We were there for 3 nights and the breakfast was included and very good. Water was available for us in the room. The only complaint is the noise from the street below. There’s not much insulation in the walls or the windows. The air conditioning was great especially from those hot temperatures outside. The rooms are always clean when we come back everyday. It’s a very nice place to stay. The newly renovation makes it feel cleaner and newer. The staff are not very helpful with the area. He tried to tell me misinformation about the strike while we were there. Luckily we researched and checked it properly.

Stay at this hotel was top quality besides the fact that they ran out of slippers. The hotel was clean, substantial space in room and washroom. Location was great. Walkable distance to Santa Lucia and Piazzale Roma. San Marco 30mins walk away but a nice walk. Close to the Fondamenta Nove for ferries to Murano/Burano. Great stay! Definitely recommend.

It was a beautifully designed hotel. A feeling of calm and quiet. The room was peaceful and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and staff here friendly and attentive. The only criticism we had was that the lighting in sink vanity area was really bad. Almost impossible to put on makeup or take eye contacts in and out and no hooks or towel bars for towels in sink vanity area.
