Well taken care of. Rooms were very clean. The gym was nice, included a peloton. The breakfast was also good. Only concern was one of the elevators. It felt like it was going to drop you and it was your final destination.

Everything was nice and quite pleasant except there was blood on two of the pillow cases and when I called the front desk regarding it she told me to bring them down in order to replace them and I thought that response was inappropriate and unsanitary. So I just placed them in the closet.

We must have been in a wheelchair-friendly room, as the shower had no lip separating it from the rest of the bathroom floor. Unfortunately, it also did not have an adequate slope toward the drain. The bathroom quickly flooded, so I had to mop up the floor before my husband waded in for his turn in the shower. A warning to watch the angle of the water stream and an impromptu dam of every towel but the one he needed to dry off prevented a second flood event. Otherwise, the room was convenient, clean (especially the bathroom floor!) and comfortable.

The air conditioning was perfect, effective and quiet. The shower was unpredictable, ran very hot and then cold with no warning. The maid tried initially to clean our room at 8, we asked her to come back later, we left the room at 9, and she never came back. But the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet.

The fold out couch was the most uncomfortable bed - springs and a bar across my back - unsleepable - had to sleep on the floor instead... When I brought it to the attention of management (that night) they made no effort to help and no accommodation for the worst night's rest - not even late check out. Management handled it extremely badly.

The hotel overall is amazing nice clean however the front office staff at check in was very rude, unfriendly when she gave me the room key she just slammed the key on the front desk didn't give me any direction I had no clue where the elevator was what room I was in I had to open the keyholder to find my room number totally unacceptable I've stayed in plenty of hotels and the front office staff were very friendly.

Beautiful part of Las Vegas away from the strip. Clean quiet with mountains in view. This is a great choice for a casino free stay in Vegas. We were there for a family memorial and reunion and were happy to be in a normal quiet and clean neighborhood. Great value for a family or quiet trip to Nevada.

For anyone visiting patients at the nearby hospital, there is a great place to stay. We arrived very early, so they saved our luggage and were able to get a room ready several hours before actual check-in time.

Hotel was fresh, clean, easy to park. Nice front desk staff. Only recommendation is to provide ear plugs on nightstand or bring your own. The highway is very loud when sleeping. I had ear plugs & they worked great!

We’ve stayed here about 5 times over the last year and have also stayed at 4 other locations in the summerlin area. We used to prefer this specific location for the pool and breakfast but not anymore. The pool was warm the first two times we came but since then I don’t know if anything changed on their end (probably not) but we have had it be too cold even for my kids to enjoy. And this when it was 100+ degrees out. And the breakfast used to include those favorite “good” breakfasts (we have celiac so the waffle bar and plethora of baked items and cereals never apply for us) we like the western omelets, bacon, things like that and they are not having that anymore (or we just have had bad luck). Used to be the only breakfasts were always those nicer ones and now it’s the bland frittatas and suspicious “scrambled” eggs. We won’t spend the extra money for this location next time - we can stay closer to the places we like to hang out in downtown summerlin and eat out for breakfast or whatever.

Staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast option is amazing! We enjoyed having the microwave and mini fridge in the room. We were happy we were able to bring our dogs. There is a pathway parallel to the freeway where we walked our dogs. They also have small grass areas and provide poop bags for dog owners.

If you don't need to sleep, you can maybe choose to stay here, otherwise definitely stay away. Half of the hotel is just facing a busy highway and the sliding windows of the rooms allow all the noise to the room. We were denied to change the room because no others rooms were available. Very very noisy 24 hours a day. They have to renovate the rooms and replace those windowish things with proper sound isolating windows but they won't do this for sure considering the demand. The second issue is with the breakfast. Whenever you go to the breakfast area, every seat is occupied and finding a seat to have your breakfast becomes a nightmare.

Hotel was in walking distance of hospital, clean and comfortable, fairly quiet, and plenty of area for walking. Area is safe. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable bedding and I like that they supply nice quality shampoo/conditioner/ lotion so it’s one last thing I need to pack. Breakfast was ok - only because it was not very warm at all. Good coffee and also nice hot tea selection. Would have loved to try the waffles but too many kids allowed to make their own and of course throwing lots of it away and 1 Kid took at least 10 hard boiled eggs ate 2 and threw the remainder away! That’s the only downside.
