Ramada By Wyndham Kenner/New Orleans Airport South

The front desk staff was great when we arrived. Very helpful and checking was smooth and seamless. The property has not been well maintained and our room was damp and had an odor. We arrived late, so we decided to deal with it. The bed also creaked when anyone moved slightly-not sure if that was the mattress or bed springs. This is not somewhere we would pay to stay at again.

The stay was pleasant and the rooms were clean. I only rated you guys a 9 due to your housekeeping staff walked by at not one member spoke or said good morning, have a great day or anything. Be more friendly!

Clean room, staff was friendly and communicative, buffet was great and property was very clean. Beds were really comfortable

Rom was very minimal. Hole in cabinet where refrigerator might have been. Bed frame was a wooden plank that made noise EVERYTIME you moved or even sat on bed.. Very sharp end corner edges on bed frame = dangerous and painful. Extremely noisy outside from ?????? where it came from. Only stayed one night before leaving on cruise. Our shuttle driver from airport was absolutely delightful and the only bright spot in the stay.

Really clean and newly renovated room. Only complaint was the bed was pretty hard and made a loud creaking noise every time someone moved. Comfortable pillows tho. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was the basics but enough for us. The 24/7 free airport shuttle was a huge plus. We would stay here agin.
