The room was clean and fairly spacious, but that’s the best I can say about this place. Check in is at another facility, which I was unaware of until about 72 hrs before arrival. Communication with the hotel was almost non-existent and emails and attempts to reach them through Expedia went unanswered. My room was on the 4th floor of a walk up and there was essentially no help with luggage. This was extremely difficult and had I known I would not have booked with them. The room was supposedly air conditioned but it was not working ( it was warm in Venice during my stay) and there was not a way to communicate the problem since no one at the other facility answered phones. I would not recommend this place. There are plenty of other good places to stay.

This hotel is in a great location, and everything is easy to walk to! If you are coming to the train station, I suggest getting off at Rialto Mercato (only 1 bridge with luggage), in stead of San State (4-5 bridges). The hotel was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed! As others have warned, there is no elevator, so make sure you are ready to haul those suitcases! It was a great stay. Thank you so much!

The property was located close to many attractions and dining options. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so that should be considered if you have difficulty climbing stairs. We could never get the room cool enough to be totally comfortable and the weather was hot but not excessive during our stay.

Very comfortable. Could have used more coffee pods for the coffee machine as we were there a couple nights. Lots of stairs to the top floor so don’t bring a heavy suitcase and make sure you aren’t handicapped. Perfect temperature. Would stay again.

The room was very nice. Some amenities might have been missing. No coffee pods. People should know that there is no elevator. Our room was on the third floor. Up some very long flights of stairs.

Everything was great, except a few things. The pillows were so flat and hard it was hard to get a good night of rest. We were on the 4th floor and with no elevator and 2 50lbs bags that was quite the effort. No reception until the afternoon so when we arrived we had a little issue at the start just trying to get our bags into the hotel for storage because no one was there at the front desk. We liked the hotel location, room was dark and quiet

the check in was confusing as when we arrived at the hotel it was a sign to go to another hotel. at first no one was at reception. then the persons came along and gave us the access code. when we arrived inside the room, the room was not clean so went back to the other hotel and i was told “check in is not before 3pm” but they told us the room was ready. the fact that the reception is not inside the hotel is not an issue unless you need some help the room was nice and i was a bit disappointed with the shower as the shower head was not working properly in the same time, the tv is a nice to have but no channel in english overall a nice experience

It is a fantastic location!! We arrived right at check in time and were able to get in right away. Reception was very nice. Definitely get your steps in when you stay on the third floor, 63 each way. The only little thing was, It didn’t feel like the floors had been fully swept or vacuumed. Bed sheets and the towels seemed clean. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great 3 night stay at the Dimora Capuleti hotel in Venice. The hotel was very clean and is an easy 20 minute walk from the train station, and is super convenient to all other sites in Venice. The staff (Mildred) was great and super helpful and very eager to answer our questions and offer us suggestions. Breakfast was great too! Thank you for a great stay!

Loved this apartment. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit. Perfect for a family of four. First bedrooom slept two. Second bedroom was small with a twin bed but was perfect for my teenage daughter. The kitchen area also had a twin bed. The room had doors on both sides so my son had a mini suite to himself. The ambiance was very cool with wooden beams on the ceiling. Even the location was great!

The apartment was spectacular! It was spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped. We had a mix up initially getting in but that was quickly resolved. It’s close to the water just one building down. There was a huge event going on almost next door with private security and decorated like something you see out of a film. You could open the windows in the apartment and we did since the weather was so nice. The band played That’s Amore and we were able to sing along from our apartment from the window. It was magical!

Amazing stay. Staff directly takes you to the booked room. Staff is so kind, provided a map and great recommendations for dining around the area. Our shower head was leaking and staff replaced within 20 minutes. It is close to many mini shops and restaurants. We did not have to use a water taxi for anything. Everything is super walkable and near. I would high recommend and if I ever find myself in Venice again, I 100% know I’d stay here again.

There was a planned power outage from 9am to 4pm on one of the days of our stay. The hotel knew this in advance of our trip but did not notify us. They also did not offer any reimbursement for this. The front door and the room door open via electric security pad. So during the power outage, you had to leave your door open to be able to access your room OR walk to another hotel to have a staff member walk back with you to unlock your room door (they would not give you the key).

No reception until the afternoon so when we arrived we had a little issue at the start just trying to get our bags into the hotel for storage because no one was there at the front desk. Amazing stay. Staff directly takes you to the booked room. Staff is so kind, provided a map and great recommendations for dining around the area. Our shower head was leaking and staff replaced within 20 minutes. It is close to many mini shops and restaurants. We did not have to use a water taxi for anything. Everything is super walkable and near. I would high recommend and if I ever find myself in Venice again, I 100% know I’d stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location, and everything is easy to walk to! If you are coming to the train station, I suggest getting off at Rialto Mercato (only 1 bridge with luggage), in stead of San State (4-5 bridges). The hotel was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed! As others have warned, there is no elevator, so make sure you are ready to haul those suitcases! It was a great stay. We had a great 3 night stay at the Dimora Capuleti hotel in Venice. The hotel was very clean and is an easy 20 minute walk from the train station, and is super convenient to all other sites in Venice. The staff (Mildred) was great and super helpful and very eager to answer our questions and offer us suggestions. Breakfast was great too! Thank you for a great stay!

Loved this apartment. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit. Perfect for a family of four. First bedrooom slept two. Second bedroom was small with a twin bed but was perfect for my teenage daughter. The kitchen area also had a twin bed. The room had doors on both sides so my son had a mini suite to himself. The ambiance was very cool with wooden beams on the ceiling. Even the location was great!

Very comfortable. Could have used more coffee pods for the coffee machine as we were there a couple nights. Lots of stairs to the top floor so don’t bring a heavy suitcase and make sure you aren’t handicapped. Perfect temperature. Would stay again.

Rooms were well appointed and the staff member- that checked us in- was quite helpful- walking us and helping with luggage to the offsite building. My only recommendation- not sure if I missed it in the description- is that there is no lift- which was a bit challenging heading to the 4th floor. Def was exactly what I needed for this trip.
