Comfort Inn & Suites Middletown - Franklin

pool is still broken and out of service, staff is helpful, breakfast was good, bathroom wasn't very clean, probably a lazy cleaning person so its hard to criticize the hotel but they need to check up on their staff,

Friendly staff, clean rooms and convenient location

Check-in was wonderful with the owner of the franchise. I felt the hisband/wife team was very warm and personable. They made me feel less of a customer and more of a member of the family.

Room was dirty. Linens were dirty/stained. Found a bottle of prescription narcotics in our room, along with a dirty latex glove. Carpets had not been vacuumed, bathtub floor was dirty. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were very cheap. There were also some very questionable people that looked like they were living at the hotel. The people in the room next to us were smoking marijuana to the point that I could smell it coming through the walls at 2am. Air filter in the A/C was filthy. Surrounding areas was decent though and offered a lot of different restaurants and shops.
