Was clean, free covered parking, and having use of the games room was lots of fun. Only complaint was it was pretty hot overnight and the wall unit didn’t seem to help cool it down. Also, having use of the kitchenette was great, but don’t forget you need to bring everything for it. Dish soap was the one that slipped my mind! Overall very positive and much more affordable than most hotels. Some food options right on sight is another bonus

Comfortable place to stay, easy to find, close to highway, free indoor parking next door, plenty of room, great to have 2 separate bedrooms. Wonderful service at reception. Big fridge with freezer section, little table to eat, but no cuttlery nor plates. Plenty of restaurants nearby. On the negative side: No bedside table and lamp. Mattress was extremely soft, but still slept well.

We were there for 6 nights. Three of the elevators were being repaired and there was a sign about the fire alarm was temporarily inoperable; although, there was a fire alarm that led to us being evacuated for a couple of hours the first night we arrived. Security was on point and you have access to the campus bookstore, a Tim Horton’s and cafeteria. There are multiple car chargers and it’s right next to the expressway. If you’re there for more than three nights, the sign in the room says that the beds will be refreshed along with new towels. There were four of us in the room. The old towels were removed but we were left one set and the beds were not refreshed. We were given bed linens and towels upon request. Again, for the length of stay, amenities and relationship to the area attractions, it was a great value and it provided our youngest with a taste of college dorm life.

The stay was great; I didn't realize they rented out dorm rooms as hotel rooms in the summer so I was surprised when the two double beds were actually in two separate rooms (with doors), with a kitchen. I would have loved a bath tub but the shower was fine. The place was very clean; much nicer than the dorms I had in college!! The convenient store downstairs was great with a huge selection of dinner, snacks and personal items. There was also a Subway downstairs, open late. The TV did not work but I had my phone and laptop so I was fine. Overall a quiet, safe, comfortable and affordable stay. I would stay again.

I did not realize at the time of booking that the parking was not connected and a bit of a walk from the front door. You are able to park by the front doors temporarily while bringing your luggage in and out but after a long day, that’s the last thing you want to do just to get back to the room.

There was no air conditioning, which we were told about when we checked in, but we were not told when the AC would be fixed, or just how hot the room would be. There was 3 of us and we could not sleep and had to shower multiple times daily with how hot the room was. All that was offered was a tiny circle fan and we couldn't even get more than one of them.

If you don't have car still easy connections with bus using Presto-card. Very friendly staff and cleaning personal. Best part was good beds and good aircondition with dark curtains. Good safe area with shops, restaurants, mall nearby.

Maybe I missed this when booking but I was surprised to find that this is not a hotel-it’s college campus housing. Yes, college kids, dorms, etc. This is a barebones two-room unit that comes with a bed, desk, chair. The mattresses have seen better days. There’s no nightstand, bedside lamp, kitchen implements, etc. one set of towels per room and there is a tv but it does not work or compatible with Apple devices. There is a small convenience store and a Subway on site, but note that it’s not open until 9AM, so no coffee unless you’re willing to travel a ways. Surprisingly, the college kids were quiet in the halls after 11PM.

We travelled as a family of 4 with our almost 3 year old and 9 month old. It was perfect having a seperate bedroom for our toddler and a TV in our room too. We didn't hear neighbors or other doors. Only con (and yes I could have called) was we were given 2 bath towels for 4 guests. We will definitely stay again!

Would recommend bringing your own paper plates, cups, cutlery etc. Bed was not the most comfortable, and I wish there was a bedside lamp rather than just overhead lighting. Convenience store on the property, buy very expensive. Subway restaurant also there as an option. Overall, its best features are affordability and proximity to the highway. Fine for a short stay.

Overall, if you need an affordable, clean and safe room in this neighborhood it is a great deal. It is no frills, but you have everything you need. One annoying thing to mention: the water pressure in the shower was pretty low.

It was a clean, air conditioned, no frills, no fuss dormitory. I stayed for 2 nights on a quiet floor; the kids at the front desk were polite and helpful. my only complain is the fact that they didn’t clean the room the 2nd day. I recommend it to anyone on a budget visiting Toronto

I really like the way the front desk staff handled the situation. They are so nice and friendly. I wish I asked the lady name because she was so sweet and kind but her signature was JA. She was so friendly and helpful. Kiddos to her 😌

It’s an ok stay for the money paid. But don’t forget an item behind or you will have to go back there in person. They don’t pick up the phone when you call them. No way to reach any one. Very disappointed in the service.

The staff were fantastic. They were dealing with something when I got there but were still super attentive and kind. My room key didn't work and I had to go down to the front desk 3 times. They came upstairs to help and when it was determined the lock wasn't working they got me into a new room right away. The place was very clean, nice, and spacious! I was shocked at how comfortable the beds were, I wasn't expecting the beds to be that comfortable due to it being a college residence but I had fantastic sleeps on a super comfy bed, plus I got to watch some movies/tv before bed! The full size fridge was awesome too! Well worth the money and I would definitely stay there again if I ever make it back to Toronto! Also AC in this heat is a plus! All in all awesome experience! Also very affordable compared to any hotel in the city.
The staff were fantastic. They were dealing with something when I got there but were still super attentive and kind. My room key didn't work and I had to go down to the front desk 3 times. They came upstairs to help and when it was determined the lock wasn't working they got me into a new room right away. The place was very clean, nice, and spacious! I was shocked at how comfortable the beds were, I wasn't expecting the beds to be that comfortable due to it being a college residence but I had fantastic sleeps on a super comfy bed, plus I got to watch some movies/tv before bed! The full size fridge was awesome too! Well worth the money and I would definitely stay there again if I ever make it back to Toronto! Also AC in this heat is a plus! All in all awesome experience! Also very affordable compared to any hotel in the city.

Student dorm opened to public during summer break. Clean rooms with lots of space and cooking facilities. Front desk 24/7. Ample free covered parking. Bus stop in front of the school that takes you to the subway which takes you into downtown in about 45 min. Only the bed are full size, which makes it a bit tight for two adults. Excellent value for money, would stay here again.

Large and clean rooms. Nice and helpful personal. I recommend to write on the website more clear description about the kitchen, that no oven or any utensils (plates, cups, cutlery, etc) are available. The kitchen was unuseful for us and we hade to spend more money to eat outside. We were optimistic about distance to downtown but estimated this wrong due to bad transpiration possibilities to downtown or to airport. It took us long time and higher money expenditures for public transportation and taxis

If staying here, you simply need to rate it as a student residence. It’s clean and felt safe and was inexpensive for Toronto. If you’re from out of town, you will still be surprised by the time it takes to get downtown if you’re driving.

Frigo et micro-ondes dans la chambre. Aucune vaisselle ni cafetière mais Subway au rez-de-chaussée. Personnel accueillant et aidant. Buanderies sur plusieurs étages. Bref un bon endroit en famille si on n’a pas peur de faire bcp de transport.

I stayed here for a concert. It’s affordable and has all your basic needs. They have a vending machine which is convenient. There is a bus stop outside the campus grounds. If you choose ride-sharing apps, the pin is pretty accurate. The location is a little far from downtown but it is quiet. You just have to check the schedule of the ttc and buses. Overall pretty good place to stay if you are looking for just a place to sleep and freshen up.

I didn't realize this was on a university campus and it was a little hard to find. Regardless, the two-bedroom unit was clean and comfortable. Checking in was easy and staff were very pleasant and helpful. Recommend staying here.

We were there for 6 nights. Three of the elevators were being repaired and there was a sign about the fire alarm was temporarily inoperable; although, there was a fire alarm that led to us being evacuated for a couple of hours the first night we arrived. Security was on point and you have access to the campus bookstore, a Tim Horton’s and cafeteria. There are multiple car chargers and it’s right next to the expressway. If you’re there for more than three nights, the sign in the room says that the beds will be refreshed along with new towels. There were four of us in the room. The old towels were removed but we were left one set and the beds were not refreshed. We were given bed linens and towels upon request. Again, for the length of stay, amenities and relationship to the area attractions, it was a great value and it provided our youngest with a taste of college dorm life.

The stay was great; I didn't realize they rented out dorm rooms as hotel rooms in the summer so I was surprised when the two double beds were actually in two separate rooms (with doors), with a kitchen. I would have loved a bath tub but the shower was fine. The place was very clean; much nicer than the dorms I had in college!! The convenient store downstairs was great with a huge selection of dinner, snacks and personal items. There was also a Subway downstairs, open late. The TV did not work but I had my phone and laptop so I was fine. Overall a quiet, safe, comfortable and affordable stay. I would stay again.

Loved the fact that there were two separate bedrooms with a fridge and microwave. The only communal space in the room is the kitchens which had a table and two chairs. It is a pity there aren’t at least some plastic cups and cutlery in the kitchenette, but everything is available in the convenience store in the lobby area. Very friendly check-in personnel. Free parking is appreciated too.

Would recommend bringing your own paper plates, cups, cutlery etc. Bed was not the most comfortable, and I wish there was a bedside lamp rather than just overhead lighting. Convenience store on the property, buy very expensive. Subway restaurant also there as an option. Overall, its best features are affordability and proximity to the highway. Fine for a short stay.
