The Cromwell Hotel Las Vegas

Good location, excellent shower, comfortable beds. The room is very dark, dark furniture, dark floor, not enough lights. The nice photo showing the roof top pool is not hotel property, only opens noon to 5pm to hotel clients, it's a night club late night, I think it's false advertisement. There's no refrigerator in room unless you pay $20 per night.

The only "complaint" I would have was and issue to get Ubers. We had to go to The Flamingo. No other complaints.

When I booked, I didn't realize that the dining options were so limited. Nowhere to get breakfast or even a cup of coffee without leaving the property. I realize a STarbucks is coming, but that's barely a breakfast. Fitness Center is very limited as well. Nice pool, but half of it was closed and the chairs close to the side of the pool that was open cost $150 just to sit down.

Sure wish the swimming pool was open past 5.

Cromwell was surprisingly elegant and classy! Definitely more of an adults only hotel. Pool open only from Noon-5pm because it is shared pool with Drai’s nightclub/dayclub.

There was no roof top pool access provided. Instead guests were asked to use the pools of the adjacent properties, which is an inconvenient.

There is no pool access for the hotel guests. Even though it says there is on the booking . There was someone else’s shirt that is full of dust , so it has been there a while

Very nice place and great location, but the rooftop pool was not open during the week. This was probably the only negative , but a big one!

Parking is $50 a night which is really ridiculous. I thought prices in the 30s and 40s were a lot. 3 whole days is an extra $75 plus taxes on top of that. Parking should be a perk of staying at your resort and included in the resort fee, but the resort fees are already expensive and if definitely does not include the pool especially if there is a known artist. Not even a discount. The room was Fairly clean; a little dusty. Not super bad. Excellent location. Restaurant located upstairs; a little pricey but everyone is nice.

Walkable area near lots of fun things to do. Had to pay a resort fee that included the pool, but once at pool you are not allowed to sit on any chairs without paying a fee of several hundred dollars. Pain to have to keep walking around the pool or be in the water to enjoy the area.

The room had mold in it in the shower and the bathroom , room very dusty floor was not mopped it was awful

Horrible hotel experience!! We arrived to our room to find it extremely dusty (All the cabinets, drawers, floor). We stayed at the Cromwell when they first opened and we loved it. However this time they have really let the hotel go and seems run down. The first night we were tired and the next day we removed the do not disturb sign so they could clean. We returned that evening to a room that was not serviced. I called guest services and they said that they would come deliver towels… They never arrived and I had to call again an hour later …they ended up giving us laundry bag, full of towels. (I thought it was a bit unprofessional). As we walked in the room, the lining was floor lining was torn, The bedsheets had stains, The walls are rotted, as well as most of the cabinets. There was also a toothpaste cap left behind. Not to mention under the couch was disgusting. In general is seems like our room has been abandoned for a few weeks due to the amount of dust everywhere. Also, the noise level at night was extremely loud. You can hear it vibrating through the walls,we could not sleep. I travel to las vegas for work 2-3x a year and I'll be staying at my usual venetian from now on. which is always top notch and extremely clean.

The property was just okay, it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. Guess it didn’t help that the room cleaning staff only came once out of the 5 days that I was there. Definitely disappointed!

We were originally given a different room than what we paid for with no strip view. The room was dirty and dusty not to mention they did not change the sheets when we arrived because the pillow cases smelled like cheap mens cologne. The sheets had fresh blood stains on them. I had to tell house keeping to change them.

Staff was always helpful but the hotel itself could use some TLC. This is the first hotel in a long time that I’ve stayed in where I’ve worn shower shoes. There was a level of grime in the bathroom that makes my skin crawl. Elevator access should have been confined to room key only but it wasn’t which is a MAJOR safety concern.

The bathroom sink and shower were backed up. There was black mold in the shower. Room was not cleaned thoroughly, found candy on the floor. Overall, the hotel and rooms are rundown.

The room was Dirty. There was a random sandal from the previous occupant that wasn’t removed. Floors were dirty. Try something another resort this one will be a huge disappointment.

Our room did not get cleaned the entire stay. We called and were informed that someone would be there the next morning, we also asked the hall attendant. No one ever showed.

DO NOT STAY HERE! After checking in, went to the room they gave me and was shocked at what I found. 1. Pulled open the bed cover and found that the sheets were messy like someone had slept in the bed. 2. Bathroom shower had strong ammonia / bleach oder, so strong I almost had to vomit. 3. Toilet seat and bowl was NOT clean and found human feces. (I have photos) Room and hotel is dark, food/drink options are extremely limited, and surrounding area is dirty. I would rate this negative stars if given the option.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel per se, except the room was very dark and dingy. But their policies are unacceptable. They nickel and dime you with charges, high resort fee for nothing special, you can’t use the fridge for personal items or they’ll charge you $30. If you accidentally move one of their items in the fridge, it’s automatically charged. You can only get Wi-Fi for two devices, otherwise there’s a $15 a day charge. And iPad counts as a computer and that gets charged. There are so many choices in Vegas, we would never stay here again and would advise you not to either!

The room needs extra light, extremely dark

Room lighting was terrible.

Rooms are dark and dated. Not a great place for work travel as the rooms do not have sufficient lighting or work space. Bathrooms and rooms are dar, dated and worn but clean.

Room was dark. Had to pay extra for a view that wasn't a wall or parking lots. No windows for fresh air

Been wanting to stay here for awhile. But was disappointed. The aesthetic is nice with the baroque style. But once you get in you realize it’s only about the aesthetics. You can tell they put lipstick on a pig with this used to being an old casino. Wild Bill’s I believe. There was no stemware in the room. The coffee in the room was an up charge. The walls and doors are thin and we could hear every noise from other guests all night. The shower was nice though. Probably won’t stay there again.

Was ok. Room was dark. Can see thru the mirror to the shower. Very uncomfortable. No privacy.

The boutique style excellent, but the noise from the club along with hardwood floors makes it complex to get any sleep

My only complaint about the stay was that the hotel charged for EVERYTHING! Charged us extra to check into our room at 3 pm when check in at 4 pm. Never had a hotel do that before. Late check out - same thing. Charged us extra.

The Cromwell leaves much to be desired beyond the location on the strip. The receptionists were all very friendly but your chance for an early check-in isn\'t likely for a hotel this small. I was told at noon that they would do their best and checked back at 3 o\'clock with no luck, finally checking in at 4. DDon\'think that hotels.com gold status will get you an upgraded room or an early check-in (I get it, it\'s "when available").?My biggest gripe with this hotel was my room location was across the hall from a storage room for housekeeping. TYelly midnigh , t ey move carts in-and-out slamming that door and those carts are loud (as is the staff tagain Then again at 7:00 in tand morning, so getting those few extra precious hours one usually needs in Vegas just i.sn\'t happening I should have brought my ear plugs because it was quite a sleepless 3 nights. If you are coming her work or just want to use your laptop for casual check-ins, they don\'t have a desk, in these rooms so you will be working from a low coffee table on the couch. They provide one piece of bar soap so if you didn\'t bring body wash or soap you will be moving the bar from the sink to the shower and back and forth. There is Kuereg coffee machine in the room but if you actually want a K cup you have to take it from the Mini bar which includes 4 coffees. But only 2 of them are actual coffee, one is some random vanilla flavor and 1 is decaf - it\'s $10 for the coffee box. Even low budget hotels provi

Shante, at the front desk was amazing with wonderful customer service. Her superior hospitality set the tone for our great stay at The Cromwell. Shante went above and beyond for my wife and I, we will never forget her kind gestures! Honorable mention would be the excellent Valet staff who were great brand ambassadors for the company.

Upon check-in, the hotel accidentally merged my reservation into another person‘s with a similar name. It took two hours to get into a room. The next morning when I got my bill, it included the other person‘s room charges on it.

Friendly staff and helpful.

Check in staff was not pleasant. Room has some wear and tear. Not many restaurants and amenities. Beers are $10.99😠 Hotel staff looked bothered. Had to walk across the street for Uber PU. Would not pay full price for hotel stay, I would rather pay more for more.

Poorly staffed….we felt nickel & dimed for everything…was very difficult to find anyone to answer simple questions….no ice on any floor…..only one person working the ‘Eatwell’, which backed up to very long lines for just a simple coffee order. Was advised to order online & pickup, and after an hour went to check on order which hadn’t been received….just chaotic all around. We did like that the Casino is nice and quiet if you don’t like busy crowds.

Check in was a breeze and the agent was super friendly. Unfortunately when we got to our room we discosrved it was already in use by someone else. The same front desk agent was feiendky and helpful to get into another room, but when we got there when discovered the electronic lock needed a new battery and wouldn’t disengage the lock. 4 calls to the front desk, being told maintenance “is right there” and a 25 minute wait in the hallway- we finally got into the room.

The location is the biggest factor, right in the heart of the action. You do have to put up with a lot of street noise.

Love the small style hotel casino. Not overwhelming and in a good location on the strip. Lots to do within walking distance. However, our sliding bathroom door was off track and we never got turndown service (3 nights and opted IN)

It was a decent hotel. The staff was super awesome. Evelyn was super sweet when we checked in. Our shower overfilled both times we showered. Worst the last day. Nobody came to help. The eat well restaurant was closed when we finally went to get breakfast. Only breakfast during the week. Which they didn’t have much. Wasn’t many food options. We constantly went next door to flamingo for food, snacks r anything we needed from the store.

Awesome hotel. Love that it’s the smallest on the strip because it’s not crowded like the rest! Only downside is there is no where to eat in the hotel except on the weekends so you have walk every time you want even a snack.

Went to the pool was closed by 6pm when it’s still 110 degrees outside and very light. Not much food on the premises

Although the property is located conveniently in the center of the strip, it doesn’t offer any shopping stores or variety of restaurants breakfast lunch or dinner Which was very disappointing. The room telephone did not work and the Internet service was out for an entire day, which means there was no Wi-Fi access.

Having no place to eat breakfast in is kind of a big deal.Lacks restaurants so you always have to walk for food.

Interesting property with pool table in common area, great pool area with bar/music. Nice, helpful staff. Rooms were very small, but efficient. Room could have been a little cleaner and some damage in public areas made the hotel feel a little run down. Website advertises a restaurant/access to breakfast but that's not the case - they only have a self serve market set-up with cereal, etc.. location was very good though!

The location was good. The room was clean and beautiful. The hotel did lack amenities, no choices for dining. The gift shop the only place to get water was also closed for our entire stay. Overall it was alright, wont stay there again. Bring your own supplies.

Love the location and the size of the hotel. However, it’s really outdated and dark. Not having anywhere to pick up food waa a huge issue for us. Staff was very friendly and helpful
