The Staff at checking was friendly and helpful. But, the facility smelled musty, the pool wasn't working, the room smelled dirty and the bathroom was not as clean. The bathtub was getting clogged and was not clean. It was very noisy overall. Will definitely not recommend to anyone or stay again.

Room was clean, staff was ok, parking was ok, AC kept room cool. Problem was the pool area, we rent a room so we could let my grandkids have a fun night. The pool was nasty look like snot floating on the top around the edges. Then was woke up around 5 am by loud kids in the hallway and banging on doors. Wouldn't stay again

The property did not match the reviews or the pictures. The building is old and outdated. The elevator is small and outdated. The room smelled of mode or mildew. The bath tub was dirty, there was trash in the trash can. The toilet smelled when flushed. The side door to the hotel didn’t lock. There were grocery carts in the property. We only stayed about a hour before deciding to leave. We found another hotel 30mins because we were that uncomfortable. My 11year old son stated that he didn’t feel safe and wanted to leave.

The manager and owner of this property are top-notch. But the property itself has limitations. The “full” breakfast is very limited. The eggs and sausages were “scary” looking. The pool is micro-sized. And housekeeping seems to not be keeping up totally. The overall experience was quite good. But I would rate it at about 80 percent.

Staff said there was plenty of room to park a large RV. We managed to find a spot to wiggle it into but they underestimated the room required to park one. Everything was fine though

It was clean and the front desk staff was very nice. Easy parking and check in. Breakfast is included with waffles , eggs , sausage , cereal , yogurt , coffee. The only thing I do not like about this hotel is the noisy doors. They slam when they close. I think the people above me were tired of the constant slams and them and someone else on that floor had multiple slamming door contest where they slammed their doors multiple times in a row trying to out slam each other. This went on multiple times during the night from 11 pm , 2 am , 3 am. I thjnk the slams finally stopped around 4 am. Very immature people so I didn’t get any sleep while I was there

I booked this hotel because there was a pool. We got to the hotel and there was no water in the pool. The “complimentary breakfast” consisted of making your own waffles and fruit. We stayed 2 nights and the first day, there was no “light housekeeping”. No new towels unless we asked. Just all around was disappointed.

Parking was good for us there. The carpeting in our room was really dirty with lots of stains on it. We stayed on the groubd floor and were woken up at four in the morning by the guest in the room above us. I’m guessing they were checking out, but it was like they were in our room. Their footsteps were terribly loud.

Arrived at the propery at 340 pm and didnt even get to check in until after 4pm why because NO ONE was there to check us in at all which caused us to be late to a wedding all because it took ocer 20 min to wait for someone to show i even called rhe property while i side waiting no answer. Definitely need more workers it seems. Also at night time there is NO ONE at the front desk out bathroom light just shut off while o was taking a shower and wouldnt come back on went down to tell someone to get help NO ONE there to even tell or ask for a different room. Definitely donr recommend staying here very very outdated hotel for the price. Also the walls ans floors are paper thung we were on the 2nd floor and heard banging and breating ALL night long at time scaring me. If you want any sleep can try a sound machine but i tried one and still could hear everything. 0/10 do not recommend.

Breakfast was eggs, bagels, and cereal. Not very many options. Hotel is dated and needs a lot of updates. Had first floor room and could hear everyone walking above us. Outside doors to enter hotel were never locked so not very safe. Spend your money on a nicer hotel.

Nice clean and especially quiet. 👌 Nice selection of restaurants walking distance away. The bad part is ,almost no WIFI on 3rd floor south. Didnt bother us that,but it would someone else..stayed 2nights.Breakfast is the normal,same hot food both days.

There is an active homeless encampment right off the edge of the parking lot. All that needs to be done to eliminate the encampment is to clear out the honeysuckle bush that has been allowed to overgrow the Comfort Inn property. The adjacent properties are clean. Comfort Inn's placement of signs exempting themselves from responsibility for items stolen from the customer's vehicle is a cop out compared to proper grounds maintenance, and Comfort Inn's lack of grounds maintenance invites theft and vandalism of customers property. Even though the motel itself is okay, i will not patronize this location again until the bushes are cleared. I am posting this same review on Google.

We've stayed here twice. It's a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff and typical breakfast. The air conditioning worked great, had a hot shower, and slept good. There's several restaurants, shopping, and groceries close by. I will use again when in Ohio.

While it served the purpose, i would not stay again, especially for the price paid. The ceiling in our room clearly had water damage and was brown. The toilet paper in the room had been used and there weren’t new wrapped rolls. The waffle batter and syrup were sour, as if they were expired.
