I was there for work and having a kitchen was what I wanted. I did not want to be on the strip but the place felt very outdated. I’ve stayed in other Residence Inns that were much nicer. The carpet in my room was ripped. The bathmat looked like it was moldy. The pool was undergoing renovation during my stay and the hotel did not notify me until I arrived. They didn’t charge me for parking which is a joke because the hotel is in an office complex with plenty of parking. Wry much a let down for this Residence Inn.

We stayed for 7 days and we had a wonderful time! Nice distance to the strip, hot tub for those cool mornings and evenings, lots of hot and cold breakfast choices but the best was the friendliness of each staff member we encountered . From maintenance - housekeeping - front desk - they were so friendly and helpful! That was the very best part ! They also had a dedicated outdoor a space to let our dog out .

The breakfast is pretty basic but enough. The parking is $15 a day which is annoying. The location is pretty close to the strip (~15-20 mins of walking) The hotel is good for families, it's quiet, no casino.

Absolutely fabulous 👌 Rene at front desk was very kind,welcoming and excellent customer service. Housekeeping was fast ,and friendly. Hotel clean. Complimentary breakfast had alot of choices. Hot tub was so nice. Pool water was cold but than it was evening when attempted to swim. Overall definitely will be returning.

We loved staying at this hotel! It’s close to the strip, just a 7 minute Uber ride. The staff was helpful and room service was on top of things. We were also able to enjoy the grills outside of the pool one night. The rooms are a bit outdated with the decor but nothing too bad, everything was clean and worked well. The breakfast was great!

Stayed for nearly a week and honestly had a lovely time! The breakfast was very very good and plentiful, only issue I had was as soon as it was 30 minutes before the cut off time, they were already wrapping everything up. Besides that, the workers at breakfast were incredibly kind and welcoming. Another concern, the pool was closed for two days when it said it would only be closed one day, also it’s was very very cold and hard to enjoy. I also wished cleanings were done more frequently throughout the stay.

The hotel was large, clean, and the people working there were friendly and professional. The room was huge. Two beds, a sofa, a desk, an eating table with chairs, a full-sized bathroom, plus a large refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, and cabinets with dishes, cups, glasses, including silverware. Best room we could have asked for.

Windows in the room are not kid friendly . In fact they are dangerously open at the lower side . I am not sure what was the reason behind this. We had to literally wake up in night to make sure our toddler is not opening the windows

Older property. One of the chairs was about to fall apart. There was a foul sewage odor coming from my bathroom.Told front desk nothing done. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Liked the convenience of having 2 bedrooms. Location was perfect and easy to get around. Breakfast was good and lots of choices.

Although we enjoyed having 2 rooms, beds and bathrooms it really needs to be remodeled. The carpet is stretched and wrinkled in the pathways, the drains in one of the bedrooms bathtub and sink drain very, very slowly so you end up with discussing standing water in both. The other bathtub has a broken drain cover that can’t hold water but at least you aren’t standing in your own filth…. The cabinets in the kitchen look like they are straight from the 70’s. Like for reals. It looks like the cabinets from my childhood but painted. All of this being said. The place feels clean and safe.

nline check-in was quick and convenient, but the room itself was disappointing. It felt dated, with worn furniture and several maintenance issues. The kitchen cabinets and drawers didn’t function properly, and one of the bathroom outlets gave a shock when using hair appliances. The sofa was so worn and sagging that it was uncomfortable to sit on for long. While the hotel clearly needs significant updates, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We arrived on the evening of, Thursday, May 29th. The staff ( Ms Rena and Miss Renee ) weree both very friendly, polite, and helpful. We had an issue with our forst room and they both rectified the situation immediately. Kudos to them both!!

Quiet hotel 1 mile from the busy strip! We were comfortable, felt safe, and never had any issues with getting to and from the strip. Breakfast was good and the room was clean! We walked back after seeing the Backstreet Boys at the Sphere and it took us about 15 minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Easy walk to The Sphere and to the strip. Room was comfortable. Wish they had King beds! Grocery stores nearby. The kitchen cabinets were old and looks like they were painted many times. They also had a lot of dust. Overall room pretty good and we would stay again! Everyone at front desk very helpful and nice!

This property is nice and clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. It's a 20 to 30-minute-walk to the strip. Breakfast is pretty standard and you get some good options. Just the coffee too strong it hurts my throat until now even after 1 day of eating breakfast. No choice of getting decaffeinated at that time. I wonder why? I didn’t asked and assumed it’s okay. Then the scrambled eggs don’t like, it was watery and tasteless. Everything else are fine, clean, quite, and walkable to the Sphere and restaurants
