For the location and being across Microsoft Corp. The outside looked it had been clean in While. Trash on the stairs that look like it has been there for a long time just thick the dirty was. Free breakfast, really? Coffee and individual wrap little buns, not event close at least to a Continental breakfast. Disappointed...

Convenient location. Rooms were ok, but less than expected. Check in service was fine. Service during stay was dismal to nonexistent. Room was short a pillow, requests for room service and towels went unanswered. The "breakfast included" wasa skimpy coffee bar with 2 old brewers and a stack of breakfast bars, no food. When asked about it the staff was rude and curt, in front of other guests. This element could be construed as deceptive advertising at best. Given the next-door proximity to Microsoft's campus I anticipated at least a moderate to good experience. This stay, was not that.

Little worn down. Leaky shower curtain, wet bathroom ceiling, no shampoo. Good place to crash when needed.

Positives: Location, kitchen, relatively comfortable bed, very friendly staff, laundry facility. Negatives: Not the cleanest room I’ve ever been in, curtains were dirty, just looked a little run down and dingy, shower head leaked. Had to ask front desk for dishes, they aren’t automatically provided, no dish soap provided. Hotels.com said breakfast was provided, but it consisted of muffins in plastic, nutri-grain bars, instant oatmeal packets, and coffee. Hotels.com also said that a gym nearby is available for guests, that was false and there is no gym. The room does not have a smart TV and the signal went in and out, making it almost impossible to watch TV. Hotel is cheaper than others for good reason, and it was ok, but definitely could be improved upon.
