Extended Stay America Suites - Seattle - Redmond

Rooms were super clean with comfortable bed and staff was friendly and efficient. Proximity to Microsoft campus (right next to it) was fantastic for my business trip. Parking lot is not secured and has no cameras. The night before my stay two car windows were smashed in, the glass was still lying on the ground.

The area was quiet. Easy access to shopping and dining areas. Wash machines card readers were non functional, floors in room looked clean but when wiped with a damp cloth were dirty. Exhaust vent in bathroom didn’t work. Furniture and countertops were very clean.

I would have given a higher review but they ran out of hot water by 10 AM. Not GOOD!

Easy to check in. Open parking.

The amenities are non-existent. No grab and go breakfast unless you call a cereal bar breakfast. No coffee available in the morning let alone 24/7. The laundry services just eats your money. The nearby gym is only available if you already have a membership to planet fitness o er a mile away. No housekeeping services. I had to request dishes twice. Coat hangers couldn’t be found. Front desk staff was unavailable several times when going to the desk for information. 4 out of the 5 days there was someone working on their vehicle in the parking lot. The room was clean.

This extended stay is different in that no pots/pans,dishes,silverware is in Room;have to ask for Bin at Desk. Laundry isn’t Free but $6 load! No dish soap, no paper towels, no napkins, Breakfast is a muffin, Grab/Fruit Bat, Instant Oatmeal packets & that’s it- no fruit or juice or cereal or yogurt

Overall was a good place but was hard to find parking and the spots were extremely narrow.

Front desk lady was rude. Had friends hanging in the check in area. No pool, disabled parking in front of my room was always full had to park away from room. Bathroom wasn’t clean upon arrival.

King bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was good. Put us in the wrong room originally. Room is very spartan, bathroom fan didn't work. Door/lock was sticky (didn't always open). Sunday our key stopped working; had to get a new key. No ice, no decaf coffee or tea. Shower took a long time to heat up. Wi-Fi intermittent. Likely my last time at extended stay. Not worth the $$ spent.

The room was filthy!! There was hair from a previous customer in the bathtub. The tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The walls were filthy. The window didn’t lock. The room smelt like mold.

This was probably the worst place I've stayed at. The mattress was wet and the pillows smelled like death. Cockroaches everywhere and I took so many photos. I asked them to change my room but they did not accommodate. I wish I could get a refund.

The room was quite clean and the check-in was quick and courteous. There were books on local hikes, novels and children's books to borrow. The area offers amenities and walks in a natural setting. The only standout negative was the "breakfast". Nutrigrain bars and packets of Quaker oatmeal, with the flimsiest plastic utensils and (when I was there) no cups or bowls for any of it, was a disappointment (and would horrify anyone visiting from outside the US). A simple bowl of fruits, maybe some cereal and some real milk and juice (even in small, single-serving containers) would go a very long way towards improving the general impression without costing very much.

Absolutely filthy, bed bug powder everywhere, dirty sheets with actual dirt in them, most dirty hotel iv ever seen asked for another room and it was worst then the first one. Got a refund and did not stay.

The first night we were too tired to notice the deficiencies in the hotel room, but on the second night it became apparent. There was hair in the shower and hair on the floor, there was also what appeared to be feces on a bath towel. This is our 4th time staying at this location and have never had any issues and generally enjoyed it. Very displeased with our stay overall.

It took 45 minutes to check in as the machine for writing key cards was not working. There was a dead roach on the floor upon checking into my room (literally right in the middle of the room). There was also no key card for the room due to the aforementioned issue. I went to the front desk and said I wanted to cancel my stay for a refund. The front desk agent told me they would do so. Later on, I find out that the manager would not issue a refund. This place is not run well and best avoided.

Discovered bed bugs in the first room. They moved us to a second room that had a worse case of bed bugs plus tiny little spiders in the bed! When I talked to the GM about the second room she chastised me for ‘tearing apart’ two rooms already (I only had to turn back the bottom sheet to discover bugs) and said they wouldn’t offer a third because ‘I was only going to tear it apart’ Do not stay at this hotel unless you’re prepared to infest your home when you get back!

Property has an ant infestation. Phones aren’t hooked up to ring the front desk, safety concern. Pubic hair was left in the tub, dirty bathroom.

The property was clean and well kept. The bed is horribly uncomfortable.

This one is super clean and up to date. I was throughly shocked on how much better this one was. I been up to Seattle twice and had two different extended stays and I hands down reccomend this one.

All was great except the thin walls, family staying directly above us was up all night with screaming children and made it difficult to sleep and could easily hear people walking by the front door and window

Check in was a little stiff , very nice room , large bathroom and microwave fridge and kitchen , bed was comfi , nice dresser and furniture . Very good value

Location is very close to Shops and Starbucks. The pillows are the one needed to be upgraded. Very not comfortable. Also the sound proof ceiling or walls need to work on. AC needs to be self controlled not by management. Can’t turn on AC after 10 pm. The machine is on but not functioning.

All in all it was a good stay. What I didn’t understand is there was a kitchen but no kitchen items. No plates, no cutlery, not even glass to drink water, no pots& pans. The biggest towels were still very small. Also no luggage holder in the room.

It was fine for a cheap place to stay. When we checked in, the woman was in the back talking and heard us up front but didn't come to check us in for a good 8 minutes. This place had a kitchen but there was nothing to cook with, no plates, no nothing - so even if we wanted to cook we would have to have our own cooking instruments. We had booked 2 people into the room and there was only one shower towel and when I called to get more the woman laughed and said "yeah we are low" and I asked if we could get another and she said "I guess I could go get some if you want to come pick it up at the office". The staff was rude about other questions etc when we asked as well. I have a big truck and we parked backed in(which apparently isn't allowed but they didn't tell us that - it was on the long page of rules that I didn't read before parking) and I came out to a note in the morning that I will be towed if I parked like that. But I couldn't get my truck out if I parked in forward if I had two cars on either side of me. So I wouldn't recommend if you have a big truck.

Front desk staff was wonderful. Everyone was so kind, and with the wind storms happening around my stay there was some delays or difficulties with checking in and acquiring unit soles. But staff let me know exactly what was going on and any of my concerns was actually attended to quickly. Staff harbored such a comfy environment, I would absolutely stay again

I will never stay here again. Room was confirmed and not honored. I was then told they didn’t have any rooms and I was out of luck.

The front desk staff is unhelpful, unfriendly, and seems perpetually discontent with any requests from guests. When I needed more towels, they refused to give me any until I hiked up to my room and brought my old ones to the front desk. I asked about information in the town (where to mail postcards) and the staff member acted like she had never heard of mailing something and told me to look it up myself. The tub didn't work and wasn't repaired even after I reported it. The front desk staff wouldn't answer the phone or come to the front desk when guests needed help or had questions.

Check-In was quick. Front Desk staff was friendly and efficient. Room was spacious and clean. Lots of parking. Surrounding area was nice.

Worst service ever seen . Even having reservation with pre paid . Still they denied checkin due to over booking . Horrible situation in night when you travel a long distance and no room available to check in

I feel very comfortable here at Extended Stay. Not because it's fancy and smells of new car or because it's super sparkly, modern and upscale. I like it here because it feels as close to home as it gets when I'm away from home. I don't feel like I need to take off my shoes, walk around on my tiptoes or be careful what I touch. The people who work here all seem to be genuine and relatable. Always happy to accommodate you. Never condescending or judgemental. I've had the pleasure of meeting most of the staff and I can say that the hotel manager, Desire, has done an amazing job with her staff, creating a warm and inviting culture. Daria is very sweet and always quick to smile. Bri is very professional and knowledgeable. Marcella seems like a friendly, funny neighbor. Julio is super chill and makes it feel easier to breathe and relax. Laine has a great personality. She's also very professional and knowledgeable and quick to laugh with you in the right moments. That's why I enjoy staying here and will make this my preferred place to stay whenever away from home. Thank all of you for making our family feel at home through these difficult times where we have no other place to call home

The property was in a good area, the rooms were clean. The front desk staff person we dealt with was rude and difficult. We arrived a few minutes prior to their check in time and were told they couldn’t deal with us because it was to early and we would have to come back later. The so called breakfast was dismal, and when we tried to check out we were told we were to early and would have to wait for them to get ready. It took some time to convince them to let us check out when we needed to.

Caroline was awesome and amazing. I checked in late and left really early in the morning, and she was so kind to me. Sometimes the overnight lobby attendant isn't the best, but I felt like she went above and beyond to make my short stay the best!

We showed up at 950pm to check in, lobby said open until 11pm, and there was no employee there. Waiting in a lobby with 5 other groups until the employee showed up around 1025pm. She informed all of us she was working laundry, no other reason or real remorse. If they are truly that short staffed they ask their employees to be gone for half hour increments, they need to figure that out. My kid was exhausted already from a road trip and it was a bad experience to have no staffing there for a half hour. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Also, the bed felt like a hideaway bed. Very uncomfortable.

Whoa this place is nice! It’s close to a lot of neat places and restaurants, and it’s just a very pretty property with friendly staff. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area :)

Breakfast "Included" are mini muffins, protein bars and coffee. That is it. Toiletries included are only hand soap and shampoo. Dishes are provided per request but not even a sponge to wash them. Room cleaning is only once a week, if you want more, you have to pay for it. TV does not support any streaming services or casting. Gone are the days when customer was the king and customer service was the differentiator. This is a very very very basic hotel.

This hotel was a good spot for a one night basic stay. No frills, no additional amenities in the room. I was disappointed that they advertised a complimentary breakfast and it was only coffee and granola bars. There were packets of oatmeal but no bowls or spoons. One of the most minimal set ups I have seen from a hotel offering. I enjoyed the blackout shades and quiet environment. I opted not to take a shower with the limited supplies offered (bar of soap/one small container of shampoo) in a clean yet dated bathtub/shower.

No continental breakfast as advertised. There was one kind of packaged muffin and coffee. That’s all.
