Overall the room was good. However, I don't think that we would stay there again. They do not give you a microwave or refrigerator unless you’re staying for three nights or more, because of that we ended up wasting money on food. Not sure why they stated that you could get a microwave or refrigerator upon request. The room was clean. The showers in the bathroom had some mildew around the doors, but other than that it was not bad.

The first two rooms I was sent to were not ready and had towels and sheets everywhere. The third room I got sent to smelled really bad and the staff had to come spray the room which only masked the smell of one the pieces of furniture that was in the room. When I asked them to take it from the room they let it sit outside my room the whole stay. I had to constantly spray air freshener. At that point I was just tired and didn’t wanna change rooms any more. Would have liked more service

I stayed just for one night. My stay was pretty decent. The room looked clean for the most part, but didn't smell clean. The room smelled like a very old carpet. The linens and the bathroom looked clean. I did not see any bugs. I can tell some things were updated to make the room look more modern. The furniture was clearly older. The room was good enough for a night. It didn't give luxury or modern, but it was very okay. The "old" smell was the main thing that made me a tad uncomfortable. I ate at the bar/restaurant, and that was also a decent experience.

The property is about a half a mile from the Metro. Very convenient. I will give this stay a 4 out of 5 only because I asked for the room to be clean daily and it was only clean 1 day out of the 5 that I was there. Other than that, it was perfect.

My only real complaint is that the "free" wifi was not working correctly. In the hotel's defense, they did tell me they had a new system that had just been installed within the past few days. I had to call a # and have an offshore rep hook me up manually. It took almost a half hour. Otherwise, my only other gripe was that there was no coffee available between lunch and dinner. Most hotels I have stayed at have at least an airpot with hot coffee and water for those who drink tea. My only option was to Uber Eats a coffee which in the end cost me approximately $13 for just a regular coffee. Nothing special. But the bed was comfy. The bathroom was spotless. The staff was friendly. I was hoping for a bathtub, but didn't realize this hotel does not have that option. I would stay here again if the need arose.

Restaurant only open for dinner during the week, but Starbucks is open. The decor in the rooms is dated and i could hear our neighbors, but the bed was comfortable and the shower water pressure was good.

There are some outdated elements of this property but we would definitely stay again. The staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive. We needed clean towels and they were delivered within 10 minutes. Vondella, a manager on duty, was incredible. She went out of her way to help us navigate transportation and local events.

My check in process was quick and easy. The incidental hold amount was the absolute best. The staff on every shift was so polite and friendly. Room was not only extremely clean, its was so comfortable. Just wish the room had a microwave. However, i wil stay here again.

The hotel esthetics is nice but the staff is hostile and someone interned my room while i was in bed and in the shower twice. I had the Do not disturb sign on the door knob! They claim it was the manager but shouldn’t she know that the room is occupied and that she should knock before entering guest occupied rooms. I stayed at that hotel before but this time they charged me upon entering $50 for early check in and $15 a day for parking! But that didn’t happen before!

The blk girl at the front desk was rude! Not welcoming as well with a bad attitude. I got a free breakfast i paid for on my app they didn’t believe me. When i was trying to sleep after driving all night. The spanish women were out in the hall talking loud. Then i house keeping kept entering my room multiple times in one day! I didn’t ask for her to come there!.

Overall, our stay would have been 5 stars except for one issue. During our 3rd night of a 5 night stay the fire alarm went off at 1:30am. Normally I don't make a big deal about stuff like this as things happen. There was no communication from any of the staff at the time of evacuation, while we were all outside waiting in the middle of the night, or any time afterwards regarding the situation. My husband is a disabled combat vet with severe PTSD and it completely threw him for a loop. I feel like a little communication would have gone a long way. I was told at checkout they would put a note in the system for someone to reach out to me via email. Not sure if it will happen or not.

The property was overbooked. The staff was extremely courteous but sent me to another property that was 45 mts away and I checked in around midnight. I had business meetings the next day which meant I had to cab it back to the hotel's vicinity - cost me dearly. I neither got a call nor an email about the property being overbooked. I would not have wasted an hour getting to the property from the airport had I received a heads up. Marriott needs a better system to prevent this situation.

There really is no restaurant - Starbucks for breakfast and maybe burgers, soup, and sandwiches. We had to go to the Holiday Inn for breakfast. The best part was Stephanie who was the bartender. She was the saving grace of the stay! Plus, now they charge to park. Noise level on the floors is poor. You could hear people slamming doors thru the night.

This Courtyard had spacious rooms, very comfy beds and a good shower and nice bathroom. Free parking was great and metro was a 10-15 minute walk and very helpful to get into DC. However, very limited amenities like no lotion and very tiny bar soaps. Didn’t like refillable type shampoo/conditioner. Bistro was overpriced but convenient to have. There was a few local places to eat near Metro station.
