Leider hatte ich durch das Wasser zum Abzapfen eine leichte Magenverstimmung

Das Hotel ist brandneu und wunderschön moder aber auch gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch auf Umweltschutz wird hohen wert gelegt, jedem Gast steht eine Wasserflasche zur Verfügung mit der man bei einem Bassin Wasser fürs Zimmer oder auch für den Tag abfüllen kann.

Das Hotel war zum Zeitpunkt unseres Besuch gerade erst eröffnet worden. Von daher ist der Zustand natürlich perfekt. Aber generell kann man es nur empfehlen. Die Betten sind komfortabel, die Zimmer sauber. Die Fenster sind schallisoliert, man hört nichts. Ein riesiges Einkaufszentrum ist gleich nebenan sowie eine Metro Station. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. WLAN ist schnell und kostenfrei. Jetzt kommt meckern auf sehr sehr hohem Niveau: Der Gästekühlschrank in der Lobby (so eine Art 24/7 Snackstation) sollte eine Vielzahl an Snacks bieten. Auch Sandwiches, etc. Zum Zeitpunkt unseres Besuchs waren aber grundsätzlich nur Getränke und Chips und ein, zwei Schokoriegel vorrätig. Wer Nachts doch mal Hunger bekommt sollte sich also vorher ein bisschen eindecken 😜

Direkt an der U/S-Bahn Station gelegen; Tiefgaragenparkplatz; sehr neues Hotel (Eröffnung im November); ruhige Gegend; großes Einkaufszentrum 50m weiter; Donau fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar; leckeres Frühstück (Brötchen Auswahl könnte größer sein); Sehr bemühte & engagierte Mitarbeiter; tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen 👍

Sehr sauber, super Lage, tolles Gym

Es war nicht unser erster Aufenthalt in Wien, aber wir hatten uns noch nie ein Hotel so weit "draußen" genommen. Aber wir haben es überhaupt nicht bereut: Direkt gegenüber fährt die U1 ab, die innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten direkt zu Prater, Schwedenplatz, Stephansplatz, Karlsplatz und Hauptbahnhof durchfährt. Dazu gibt\'s jede Menge Busse und Trambahnen vor der Tür. Perfekte Anbindung! Durch das große Shoppingcenter nebenan gibt es außerdem genügend Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen, Kino, Restaurants etc. Das Hotel selbst ist noch sehr neu, gut ausgestattet und top gepflegt. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das dazugehörige Parkhaus ist mit 26 Euro am Tag relativ teuer, wir haben uns daher für den Park-and-Ride-Parkplatz ca. 800 Meter weiter entschieden (7 Euro am Tag). Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen!

sehr zuvorkommender Service, sehr sauber, Fitnessraum mit allem ausgestattet, was zum Training nötig ist und sehr zentrale Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert

Hotel super attrezzato, esattamente davanti alla fermata della metro che porta in centro, e degli autobus. Di fronte c'è anche un enorme centro commerciale pieno di negozi e ristoranti di ogni genere. Camera confortevole con macchina del caffè ad uso gratuito. Se torno a Vienna tornerò in questa struttura.

One of my favourite hotels. Extremely clean and modern, quiet and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom is excellent. The staff is friendly and most helpful. A few steps from the metro Kagran, the location is perfect.

Super convenient accommodation for staying in Vienna. The area is quiet but with a large mall across the street as well as a grocery store right there. The train/bus station is even closer than that. I had a very easy time taking the train into various parts of the city (museums, etc) every day and if I needed a snack at the end of the day, the nearby places worked well. The room itself was very nice, clean, and conveniently set up. I particularly appreciated the sitting nook and the spaciousness of the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable with an abundance of pillows. One of the days, housekeeping did not come despite my request. That was not so great, especially because the previous day’s housekeeping didn’t notice that some soy sauce leaked in the trash bin and started smelling pretty bad. But the front desk staff was so nice about it, I cannot bring myself to dock a full star for that.

Leider wurde 1mal das Zimmer nicht gereinigt , obwohl wir auf die Reinigung nicht verzichtet haben . An der Rezeption gemeldet , 2 Drink Gutscheine erhalten und neue Handtücher und der Fall war erledigt.

Hotel felt very modern, one bad thing no hand soap or body wash in bathroom when we arrived and still none after room cleaned first day. Had to ask for it and replaced it myself. Staff gladly gave it to me right away, just felt I shouldn’t have had to ask for them.

Quarto lindo, banheiro enorme, tudo confortável e limpo. O hotel disponibiliza água para os clientes. Atendimento cordial.

Zimmer war sehr sauber, Hotel scheint noch recht neu zu sein. Personal war sehr nett, es gab kostenlosen Kaffee und auch Tee auf dem Zimmer. Sehr gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV, die Haltestellen sind direkt am Hotel, trotzdem war das Zimmer sehr ruhig.

nice hotel just a walk away from U1 kagran station. the property is new, breakfast is super good. my room w/ single king bed is not so big, but well equipped w/ fridge (no mini-bar), capsule coffee machine (not used though). multiple LED lights can be easily controlled bedside. One catch is that the window is fixed and user cannot open it. the view is not so great, overlooking other constructions. Still the room is very quiet. Will come again for my future stay.

We loved our stay here. It is very conveniently located, right next to public transportation. The hotel staff were very friendly and the rooms themselves super clean. The only issue I had was that there were no closets or additional space for baggage and it can get a bit cramped if you have more bags or large suitcases. However, the rest of the positives outweigh this minor concern. Being on a higher floor, we were treated to spectacular views of the skyline and sunrise.

This is a lovely new hotel, it's in immaculate condition. Our room was quite and very well laid out. We especially appreciate the coffee machine and large fridge. Their are a lot of mod-cons in the room including lots of lights, but once we figured out the switch to close them all down we had total blackout for a great night's sleep! Shower room was large and very well designed, with good quality shower gel and shampoo provided. The hairdryer is one of the best I have every used. The hotel is next to a large shopping centre (Westfield). We were there over Easter Sunday and Monday so everything was closed, apart from a few restaurants, but when things got back to normal there were a huge range of shops, including very good supermarkets. The U station is just across the road and it makes it very easy to travel anywhere. You are not right in the centre but it's so easy to get there fast. The airport is also about 25 mins in a taxi. We only had breakfast once, it was good, but we felt it was a little expensive for what was on offer. Only improvement to suggest would be that some days housekeeping did not replenish everything as we would expect, e.g. coffee, bathroom supplies, but on the whole a great experience. Very much recommend.

Everything was up to high standards. Very helpful reception rooms are big and bed was very comfortable. I would stay there again and highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The design of the whole hotel was amazing. So was the room. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was very spacios. I really enjoyed the shower :) Another nice thing about the room was the view from the 9th floor. I definitely recommend a stay here and would come back next time I'm in Vienna.

Genel olarak ortalama bir otel, bizim seyahat planımız ani geliştiğinden dolayı muhtemelen bu otele olduğundan yüksek ödeme yaptık lakin 600€ değerinde bir işletme olmadığını düşünüyorum. Öncelikle oda fazlasıyla küçük ve kullanışlı değil, dolap yok ve duvardaki demir askıya kıyafetlerinizi asmanız gerekiyor. Toz vs. olması açısından bu durum hijyenik değil, duş kabini yarım cam kabin ve duş alırken banyo ciddi düzeyde su içinde kalıyor. Odanın genel temizliği ciddi temizlik takıntısı olan beni rahatsız etmedi ve iyi diyebilirim, yalnızca her sabah erken bir saatte housekeeping geliyor ve takribi 13:00’a kadar temizlik için odayı terk etmeniz gerekiyor. 13:00’dan sonra temizlik istediğinizde bunu reddediyorlar çünkü temizlik personeli otele dışardan geliyormuş. Personel çok sıcakkanlı değil ama talepleri yerine getirme konusunda verimliler. Oda da check in yaptığınız günden sonra kaldığınız geceler kahveler ve pamuk vs. Gibi bakım ürünleri bazen yenilendi, çoğu zaman yenilenmedi. Sürekli talep üzerine bir şeyleri yerine getiren bir işletme ve bu yer yer yorucu olabiliyor. Gelelim en sıkıntılı kısma, eğer Viyana 1-2’de sürekli olarak bulunacaksanız ki, şehrin geneli bu bölgelerde sayılır, bu oteli asla almayın çünkü ciddi düzeyde uzak, metro olsa dahi gece geç saatlerde Uber,taksi türevlerini kullanmak zorundasınız çünkü gerçekten uzak. Açıkçası, bu fiyatın çok az üstüne Viyana’da A+ segmentte birçok yer varken çokta tavsiye etmem. Genel olarak “Eh” statüsünde bir otel.

La vicinanza alla metro é OTTIMA! Il personale è cortese e le camere sono perfettamente insonorizzate. Ci sono tutti i comfort sia nella struttura sia nella stanza. È stato davvero tutto fantastico!

Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel sehr gut gefallen und wir würden es wieder buchen. Wir haben einmal das Frühstücksbuffet gebucht, welches uns bzgl. Preis-Leistung aber nicht überzeugt hat und daher nicht nochmal nehmen werden. Ebenso gab es Probleme mit dem Internet und Streaming auf den Fernseher. Es hat nicht funktioniert und die Anleitung war auch verwirrend weil ein anderes WLAN Netz in der Anleitung angegeben war als tatsächlich vorhanden. Auch die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption konnten uns hier nicht weiterhelfen. Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Jó helyen van a hotel, metróval, villamossal és busszal elég gyorsan el lehet jutni a város többi részére. Az alkalmazottak barátságosak voltak, de szerencsére be- és kijelentkezésen kívül nem kellett velük beszélnünk, probléma nem adódott míg ott tartózkodtunk. A szoba tisztaságával nem volt gond.

Hervorragende Lage, wenn man einen Städtetrip nach Wien macht. Die Lage an der U1 (2Minuten Fußweg) sowie die Lage zum großen Einkaufszentrum ist ein Traum. Das Hotel lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sehr sauber. Wir würden diese Reise wieder genau so buchen!

An excellent hotel in every respect: sensible rooms; great buffet breakfast and genuinely willing and helpful staff. Adjacent transport links couldn't be easier and five minutes walk from the river and swimming area. A great stay!

Hotel moderno, limpio y cómodo. Tiene el metro justo delante que te lleva al centro en 10minutos. Tambien un centro comercial con restaurantes y tiendas. Además tambien pasa justo oor delante el bus para el aeropuerto. Muy recomendable

I made every effort to speak some basic German phrases, and respect the Austrian dialect, and most of the people that work there were bilingual. I would say, almost everyone at least try to communicate the best that we could with each other in a respectful and friendly manner. I believe that this was one of the loveliest hotel staff I have encountered in many years. I enjoyed all of the food. The breakfast was excellent and the cleanliness was very appreciated. I would also like to say that the location was spectacular forgetting on the U1 train that was very convenient to get around the city. I also felt that it was very safe in the neighborhood. I am very grateful for this hotel an opportunity to visit Austria.

Gute Lage gegenüber EKZ Donauzentrum und wenige Schritte von der U-Bahn.Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bad ist angemessen groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück ist eher so lala - nicht richtig schlecht, nicht richtig gut. Leider musste man beim Frühstück teilweise sehr lange warten, bis wieder aufgefüllt wurde.

Wir sind 75 und 73 Jahre alt u d sind nach 8 Jahren mal wieder nach Wien gereist. Das Hotel Bassena in Wien ist sehr modern und legt Wert auf ökologisches Arbeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Zimmer mit dem geräumigen Bad, wo eine ebenerdige Dusche für uns ideal war. Die Betten waren super. Wir haben 1 x Frühstück im Hotel gegessen, finden den Preis dafür allerdings zu hoch für ein doch überschaubares Angebot. Dafür kann man gleich gegenüber im Westfield Center für weniger Geld auch bequem frühstücken. Also wir können das Haus unbedingt empfehlen.

A nice hotel with friendly staff . Breakfast was very light and running out of items on our last morning. We were later to Breakfast 8.30am instead of the early 7am the other two mornings. When we asked if there was any more bread we were told no and that was all. It was a busy weekend with the City Marathon taking place but bar service was also very slow. The hotel is clean and on the U1 tube line just over the road. Overall we were happy with our stay and would return when we go back to Vienna.
