Had a suite with kitchen/microwave/fridge - but no dinnerware - just paper cups for coffee. That aside, the Hilton across from Albany Medical Ctr was ideal for our stay while procedure done at the hospital. Convenient parking and elevated covered walkway between the hospital made the experience much less stressful. Great staff, helpful, friendly and responsive and quick to our asks...

This was a great place to stay for a concert at the mvp arena. They have a small pool with limited seating but we were able to enjoy it on Saturday morning. Easy to drive most everywhere and we really appreciated the free parking. Super nice staff, too.

Room 424 was clean but the king sized bed was very hard and I couldn’t get much sleep. The towels felt very stiff and hard. Parking can be a little confusing if using GPS. Their parking lot is very small and people park wherever they want at night (not in an actual parking spot). When lot is full there’s no communication or signage where guests can park. Very confusing. Most likely not coming back to the location.

I checked out an hour after getting there because none of my accommodations were met and the pool was my main reason for booking with them and they waited until check in time to chemical treat the pool which made it out of service

Parking is really tight. The lot can fill up. Other than that the hotel was nice. Coffee in the morning doesn't start until at least 7 which is kind of a bummer but Starbucks is in the building.

I was scheduled for a procedure at Albany Medical Center which the hotel is attached to by bridge. It was nice to be able to stay, feel safe, have a meal at restaurant attached to hotel, and get up and go to hospital. A nice secure location with key card use for entrance and floor availability.

The chair in the room and carpet were stained and dirty. We had multiple night stsy and housekeeper didn’t come in at all. The price was double the SUNY location but not as clean or attentive to details of room. The pool area was ok but also dirty floors, could have swept and mopped.

Our stay was fairly decent. Everyone that works at the hotel is amazing! Friendly, welcoming and overall very nice. The room however was less than ideal. Not super clean, bathroom had sort of a musty smell to it. Again no the cleanest. $15 for the breakfast buffet I thought was kind of an outrage. Specially since most of their food items where around $9 dollars and way more appetizing than what they offer on the buffet

The entrance into the hotel is absolutely filthy the carpets are disgusting. It seemed like chaos at the front desk. My pillows in my bedroom were dirty. I had to call for clean pillowcases. The room was very dusty and needed a good deep clean. Very fair hotel.

My room was not very clean. I was missing a closet door. My sheets and room had a distinct smell to it. It smelled like dirty laundry, and there were stains on the walls, the chair, and sticky surfaces. Elevator buttons were sticky. Original front desk personnel when checking in was not very friendly and offered minimal assistance when asked questions. I received no receipt upon check out. Not via email or paper, and was not asked. I was also not informed about the additional charge for liability when my credit card was charged. Another guest informed me of this after the fact. It was convenient for being at the hospital all weekend for work, but it was not worth the cost by any means. The sheets and towels were yellow and gray with stains present.

The rooms are very dirty. The bed linens were very dingy. The sheets were supposed to be white but looked off white and almost gray. I called the front desk and asked for linen change. A few moments later there was a knock at my door. I was expecting house keeping but instead got a man with a bin, who handed me the same dingy looking bed sheets. I refused to accept it. The upholstered lounge chair in the room was heavily stained and dirty. There were hair strands found on the bedside tables. The bathroom had a strong odor of urine that could instantly be detected upon opening the bathroom door. The shower curtain reeked of human body odor like that of a homeless person. I was so discussed that I went to a nearby Target to buy a set of bedsheets and Lysol and disinfecting wipes to clean the room myself. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had booking a hotel. I really hope the Hilton gets it together and fix these issues. They really can’t compromise on cleanliness.

Right across the street from the hospital. Very convenient. Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The shower had plenty of hot water and great pressure. Highly recommend

Room itself was a little out of date and neglected—some furniture was stained. Housekeeping services anticipated at least once during our stay did not occur. But in general, the hotel was quiet and clean, with very friendly staff. Breakfast was fine—overpriced for what was offered, but staff again very friendly. Location was convenient. Pool was small but very clean. Would recommend for a family or solo traveler.

They put me into room with OLD AC, So noisy I had to shut off! Outside which Blocked my window was Huge machines that ran the inner workings of the hotel!! Also very noisy and high pitched humming All Night! I called to have my room switched, but could not. I had to put pillow over my head to finally sleep after 3 hours!!! Of trying. They should NOT Rent this room! Horrible

Friday night real noisy , came in my room on Sunday before I checked out to clean the room I don’t think they should of came in my room before I checked out I was at the hospital with my sick daughter, we came back at 11 they were in my room

I booked this for our company - hotel was pre-paid under our company\'s name and employee\'s phone number was entered so he would have the confirmation. Employee showed company credit card and identified himself - hotel refused to check him in. Manager finally "agreed to do so" - was very rude over the phone, and directly with our employee - doubting his reservation and telling me "next time" I needed to do this differently - clearly he did not like us utilizing Expedia. (we love Expedia!) Also, we already had an employee staying there (at the same time!).....Never Staying There Again so there will be no next time.

Paid a lot for Presidential suite for 2 nights. Had to wait for 5 minutes at desk for someone to check me in. Asked for help with bags told to ask security guy, he was outside on break or something couldn’t find him. Breakfast ordered off menu, potatoes were cold. No one from housekeeping came to my room. For the $$$ I would not stay there again.

The property is located right across from Albany Medical Center, yet still close enough to all the "tourist attractions" Even though it\'s by the medical center, we found it to be quite quiet. They could do a better job cleaning the floors in the rooms and the stairway up to check in. Other than that it\'s a nice and convenient place

The staff was very hospitable and friendly and helpful, and the dining room looked lovely, but the room itself was not worth the high price. The chair, curtains, and lampshade all had stains. There was a connecting though locked door to the next room, as well as a sizeable crack under the door to the hallway, so I could hear all my neighbors\' music and alarm clocks and TV and walking in the hallway, and smell the late-night microwave popcorn. The "view" was onto the Albany Medical Center which comes with the sweet sounds of sirens wailing by whenever the ambulance takes that route. For the high price, I would have expected to be able to have a quiet night.

The hotel is exceptionally convenient for patients at Albany Medical Center. My wife was a patient and could walk directly into the hospital via covered walkway. The food in the hotel restaurants was very good and inexpensive. Only complaint was the room air conditioning which was not working properly.

The front desk staff was wonderful. Its a bit of a noisy area being right by the hospital but the bed was so comfortable i fell asleep quickly each night. The sports bar in location had a delicious shrimp dish and the server was wonderful.

The sports bar is missing a good menu variety the service is horrible. Since this restaurant is servecing the visitors that come to the Albany Medical Center should have better food & service for the visitors there. Really bad quality food & service.
