We arrived early for check in so we could get ready for the Taylor Swift concert. The staff working was so pleasant and accommodating. The room was quite ready so we went for lunch nearby and although we were back before the time he said, he had our room all set for us. Room was clean and spacious. Lots of parking onsite. Will book here again for any future concerts we may cross the border to see.

It was a really nice hotel! They had a nice like store in front to buy snacks and they are conveniently located for late night fast food runs. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows! There was a 100$ saftey deposit (which is probably normal but i wasnt expecting it so oops)

My stay at IHG was great. The best part for me was the cleanliness. My room was spotless. It was peaceful, comfortable, and friendly. The room that i book me and my boyfriend was in the bed and he got up to use the bathroom. He told me to look on the pillow and see if there was any bedbugs on it because he noticed he had been bitten. I looked and sure enough there was one on the pillow that his arm was on.

Room smalled terrible along with hair over the room and when explained to the front desk understand was book out, but the rudeness with a seem not to care made it worse. I think its wrong to have a smelly room, to where the hotel would charge you if you was smoking or had a mess not cool.

i book my reservation with expedia when i got to the hotel they charge me again when they was supposed to take a security deposit only. My money took a week to be restored back to the bank from the holiday inn i was pissed and they never offered me anything for the front desk mistake or the inconvenience they caused me mishandling my handling my money.

The customer service experience was unsatisfactory. The front desk staff appeared to be uninformed about any situation and there was no manager available to provide assistance. Hadn't been there for almost 2 days. I would not consider staying at this property again...The front desk personnel exhibited unprofessional behavior and displayed a disrespectful attitude during phone conversations; subsequently, she attempted to shift the blame onto someone else when interacting in person. Just horrible experience when already experiencing a hardship due to flooding in my home.

Spent 2 nights and had a great experience! The staff was very friendly. The hotel is very clean and located in a quiet area with food and shops not far. The breakfast was also quite good for continental, which is one of the main reasons I picked this hotel. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the bed, it was a bit too firm for me personally. But if you like firm beds then you will love it.

We were in the area for the weekend to attend the Taylor Swift concert at Ford Field, this hotel was close enough to the venue to still be convenient but far enough from downtown that it wasn’t crazy expensive or riddled with traffic. It was the perfect place for us to stay! Very happy with our room and the service we received. Would come back again if we were to attend another event in Detroit! Thank you.

Hotel was very updated and new, rooms were comfortable and had a lot of lighting. Room was really clean and had plenty of amenities. Full size shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap and lotion available in room. Breakfast could have ben better, the usual omelets were really dry and the cheese was kind of hardened.

Unfortunately, despite the surface cleanliness, the room had bed bugs. Shortly after returning home on Monday, I developed severe reactions and was diagnosed by a medical professional with bed bug bites from my stay. I am sharing this so management can immediately take the room out of service and treat the area thoroughly. While I appreciate how nice the team was, a health issue of this nature prevents me from recommending this location until proper pest management protocols are fully carried out.

Our stay was a great experience. The staff was helpful and pleasant to deal with. Shawn, the breakfast manager, made our mornings bright and cheerful.
