Beautiful property with lots of food choices to eat, a variety of slot machines, table games and clean swimming pool that closes too early 6pm. The room size is average, beds were comfortable and beautiful view from the top floors. The manager Kristy was very understanding and pleasant to speak with when an issue arises. The rooms and hotel were very clean ! The Pearl concert arena was Amazing with Darius ! However, the outside pool was very cold and closed down early . Overall , nice experience though.

This is a gorgeous room and bathroom. The view is everything. I will be staying in this unit the next time I visit. Spent time at the pool- great! Spa- phenomenal- room service and valet- great. You will absolutely love this corner suite.

I like the decor .. everything is wipable and pretty clean .. clean room is my top issue with Vegas.. food options were okay pizza place is good .. I wish the serrano cafes steak deal was a bit earlier .. parking is okay. I really hated that the gym hrs were so limited.. the pool was way too limited in terms of time. I didn't make it on my stay one time and that was a big question for me as to weather I would come back

I recently stayed in room 18116 at Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas and was very disappointed with the condition of the room. The space was dusty, the towels and sheets looked dingy, and there was a shredded white office chair that looked more suited for a garage than a hotel room. I called for assistance, but the only response I received was new towels. Overall, the experience did not meet the standard I expected from this property.

Bathroom light was out at checkin. Once we took a lamp in we noticed the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Hair, toothpaste stains. Disgusting. So we cleaned it ourselves when no one came to do it. Then we got charged a $250 resort fee. I should charge them a $250 cleaning fee. Plus side: fair slots!! We won’t stay again.

We enjoyed everything. It was clean and quiet. The staff was amazing. The machines paid out decently. It wasn't an hour hike to get to our room. Even though we were on the 32nd floor, it literally took us 4 minutes to get from the casino to our room. Very clean rooms and spotless bathrooms. Valet was quick and very polite

I stayed at the Palms from 7/25 to 7/27, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. Upon arrival, I was charged an additional fee for checking in early—which was frustrating but manageable. However, things quickly worsened when I entered the room and discovered the air conditioner wasn’t working. When I went to use the bathroom, I found that the toilet wouldn’t flush and was on the verge of overflowing. I called the front desk to report the issues but didn’t feel a sense of urgency from the staff. After receiving no meaningful response, I called again to emphasize that I was both overheating in the room and unable to use the bathroom properly. I asked if I could switch rooms, but that option was never offered. Instead, they sent a technician, Juan, who was incredibly helpful and professional. He discovered the A/C filter hadn’t been changed in quite some time and resolved both the air and toilet issues. I really appreciated his assistance, as no one else from the hotel followed up or checked in afterward. Additionally, the bed was extremely firm and could use extra cushioning. On my final night, I also noticed several roaches in the bathroom—prompting concerns about cleanliness and pest control. Overall, I was deeply disappointed in my stay and expected a much higher level of comfort and service.

The room is very nice. My problem was someone smoked something in it before hand. The place smelled horrible. I dont recall a no smoking room option, certainly wasnt highlighted, and if it is I doubt I checked it. So maybe its on me, but it was horrible. Does it totally discount the quality of the room, no. I would not have stayed another night in that room though.

I enjoyed my quick stay at the Palms! It's an older property but I did like that the rooms have been updated. We stayed in the Ivory Tower which overlooks the pool area. Major downside was that the DJ starts planning house music at 10am and you can hear the base very clearly in the rooms in this tower. The music goes non stop until 5pm. This might be fine for some but when you have late Vegas nights, being woken up at 10am with quick thumping is not fun lol. Otherwise, the dining options were plentiful and I loved that the food court area stayed open super late. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Lastly, Ghost Bar was a GREAT vibe to start our nights off. The views were amazing and the service was great. Overall, I'd stay at the Palms again but in the other tower, when I didn't need to be right in the mix of the strip.

The bed was kind of warn out on one side. The mattress had a dip in it from people sleeping in the same spot. The air conditioner unit made a noise like a door closing every time it turned off. The floor was quiet. The bathroom was nice I liked the spacious shower. I enjoyed the fantasy tower The gym was excellent. Clean newer equipment. Totally love the stairmaster it paired with my Apple Watch. Also working out I was able to get a view of the pool, which I would later enjoy. Good drinks, good snacks and not overcrowded. My favorite snack by the pool was a fruit tower and you can’t go wrong with chicken wings. The palms did a good job. I’m happy.

Our flight arrived at 9:30 am. We were able to pay an additional $45 to check in early at 11am. Staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. There are no grocery stores nearby so we thought we'd use Shipt to deliver some snacks and water. We couldn't get anyone to deliver. Apparently drivers hate delivering to the hotels. Thankfully you can get water from the waitresses walking around the casino. Their food court has affordable eats like Panda Express, McDonald's, Earl of Sandwich and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. In the hotel description it says that the rooms have refrigerators. A bit misleading since these refrigerators are not for your use. They carry items you must purchase. Absolutely do not pick up the candy or coffee sitting out. i picked up a coffee cup set thinking it was free, because most hotels leave free coffee. I noticed the coffee is NOT free. A single K pod has a $3 price tag. Ridiculous! These items sitting out have motion sensors. I was charged for the coffee i inspected even though i didn't use it. So once again i warn...do not pick up anything sitting there at the snack station. You will be charged even if you put it back unused. I couldn't be bothered to mess with CS so they got free money from me.

As we checking in they asked if we wanted to upgrade our room. Said oh absolutely. After we got to our room we learned that the tv in the master area wasn’t working so then they moved us rooms again. Which turned out to be amazing. Would definitely go back. They were really pleasant.

Congratulations, Palms Casino Resort, for redefining “hospitality.” I expected world-class Las Vegas service, but instead got racial bias, neglect, and broken facilities. We arrived exhausted at 11 PM, only to be “welcomed” by Arianna’s unfriendly glare and dismissive attitude. As an Asian guest, I couldn’t ignore how warmly she treated other guests in contrast. She then “accidentally” assigned us two completely uncleaned rooms. When I returned to complain, Nicole ignored us, busy laughing and chatting with coworkers. Our “replacement” room had a broken shampoo holder and a lingering stench—proof of how little care is given to guests. A look at Google Maps shows Arianna’s name mentioned repeatedly for poor service, yet clearly nothing has been done. As a former Marriott staff member, I’m shocked. This property shows no interest in addressing complaints or respecting Asian travelers. Instead, guests are treated as invisible revenue sources. If your goal is to make paying guests feel unwelcome, disrespected, and discriminated against, congratulations—you’ve succeeded. I’ll be warning others not to waste their money here.

I tried to check in at 6:30pm and was told my room wasn't ready AND the room with a King size bed that I reserved weeks ago was no longer available, so I would be getting a room with two queen size beds. I was told that I would receive a call or text from the front desk when my room was ready. I waited over 90 minutes with no call or text, so I went into the VIP registration area and asked to see the front desk Manager. I spoke with Charlie who was working the VIP registration desk and Charlie saved the day! My room had been ready for sometime, so Charlie checked me in. If it weren't for Charlie, I would have been extremely upset and probably never stayed at the Palms again. Thank you Charlie!

We recently stayed at the Palms and unfortunately had a frustrating experience that soured the trip. When we got to our room, the TV wasn't working. It took almost two hours and three calls to the front desk before someone finally came to check it — only to find out it had already been reported broken by a previous guest the day before. Despite that, they still put us in the room without fixing or mentioning it. They eventually moved us to another room and called it an "upgrade," but it only had one king bed instead of the two queens we originally booked — not ideal since we had three people. While the staff were polite and seemed sympathetic, the situation wasn't handled well. They offered a credit toward dinner to make up for the inconvenience, but the amount wasn't even enough to cover a full meal at most of their restaurants — and the one where it might have worked, Mabel's BBQ, was closed. We also learned that the food court doesn't accept hotel credits, which was frustrating. In the end, while the staff was friendly, the lack of urgency, poor communication, and minimal effort to truly make things right left us disappointed. For the price and expectations, l'd stay elsewhere next time.

I was specifically told I could check out late if I paid more money , but I was absolutely told I check out is noon and stay until 3 if I wanted to. I just got yelled at by a female with neck tattoos at their front desk ,as I questioned about possibly staying till 3 PER the original man who checked me in, info. Do better, be kinder. Treat people with respect . The energy coming off of a lot of your staff is not welcoming.

For being my first time here I had a horrible experience checking in. Front desk reception had an attitude after I asked a simple question to her. Also once we got our keys to our room, we walked into a room smelling like smoke when they specifically said no smoking room, bed sheets that were stained and the toilet seat had stains from it not being properly cleaned. I went back down stairs to talk to the receptionist about switching rooms because the room was unacceptable to stay in. I was able to talk to the night supervisor requesting if it was possible to switch rooms and her response was very rude to where she rolled her eyes after I had made that request. She had asked another worker to assist us because clearly it was a bother to her that she couldn't assist us.

Overall the hotel is very nice but it's off the strip so in the summer it's too hot to explore other areas near by. We stayed at this hotel because of a concert at the hotel. The Pearl show room is an excellent venue for concerts. Our room was nice and quiet. The elevators are fast and never was there a wait like at other places in Las Vegas.

We ate at Tim Ho Wan, and Serrano Vista Cafe, and the food was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend both places. Our suite was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend the upgrade. The only thing we didn't like was that our room didn't have a little fridge for us to use. 4.9 rating out of 5.
