You can tell it's a bit dated, but overall well maintained and the cleaning staff does an amazing job. Clean, spacious rooms, large desk, good counter space in the bathroom. Starbucks in the lobby, conveniently located across the street from the metro/VRE/Amtrak. Walkable to anywhere in OTX. If you are too lazy to walk (or it's waaaaaay too hot!) grab the (free) Old Town Trolley from the bus station, also across the street, which takes you all the way to Waterfront park making stops along the way.

This hotel is very nice and extremely convenient if you’re visiting DC or Old Town. The Metro is right across the street as is the trolley for Old Town. The restaurant within the hotel is nothing to brag about; food was mediocre at best. Bartender can’t mix to save his life. Make sure you stop to check in before you park in the garage because the garage attendant is rude if you pull into the side space. And make sure you pay attention when parking. Drive around to the blue markings so you are in the right spot. The garage is shared with Wyndham and the offices above.
