This property need to be renovated entirely. The room had a smell, the beds was not clean, there was spots on the cover, the refrigerator was leaking water on the floor an NO AC. There was flys in the room. We had to go to the office to get a new room. The next room was barely doable but we manage for the time being. The ice machine had spider webs on top, and mold that was visible everywhere, like they dont clean it at all. I would never stay here again! This place need to be closed down completely.

Front desk staff at checkin was amazing. I hate that I can remember her name because I would love to call Wyndham and let them know about the superstar she is. Aside from that, it is notable that there was glass under the edge of one bed, there was an empty honey package in the drawer between beds, and water pressure in shower was non existent. Several times throughout the evening there were 2 female employees (assumed) that we caught looking into our room through the window and peep hole which made my partner and I a bit uncomfortable.

The room was very nice. The bathroom should be upgraded. Reaching the toilet tissue was like an aerobic exercise. The design of the bathtub allowed the shower to flood the floor. Other than that, My stay was very nice. Thank you

First of all, ask for a room on the parking lot side. This hotel butts up to the interstate and if you are on that side you near the traffic all night. Secondly, our key card was not working properly and had to visit the front desk frequently to keep getting it activated so we could enter our room. The woman at the desk thought it might be the battery in the mechanism, well change it!!!! (that did not happen) That happened more times than ever. Thirdly, we asked for a recommendation for places to eat around the hotel (sparse area), they gave us a list of 10 restaurants to go to and 4 of them were closed for 4 years or more. Update the list! The rooms were clean. The only thing is that the staff was not that attentive to your needs and just yes you to death when talked to them about something.

It wasn't so bad. But they charged us $20.00 ($22.40) in surplus for the room with 4 persons, mentionning that we paid for 2 . In the reservation , it was for 4 persons. It was the first time it hsppens .

The door lock did not work, it just spin, so you had to keep the chain on the door. On my 3rd night, the hotel assigned my paid room to another guest, gave them a key to my room, the man opened the door and tried to come into the room. When I called the front desk, the manager said she was in her office, she didn't do it, she just made excuses. No offer to fix the problem, just she didn't do it. Would I recommend this hotel - absolutely NOT!

Nicki at the front desk was very helpful. She even supplied us with the toothpaste and brushes we’d forgotten. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. An older motel but fine stop for the night of traveling home.
