The Concord Inn staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The hotel is spotless. Unfortunately the pool is being renovated so it was closed and the only treadmill in the small gym was broken, although they did offer to set me up with the gym in the neighboring hotel. The area is a mix of residential and commercial. And while I never felt unsafe, there do seem to be a few sketchy people who wander up and down the street. But, all in all, a very good stay at a very reasonable price.

They are going through renovations at this point so there is lots of construction material and trucks.on the pool was closed due to this and there is very little parking available.

Nice modern rooms, friendly staff. breakfast was basic (eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, oatmeal muffins) quiet safe area. Only close places (2 min drive) to cvs, kfc, BK & a convenience store/gas nothing else close. No gym but access to the residence merriot gym next door if desired.

I only gave it a 4 because the POOL AREA is undergoing a MAJOR RENNO. It looks like some serious money is being spent to upgrade the pool and surrounding area. THAT IS THE ONLY REASON THEY DID NOT GET A 5 ON PROPERTY and AREA RATINGS. Otherwise a solid 5 as the property is well manicured and kept.

The hotel is going through a significant renovation. It would have been nice to know that in advance. The workers took up all the parking spaces and filled the breakfast room every morning. The pool was closed and the soda machines credit card interface did not work on any machine. Has I known this was the case I would not have booked the hotel.

The only things wrong with my room were a hole in the ceiling, above the shower head and mold around the bottom of the shower doors. Other than that, it was all good!! Will i stay here again??? Yes, the staff are nice and friendly.

By far the worst hotel experience. I went to my FIRST room and it was dirty. Old food in the floor and piles of dust. The young lady at the front desk put me in another room. I went to use the bathroom and there was URINE still in the toilet! And there was NO toilet paper!! I have never been so disappointed with a hotel.

I would stay clear of this property. The hotel is filthy. You can see the dirt in the elevators. I don’t think they vacuum. The room mold in shower, broken outlet covers, dust in exhaust fan. It was just gross.

The room we checked into wasn't properly cleaned. The toilet seat was dirty, and beer bottle caps were found in the bathroom. The front desk staff was friendly and found us a new room. We had our dog with us for our stay. There were plenty of grassy areas to take the dog out. However, other dog owners did not clean up after their dogs, and cigarette butts throughout, making it hard for a puppy not to pick up something they shouldn't.

The location is convenient, the staff at the desk very friendly and helpful, the lobby is lovely. But there is a high stone curb all around the entrance to the lobby, so if you have a bag with wheels you have to hoist it up to get to the lobby entrance. Or maybe walk all the way around to the handicapped parking spots, maybe the curb there is adapted. The rest of the building is stuffy and lacks ventilation, everything is brown, dirty and threadbare. The bathroom in the room I was given had black hairs in the sink, on the floor and in the shower, from various parts of the human anatomy. There was a dirty old cleaning rag left behind in the shower soap dish. The in-room air conditioner had a mind of its own, varied wildly in temperature, and sounded like I was sharing the room with a leaf blower. Fortunately I travel with disinfecting supplies and thick cotton socks in case of such problems. My exhaustion and commitments in NH did not allow for switching room, which I would have done but I unpacked first and then looked at the bathroom. The window in the room doesn't lock when you close it, and slid down and open at one point. Bed OK, pillows too soft and really lumpy. Overall I would say that the 8 weeks and money that they are spending on repairing the pool at the hotel would be MUCH better spent on a big detailed cleaning of every inch not in the lobby, and on improved ventilation in the halls on all floors and in the oppressive elevator. Do NOT recommend, sorry.

Easy to find hotel, nice pool and hot tub. The room and bed were clean but the shower had mold lining the perimeter that had definitely been there for some time. Good breakfast! Friendly and helpful staff, only qualm was the bathroom.

I found a COCKROACH CRAWL ACROSS MY BED AND BROUGHT ATTENTION TO PERSON IN CHARGE AND NOTHING WAS DONE BESIDES A ROOM SWAP only to walk in the Bathroom with whatever in the sink.

The hotel is kept in good order. Our room smelled like pot when we went in. It rained out and we heard a constant drip hitting the outside of the building all night. Other than that, it was comfortable and very clean, the staff are efficient and friendly.

Everything was good- clean room, comfortable bed, but elevator noise was unbearable. Our room was on the 3 floor next to the elevator. The elevator was so noisy that we couldn’t get any sleep at all and next day we had 8 hours driving. Typically you would expect some noise at hotels like AC, other guests, outside noise, but this elevator was the worst ever.

When I arrived at the Comfort Inn, located in Concord, New Hampshire, I was greeted by a receptionist with an attitude. I had a long drive and I really didn’t need that! A pleasant greeting would have been nice. The pool was closed for renovation. I specifically wanted the amenity of a pool. The receptionist said she’d give me a discount because the pool was closed. That didn’t happen. Breakfast was complementary but meager. The room was nice. The king bed was comfortable. A big screen TV, coffee maker, microwave and fridge. I liked the walk-in shower. The hotel was clean and quiet. Easy parking. Good downtown location. Reasonable price. But I don’t think I’ll book the Concord, New Hampshire Comfort Inn again. I was really turned off by the reception I got at the front desk.

Easy to get to and from. The included breakfast was good. The shower in our room had mildew all around the bottom. The chair and ottoman were old and worn out. Lamps had CFL bulbs in them. Those bulbs haven’t been sold or used in ten plus years. Due to that lighting was bad in the room. Room and hotel could use updates.

Large and comfortable room. Decor and fittings are pretty dated. The dresser drawer kept opening by itself which mean the room was either haunted or the floor wasn’t level. Decent breakfast with a waffle maker. Area isn’t walkable but it’s a short drive to the concord bars and restaurants.

Room was fine although did have some unpleasant smells due to being a pet friendly room. Carpet freshener before vacuuming would probably help a bit. Please do something with the mattresses….quite uncomfortable for me, had back pain after a short time.

First was given a double when I booked a king, no big deal. Was moved to a room directly next to the elevator, extremely loud….front desk was very accommodating when I asked to change again. Third room was hot with a non-working fan and smelled of urine. Front desk was amazing and switched me again; this time to a much quieter room where I was able to rest for the remainder of my stay.

The stay was as expected. One of the desk attendants was not very friendly and there were a lot of stains on the rugs, time for some new rugs. It felt clean, breakfast was good, and the bed was comfy. It was all i needed for the night!

From the moment I walked in a Girl I for got my name but manager knows after I complained 3 times about her rudeness and disrespectful and poor customer interaction. I would like a call back from hotel owner. She was hiding almost when I walked in talking on the phone and as soon as she saw me she went around the corner to the back and I had to yell hello and she was so irritated and she had some risky loss prevention behavior. Clean. Staff - Amanda and Susan were very customer focused. Overall the rooms needs remodeling. Furniture in room heavily marked and damage. Need to change the brown colors to a lighter color. Again , the staff was super!!!!

Staff and room exceeded expectations! I was looking for convenient, reasonably priced room for the night - It was lovely! I traveled to NH to on board a new hire who would be working remotely and we ended up being locked out of the office space we met at... Although I'd already checked out of my room, The Comfort Inn allowed me to return and work in a private meeting room with my employee. The staff was kind, understanding, and flexible. Really appreciate their hospitality <3

Stay was very comfortable. When I entered the parking lot there was boarded up windows. Manager on duty was very rude. (6pm )Didn’t acknowledge me, no friendly service just asked for my name and a credit card. The woman from Uber eats said the same thing when she delivered my food.

Nice property just outside of Concord. Convenient for a night’s stay not more than that. Extremely noisy since it’s right beside the highway. Nothing around in walking distance. For some reason not all comfort inn’s have the same amenities, where there should. For example: the comfort inn at lake George had 24 hour coffee and hot water service. This one just for breakfast.

Place was nice , the pool was under renovation so we could not use that . Which the details did mention that ahead of time which was helpful. The staff was very nice , no complaints there The room could have been more cleaner … the stains and the smell upon entering . But it wasn’t the worst I have seen . The breakfast! Amazing . Many options ! They switch it up each morning which is pretty cool ! Can make your own pancakes, waffles too ! Juice options, milk coffee, all that .

Everything was great except the check in.The lady at the desk was rude and obviously not happy with her job.This was on Oct 19.When asked a simple question she acted like I was irritating her.Desk lady this AM was all smiles and very nice.We come to this hotel from Maine every time we visit our family here in Concord,NH. Have stayed here in the past. The breakfast buffet has been average and serviceable previously. This time it did not meet that mark. My second day I opted to have breakfast elsewhere. Too bad they’re choosing to cut costs
