Rooms is always clean. I like free parking and free WiFi.

When we arrived, nobody was at the desk and we stood there calling the office for a good bit before somebody came out. Once we got to our room it definitely wasn’t the cleanest. Saw in pictures that a microwave would be in the room but there wasn’t. The ice machine was also in a locked room that we couldn’t access. Only stay here as a last resort.

There was no towels in the room. Very difficult to meet staff as the office is always not around. Even though there is Coinbase stands to but snacks and water but we’re not working at all. It is generally clean inside though. The price is also cheap.

The receptionist was polite. But the room was missing light bulbs in all the lamps, the heating didn't work, neither did the fridge, the room was dirty and the bed linen and towels couldn't possibly have been washed, there were big stains and lots of hair everywhere. It looked like some animal had used this in their basket for a couple of years and then been put on the bed. and the towels looked like someone had wiped up oil with them before wiping their butt. The room smelled of mold and drugs. A drunk and blind pig had refused to live here. It's unbelievable that someone could think of renting out something like this in the USA in 2025.................

I deeply regret not reading the Google reviews for this property before booking it. We visited in January when it was very cold. Our first room we were given had a shattered window that had been punched in. The staff said they'd be fixing it, but offered to show us another room. The other room had a broken toilet and water running all over the bathroom floor. We went back to the broken window room, which was very cold, I had assumed because the window was broken. Well, the staff replaced the window that evening before we got back to go to bed, and the room was still freezing cold. Turns out the heat did not work at all. We slept in all our clothes huddled closely for warmth. The next day, the hot water had run out and that made showering unbearable. There were disgusting stains and cigarette holes all over the bedding, and the whole place stank of cigarettes and urine. Also, a maintenance man spoke to me in a way that made me feel very unsafe, and there were vagrant folks hanging around the property (who I'm not inherently uncomfortable with, but it gives you an idea of what kind of place this motel is). I guess we at least didn't see any cockroaches as other guests have, since it's the middle of winter. Absolutely worst place I've ever stayed at in my entire life. Just spend a little more money and go somewhere down the street that actually has heat, hot water, and functional toilets.

When I checked in the main door was locked and took a while for the receptionist to answer after calling. The first room I was given was dirty, smelled like smoke, and the bathroom had old bars of soap and dirty towel thrown everywhere. After I mentioned it to the guy at the front desk he moved me to another room. It was cleaner than the previous room but the comforter had cigarette burns, exhaust vent was dirty, the curtain was pulled down allowing people to see into the room, and there was another room slip on the desk with the same exact code and that I was given and date I was staying there. The next morning no one could be found to checkout with.

I demanded a different room. Second room was better, but still awful, saw a mouse run by me at one point. Smelled like marijuana, ashes still present in room. Slept fully clothed with the mini fridge and microwave in front of the door in case someone decided to break in, door wasn’t flush with door frame. Last minute cheap option because of weather equaled 2 hours of sleep. Flippin terrible, but the receptionist was shady but nice. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.

Was giving a room that was not made up, roaches EVERYWHERE. No tv, microwave, or fridge available spite listing these things on line. Lights keep going off every 5 min. The smell was so bad i ordered lysol spray, febreeze and it still over powered them. I guess its true what they say, "you get what you paid fir" in this case you dont even get that, either way its a NO for me.

The room was disgustingly dirty, first time ever my wife saw cockroaches in an accomodation. carpet had weird stains, all corners of the ceiling had webs, the water wouldn't drain in the bath tub, the mirror in the room was cleaned with a damp cloth dirty watermarks were there to the point that you cant see yourself. Lamp shades were broken. There was no drinking water in the room. the closet was really dirty too. I wish I could upload pictures. Really horrible, Its right on a main road too so if you open the door you can see the road right nex to the parking lot, no privacy at all. We stayed at an econolodge near airforce base which was 100 times better for same price.

1) Don't try checking in after 9 pm. 2) No key system. Doors have code locks that i dont imagine change. 3) room did not look to be serviced or laundered between customers 4) pretty much everything in the room is broken 5) bugs 6) reception sent another guest to my room on their check in 7) no towel 8) moldy shower Just think of it like camping...bring your own stuff

There was no tv at all in my room so i was offered a discount on next stay, I won’t be coming back, had to wait over an hour to check in, and this is at 10pm with no customers in front me, bed size was incorrect and half the plugs didn’t work! Never again!!

No one was available at reception for check-in, it took a while to find a staff member who could provide the keycode to enter my room. Water drainage in bathroom sink was very slow. Room smelled like musty smoke. Very little hot water in the shower. Blanket on bed had holes in it. Carpet was stained and well worn.

While I understood the location would be a bit inconvenient and was willing to accept this due to how affordable rate(which was incredibly affordable). However the electricity was out when I came to the motel, there was a puddle in the bathroom near the shower, the room smelled of cigarette smoke, the chair was broken, The TV didn't work and the toilet did not flush well.

The codes on the doors need to be changed after someone checks out because someone opened my door while I was inside the room.

The advertised 10-minute walk from the nearest metro was over a half hour long and is on very busy 8-line highways. I arrived just after 9:00 pm to a closed hotel and called the reception several times but no one answered. My repeated attempts to reach Hotel.com were equally futile. At 10:00 pm, I had to search for accommodations.

No power and noone ever at the desk

Nice and quiet hotel. The staff was helpful. Check in and check out was easy. Would stay here again.

The worse place ever. I didn't stay in this motel. There was no one at the kiosk. No body answered the phone. It looks dirty and nasty just from the outside

The location is convenient. The staff is welcoming and if you need anything they accommodate you.

BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!! We got to the motel and no one was at the counter, called multiple times and heard the phone ring from their front desk (the door inside to the check in area was locked). Waited about 45 minutes, until the poor housekeeping woman working there asked if I needed to check in, she ended up calling the guy who runs the place. Lo and behold, the owner was in there the whole time behind a closed door. When we eventually ended up getting our room - there was no shower curtain, no showerhead, no TV/microwave/fridge, no toiletries (including TP), and the warm water handle on our sink was snapped off. The blankets seemed to be covered in mold, so we slept in our jackets. I was able to shower in my friends room, the water was freezing cold and wouldn’t get warm. Only positives I can think of is that nothing was stolen from our room and there were seemingly no bedbugs. Avoid this place at all costs and shell out a bit more for a Red Roof or something. I wish I could get a refund, but I hope the money I spent is going towards paying the housekeeping woman who helped us out and getting supplies for the people staying there longterm - I feel bad for them.

Office hours are limited to 9:00 PM. Checkin was quick good location and room short and long stays. I recommend

Office wasn’t open till 2 hours after check in time. On the first night of my stay, I attempted to use the provided microwave in my room, which tripped the fuse. The room was completely without power, and there was no one onsite to help me, and no one willing to answer the telephone. Eventually I packed up and left. I tried calling several times the next day, but again no answer

It was not even a stay. I arrived and the office was locked, no signage with instructions, and no one in office. I tried to call hotel a half dozen times in a 15-20 minute period and nothing. Waited in a poorly lit parking lot for 30. Contacted Hotels.com explained to them i didnt fel safe waiting for over 30 minutes. They made attempts to communicate with the hotel...nothing. I have been waiting for a refund and based on emails from Hotels.com there has been little to no communication with hotel.

Had a relaxingbtime as always. Plenty of good places to eat at nearby.

Great location friendly staff close to lots of places to eat and shopping centers near by.

Stay AWAY! This motel looked like (and could possibly be) a crack den. The office was locked and barricaded, and it took us 30 minutes to find someone to check us in. He couldn't find our reservation (even though we'd paid for booking insurance on Expedia). When he finally did, he gave us a room with a button-coded door lock that only worked intermittently. It took us 15 more minutes just to get in. When we did, the room was old, dingy, and had a bed sheet for the window curtain. Given all the above, plus that the entire neighborhood seemed run-down and unsafe, we decided, in spite of the non-refundable policy, to leave immediately and find another hotel. This place should not even be on Expedia's booking choices.

Terrible service and location.

I stay here a lot. I enjoy the hotel and the area around it. Lots of good places to eat that are not too far from the hotel.
