Hotel room was good and smelled amazing. The only down fall was that the bathtub wouldnt drain while taking a shower other than that it was good. Also the pool needed to be cleaned. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was great except parking was way bad. People were parking in the EV charging stations because there was lack of parking available. During my 9 days there were several cars that never moved, bringing into question why they were there.

Didn't state limited availability of airport shuttle thus stranding me at the airport. Ended up not making it to the hotel and sleeping in a chair at the airport. Will be expecting a FULL hotel refund.

You list the shuttle as being available. Actually, it's available only for limited hours. You list the place as having a spa. They no longer do. Broken door mechanisms. No soap in the shower dispensers, which happens at a lot of motels who now use the refillable dispensers. So, no, it wasn't a perfect stay by any means.

Maintenance of the guest room is very poor, The biggest concern being the tub drain rusting. Also the carpet in room had dog hair leaving me to believe the carpets are not being cleaned.

A good option to stay while in Brownsville. Staff was super accommodating with our very late check in, which we truly appreciated. Room was a bit outdated but they’re working on renovations so that was good to see. Regular bed was comfortable and clean. Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but mattresses in sofa beds usually are, but everything was spotless. Breakfast offerings could be better but decent enough. All in all it is a very convenient place to stay at. Once again, everyone on staff was amazing!

Exterior condition of the property is nice, but my room was very dated and not clean in the bathroom area. Mold on tiles, dirt/hairs on floor, broken toilet paper holder, old furniture, and just a feeling grime in this room. I didn’t bother requesting another room because I was only there 1 night on business, so I just toughed it out and left next morning. Nice staff at the place for sure, but likely will not return.

Bathrooms in need of repairs. Tile, ceiling, walls and wallpaper damaged. Water Leak under vanity. Water damage inside cabinet. Spare toilet paper roll inside cabinet was moist and contained mold. Room keys could not be provided at check in. One tv remote not operational. Cable tv box was unplugged on one tv. Disappointed.

I enjoyed my stay here for the most part. The location is quiet, especially considering it's right next to a main highway. The area is not particularly pedestrian friendly, as the busy Frontage street was lit but had no sidewalk for long stretches and Old Hwy 77 behind the property was not busy, but dark and also no sidewalk. I think hotels on the east side of Hwy 83 are probably better if one wants to walk around. My room was spacious and mostly fine, but a portable AC unit was put in because the original wall AC unit was broken, and the toilet kept running all night. The next say the handyperson replaced the flapper and it mostly resolved the issue. Breakfast is pretty standard, with scrambled eggs, waffles, bread/bagels, juices, available every day. There's a couple of items that get switched out so I didn't get bored. The staff and service are excellent. No notes.
