Rooms are ok . Beware of the $16 parking fee . This is nonsense for the location !

Conveniently located off the I-95, many restaurants in the area, and pet friendly. Only thing was that the room was dusty and the parking lot and surrounding area not well lit at night.

It is absolutely incredible that they charge 12 dollars for parking. Nobody told me there was a parking fee. Plus the 125 dog fee is astronomically high. Minor notes: the toilet seat was broken but fixed immediately and the coffee machine did not work. Most of the staff was very friendly but the check in person was not helpful at all. Seem bored.

The room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. The staffing in the dining room was minimal. One person taking orders, cooking and serving. We had to wait but she was excellent at all three.

Room looked nice, but on closer inspection, it was not very clean. Sheets were stained, bathroom had dark hair and dirt in shower. The bed was sunken in the middle and not comfortable.

Very friendly front desk and food service staff. Excellent cooked-to-order breakfast! Highly recommend the prepaid $10 breakfast-you get more than your money's worth. The room was very clean and quiet, easily darkened. We slept very well. The bathroom was also very clean. This is our new go-to when in town.

The room smelled kinda musty. Needs a few repairs. The elevator button on 2nd floor was broken for the "down". Room is a nice size, really hot water which i loved, nice view. Staff was friendly & helpful.

Disappointed in lack of usb charging outlets in rooms

My room 408 was very noisy. There was a loud continuous humming noise in my room during my entire stay. I guess it was next to a mechanical room or equipment on the roof. I requested a room change and I was given rm#200 which was not any better and it was next to the stairwell with no room marker to identify the room. To summarize, I was very disappointed in my stay.

The hotel is nice, clean, and close to shopping and plenty of dining options. The only con is location. It’s right next to the expressway so the noise of morning traffic is a bother if you’re trying to sleep in.

Wonderful staff clean facility

Check in staff everything was great. I had to be changed rooms that was because of the heating issue the first room I had it smelled horrible. It smelled like someone smoked in that one and it got in my clothes. Second room was great overall it was an OK stay.

My stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Woodbridge Potomac Mills, VA is my worst stay at any hotel. I unfortunately cannot include the 3 pages describing the incidents in your review. Their computer system, employees, breakfast service & management all failed at different points of our stay. The worst was losing 2 hours of visiting my Air Force brother's family on 11/29 by being asked to come back to the hotel because the staff was unable to find their mistake & accused of us of not paying for our last day. They refused Expedia confirmation, that previous staff on 2 separate occasions confirmed our stay until 11/30, that our prepaid breakfast card to the bistro was dated by the hotel staff for 11/30 and they failed to recognize that our room cards still worked on rooms meant we weren't check out on 11/29. Multiple times the computer system was hard for your staff to use. First, we did not receive our breakfast card at check-in & a clerk the next day had to search to find it (that should have never been missed). Then the clerk that checked us in accidentally checked us in for a day early which played a part in the later staff wrongly threatening to remove our stuff. One clerk figured it. Our last day the bistro was unable to serves us because they had run out of food. So 2 unpaid breakfasts, losing 2 hours with my family to come back to prove that we were right & having a traumatic experience with management was worth a soda pop each. AN IMPRESSIVELY BAD EXPERIENCE

Friendly and helpful staff. Charlene, Daniel and Mohammed were exceptionally pleasant, helpful and attentive. Hotel was easy to navigate with elderly and a dog. Nice cafeteria set up. Location is very convenient as well. Plenty of parking available.

My stay was fine overall, but I had an unfortunate experience upon arrival. I checked in on Friday afternoon around 3:00 p.m., and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. However, I ran into an unexpected issue shortly after. I had to pick up a relative from BWI Airport, but at the last minute, her flight was rerouted to Richmond. Without knowing this, I drove to Baltimore, only to realize I needed to drive to Richmond instead. After hours of driving, I didn’t return to the hotel until 6:00 a.m. the following morning. At that point, I asked the front desk if it was possible to adjust my reservation and waive one of the three nights, given that I hadn’t even entered or used my room. Unfortunately, the manager informed me that there was nothing they could do, citing their policy that charges are non-refundable once a credit card is used to check in. While I understand policies are in place, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility or effort to find a solution. The response felt dismissive, leaving me feeling like my concerns weren’t valued. I appreciate the otherwise smooth check-in process, but I do hope the management considers being more accommodating in unique situations like this. Noteworthy I had one additional room for two nights and actually came back to stay a fourth night.

It was convenient to stores and places I needed to go. The property is very well kept.

Quick stop while driving from Florida to NJ. Easy on and off the highway.

TV not working...toilet not working...no breakfast service

I love this hotel. Rooms are really nice and I love the fact that you can log in to your Netflix, Prime TV account etc. The only downside is that there is only a very expensive Starbucks and no breakfast options.

We had a very nice stay. The two downsides were: 1) the room smelled musty. And 2) we paid for breakfast but weren’t able to get it. The bistro attendant said it wasn’t in our reservation. I have the receipt that says it was. We didn’t have time to argue. So, we left.
