my kids when they saw a fire trucks and a fire alarm in the hotel so we ran downstairs while my kids wrapped in the towel. Ended up someone using a broken shower somewhere in the other room. Horrible! Not also a safe parking lot. Husband found a empty shell casing!
