The door to the parking lot had to mechanism in it. Anyone could simply pull it open. Other than that, it was okay. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good.

The room was clean and newly remodeled. The staff was very nice. Safely was an issue. Usually all side and back doors are locked and need a key to enter. Here, there was a keycard lock but it didn’t work and you could just open the door. Anyone could just walk in through the other doors.

The hotel is in terrible condition. Multistory and no elevator. TV broken in my first room, had to be fixed in my second room, no thermostat, terrible breakfast.

Abandoned truck in the parking lot with 3 flat tires. Our toilet rocked, reported it the first day, no one did anything. The safe in the room was DOA, we reported that, no one did anything. Blood on the sheets, we handled that. The wall adjacent to the door looked like it had feces on it, we left that. AC controls needed batteries, probably still needs batteries. TV remote needed batteries, we handled that, but the cover for the batteries is broken, we didn't fix that. The only protein in the breakfast is 'yougart'.

Infested with bed bugs. Had to pack and check out at 12AM because of bed bugs. Property Refused to refund. Hotels.com refunded me but the hotel charged my card again 2 days later.

We booked three rooms for three nights each for out of town guests due to a sudden death in the family. Once checked in, guests in one of the rooms found cockroaches in both beds. I would give them one star on everything but the guests in the other two rooms said their rooms were clean and they didn’t want to pack up and try and find a different hotel.

The room smelled damp and terrible. Yes, he's painting the exterior where paint smell may have bleed into room, but it smelled more dirty. There was mold in the shower ceiling AND all over the shower head. The 'fridge didn't have the little freezer section so I used their freezer for ice packs. The TV was difficult to watch as the hotel internet login kept showing up during a show. The place just felt very dirty. Happy their painting the Exterior, which is needed, but maybe Best to cleanup the Interior where guests put their heads...and loved ones. Love that the motel is pet friendly.

We were given one room that the bathroom shower had not been cleaned well. I could see dirty rings and pubic hairs in the tub. We gladly were given another room. This one has a used shampoo bottle left in it and when I picked it up there was a ring around it- obviously been there a while. The tub also has not been cleaned well as I could take my finger and remove it. Traveling long distance and really wanted a hot shower. Pillows were lumpy

We reserved a queen room. I pulled down the blanket to get ready for bed and you could definitely tell the sheets had NOT been changed. So I went to the other bed and there was NO bottom sheet. I went to the front desk and informed the young man and he put us in another room. He came to the room and I showed him the beds. He agreed with me that the sheets had not been changed. Plus, in the new room, we had old lumpy pillows.

TV didn't work, got the desk clerk, spent 45 minutes with them trying to get it going, so left.. they were going to fix while we gone, but... we had an event to get to, were hoping it'd be a quick check in, turned out we were late, came back and they hadn't fixed. TV wasn't mounted on wall and no sound was the problem Also, corfee pot didn't have all the parts there, so couldn't use

When arriving I was offered a king room instead of the queen room booked due to the tv not working in the queen room. The king bed was ok with me. However once in the room the tv would turn on however it never did load a program. There was also food and crumbs very noticeable on the cabinet the microwave sat in. On a positive note I didnt see any signs of bugs. Other than that the room was just ok. There was a noticeable unpleasant odor to the room. Musty is the only way I can describe it. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The water in the sink never got warmer than lukewarm even after running it for several minutes. So didnt even attempt to use the shower. The room served it purpose I guess but most likely will not be staying again.

When called the front desk of about the TV not working, she came up tried to fix it and said she would send maintenance maintenance never showed awesome on the same phone conversation. We asked for extra pillows and towels, and never received them. Overall would never recommend to stay at this hotel again or will be staying there did not feel it was clean. There was no hand soap to wash your hands. No hand towel to hang up your towels no coffee maker in the room breakfast very simple with not many options.

When I arrived to the room, the door was open, there was a washcloth in the bathtub, keys on the dresser, and the bed was made, but messy. No clothes or suitcases, so I didn’t too think much of it. When I told the front desk, he gave me a new room; since my Uber was on the way, he said to just take both keys and use the new room when I arrived. When I got back later that evening, I went to the new room. The key wasn’t working, but I tried several times in hopes that it would eventually work. And as you might guess, someone came to the door — rightfully freaked out that someone was trying to get into his room. I angrily went to the front desk and explained the situation. I got a 3rd room and that was fine. Unfortunately, I was concerned that they might give away that room too. No r housekeeping that day, so that was a disappointment. Just like the entire stay at this Super 8.

After a long day of driving. I was ready to get into the room. I had my service dog with me. The lady kept insisting I tell her what my medical condition was. I told her that’s against the law, and I don’t have to tell her. She said they only cover certain service reasons. (Which is not true) finally I told her it was for my diabetes. She said that’s not covered and I’ll have to pay. Again I tell her it’s illegal. Get the room and one of the beds was clearly just made over. Sheets were dirty. There was someone else’s dog pee in the bathroom floor still. Absolutely disgusting! And I’m still in shock in her invasion of privacy! It’s a hippa violation. Most definitely won’t be back.

Property had a little construction going on but overall a good stay. Stuff very friendly, helpful, anyone laugh an event at pinnacle bank arena, this is a 7min drive straight down the street. Very affirdablr compared to options located just 5min closer. About half the price!

The location is great of you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel that is fairly close to downtown Lincoln. The rooms was clean, parking was fine, and the ease of getting to downtown was perfect. The only downside was the rooms are not sound proof, so you can hear the mechanicals of the building, but overall worth the stay.

Rooms were clean and functional. Staff interactions were polite and professional. Easy to find and near enough to Memorial Stadium. Travel center and convince stores nearby and hotel is near major highways. Hotel is in good shape even though it been there since the 1980s.

Reasonably nice place - not fancy but clean and its in a safe area. However, you should plan on finding your own breakfast and coffee. The so-called "breakfast" was almost non-existent and what was there was pre-packaged. Coffee machines were empty.

It was pretty average, it was a place to sleep with easy access to the freeway. The room was fine, it had normal wear and tear, although a few areas could’ve been a bit cleaner; the bathtub had a couple spots on it. The breakfast wasn’t much, the pancake machine and juice machine were out of order but there was toast, cereal, and yogurt. Staff was helpful and friendly though.

Very average, but fitting for the price. Some aspects, such as the room, were in good condition, clean, and smelled relatively good an clean. Hallways smell a bit musty. Room AC was cold, but muggy. Breakfast was a total joke. Barely worth stopping in to eat. Front desk night personnel wasn't overly welcoming, but morning personnel (lead manager/owner?) was friendly.

Facilities were fine. The absolutely poor breakfast overshadowed everything about the stay. NO selection - not even fruit ( only had cold ceral x2, yogurt,1 choice of pastry & mini pancakes that take forever to make) . Plus literally anything they did offer was out of order or gone. We did ask & wait for refills - and finally got coffee. Can NOT recommend staying here if you want breakfast included.
