Great room, great full kitchen, great gym, great pool, dog friendly, great staff (Lexi excellent, and the restaurant manager who provided us food even after breakfast ended). We could’ve used Bravo as a channel selection 😂, and the gym needed more Clorox wipes, but such a great 5 days and nights!

Desk service was great. She was very sweet, but other than that, not so much. The floors in the hallway were always filthy with crumbs. Our room never got cleaned during our 2 night stay.( which I understand is now a thing). Our bag of dirty towels were in the hall for at least 24 hours, still out there when we checked out the next day. We were in town for a basketball tournament and most of the girls got a horrible rash from the pool. Our bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close. We had to ask to have it fixed, which they did after the first half of our stay.

The room waa great. The only issues, which we DID NOT call the hotel, was the shower curtain did not reach the tub so the water leaked out. The toliet holder fell off the wall and we put it back on. Other than that the hotel was clean and the pool was great. We did call because the door closed hard and the clock fell off the wall and the glass front broke on the floor. They were very responsive and fixed right away.

Greeted by impolite staff. Overall, the property was clean. However, the room’s bathroom door would not latch; door would swing open. The dresser drawer would not stay closed. The elevator door was broken. Wallpaper peeling on bathroom walls. The room’s windows were adjacent to the rooftop and air handling units. Listened to them all night long. Seems “minor” but, for $200 plus a night, one should expect better.

Loved the room! Having a fireplace in the lobby to drink morning coffee next to was great… having one in the room to warm up by after cool spring days was even better. Friendly and helpful staff. Right down the road was a CVS and cheap gas. Would recommend.

The hotel was what you expect. Nothing more nothing less. The air vents were really dusty in our room, and everywhere I looked (halls,pool area, bkfst area). The noise level was a bit much at times. Some kind of youth sports team. They were so loud. Rough night sleeping with all the banging on doors and running up and down the halls. We left early Sunday am ( couldn’t wait to get home and sleep)

Staff was very friendly. Our room was very dirty. There were many things not cleaned properly. We cleaned it ourselves after staff brought us cleaning supplies. Pink mold and soap scum throughout shower, counters had crusted food stuck to them, outsides of appliances with crusted fingerprints on them and many things with significant buildup.

Wow! Super Dirty! Stayed in 2 different rooms as they didn’t have a continuous room for the days I needed. Both were equally gross - inches of dust on surfaces. Bed skirt had pee on it- I removed it. Guests before me left food in cabinets. Stove full of crumbs. Silverware & drawers full of crumbs. Someone’s booger on the pot holder. Bathroom tub had a red ring, soap & shower curtain was all mold. I removed it & bought my own shower curtain. Floors dirty when I moved in. Lots of dead bugs. Microwave dirty. Fridge dirty. I asked for cleaning supplies & a vacuum & had to go get these myself because they were “short staffed”. My mom & I spent 3 hours cleaning the room. We went through a whole tub of Lysol wipes, bought a different shower curtain & our own towels because these were unacceptable. Then- in the morning the carbon monoxide alarm went off. I notified the front desk and nobody seemed to know what to do & said they would send someone up to “look” at it. Can they see a potentially deadly gas? I told them to call the fire department. I had to leave for the day. When I came back they said that someone had been doing maintenance on the alarm so that’s what made it go off. I didn’t trust this - so I went & bought a carbon monoxide detector to put in my room so I could have peace of mind that I might not die in my sleep. The next door neighbor was blasting music well into the night. Didn’t have any breakfast. Didn’t use the “amenities”. Fireplace didn’t work in my room.

The front desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast started out very nice but after the usual breakfast attend was off the breakfast looked like it was just left over day by day. The housekeeping was very bad. We were there for 2 weeks and the carpet never got vacuumed and the bathroom was never cleaned.

As soon as we entered the room, there was a terrible smell filled with the room, we then requested a room change and was told that the rooms were sold out. When we went back to the room, we found out the smell came from the food residue in the food disposal, obviously the room was not cleaned properly by the housekeeping staff. No manager on site in the night shift to take care of the situation like that, a neglected hotel, violating the public health code, very poor management.

The location was easy to get to. The registration/check in process went smoothly and the staff was friendly. Slightly disappointed in the room, giant tear/hole in the carpet (living room area), towel racks falling off the walls bathroom), and shower water pressure was very weak.

Perfect place for a weekend of taking classes. I had my own food, ability to cook as needed, lounging in the evening and a very comfortable bed. The sofa wasn’t the most comfortable but served the purpose.

I specifically chose the suite for the pull out bed. It was unusable. My daughter could fill all of the springs and wires. They brought us a rollaway bed which was just as bad. She ended up sleeping on the couch Not the pull out bed.

Friendly staff, clean rooms with plenty of space. Couch is a little uncomfortable, but not a deal breaker. The only issue we had was the extremely strong smells from others cooking in their rooms that weren't all that pleasant. This is not on the hotel though.

Never got the room i ordered and on top of it the tv never worked and they only wanted to move my room at 12am at night this is unreal. Had my daughter for one night of the stay and she ends up having no tv and honestly wish i never spend the 400 dollars on this stay because it was by far the worst wver!

The staff were so kind and very helpful, even allowed us to check in hours before check in time, which was a HUGE help since we got there much earlier than expected. While that may not always be feasible, the gesture makes me want to use this hotel every time. The suite was clean and the furniture was comfortable.
