Staff was friendly. Pool and gym had maintenance issues and had no idea until we arrived. Usb plugs by bed did not work. Breakfast was very good.

The gym needs a complete makeover! There were 2 machines a bike and a treadmill. The bike was broken and the treadmill faulty. Both machines were home equipment and not suitable for a hotel. The gym should not be considered a fitness center. The breakfast was good, needs more protein variety for folks that don't eat pork but it was good. The room was clean, bathroom needs to be upgraded and my sink my leaking.

I’m not usually a Karen but LORDY! When we checked in we were greeted by a friendly staff member. Once we went to the room we turned on the AC and it had a Loud buzzing noise that could not be ignored . Also the room was unkept and several outlets did not work. When we asked the staff to address it the manager was very bothered to check it out. She also refused to take the elevator up to the 3rd floor so we took the stairs. She then determined it needed maintenance but their tech was no where near the hotel. Upon being forced to leave because of the AC my family was traumatized because the elevator malfunctioned and scared my children senseless. To this day they are scared to use an elevator. The manager said, “hey I just work here” very uncomfortable and unprofessional we will not stay at a comfort Inn and suites again.

Everything was very clean, and I am the person that pulls the fitted sheet back and checks the mattress. We could tell the carpet was new, I would defi itely stay there again if I were in the area.

This was a stop over on our way home from Spring Break. We decided for a little more expensive hotel to celebrate the last night of vacation and were really disappointed. The room was not clean, the fridge was turned off and moved around when benign opened. The area between mattresses was not clean and lots of spots on the carpet. The desk chair was dirty too. Breakfast was good, but the kids wanted to hop into the pool which was not open and won’t be until Memorial Day. The money we paid for this night has gotten us way better rooms in other hotel chains. We will not come back!

I checked out of this room friday morning and checked into same room on sunday. Shampoo was out when i left and still out on sunday and my old soap was still in the shower on sunday. Room was not cleaned properly. I wasn't given a new room even as hotel was almost empty. I wasn't contacted by management nor given a discount. I won't stay their again.

The room and facilities were just so outdated, dirty, and poorly maintained. The walls of our room were filthy. The bathroom was dirty. Exposed wires all over the room and terrible lighting. The walls were so thin we could hear our neighbors at 2am. I get that you get what you pay for, but it just seems like this hotel has given up and doesn’t care about appearances.

Pleasant people to work with, friendly and gracious. Hotel is well maintained and CLEAN. Fridge was cold, shower was hot, bed was comfortable, breakfast was nice! This was an overnight stay on a two day driving trip. Definitely gave us a good start to our second day

Conveniently located off I-95. The staff were all very friendly. The rooms were very spacious. The breakfast was great! The only downside was the beds need updated. They were very springy and uncomfortable. Overall good stay.

We stayed in room 518. The privacy curtains were broken so it was VERY challenging to get them closed. Other than that, the bed was super comfortable and very clean. Nice property and the front desk was very friendly.

The front desk woman was very, very nice. Unbeknownst to me, I left a bag of medication in the room after I checked out. She called me to let me know and arranged for UPS delivery of my medication. Thanks to the cleaning staff who brought it to her attention and to the front desk staff who followed thru with sending out my medication..it was a life saver!!

Front desk provided an excellent service. Room furniture appeared to be a bit old and worn down a bit. Bed was firm so that was very good and appreciated the upgrades to hook up electronics via electrical outlets/portals. Only disappointing item was the breakfast area and the Hot Water thermos for tea had previously contained coffee so when I made myself tea it tasted more like coffee and had to throw away the tea!

I’m not picky but the room was downright disgusting. Like the kind of dirty that comes from not having cleaned the room in a LONG time. There was mold all around the tub, someone else’s hair in the bed sheets, crumbs on the desk and chair, moldy food in the microwave and the sheets felt.. moist?? Also the top of the toilet had black scum on it. Front desk associate was short with me on check in when I was just trying to tell her we have a postal code instead of zip code. No one was around when I went to the front desk to ask to be moved. We ended up leaving in the wee hours of the morning.
