The main problem was the lift was out of order so with 2 bags that was quite an issue. That is vital to have working and there should be at least two lift shafts. The rooms were old and the carpets not very clean. I suggest the rooms need remodelling and upgrading. Having a sliding door to a bathroom with a separate wash hand basin in the room is not a good idea. I would not rate it very high as a result. However the bed was good and the linen clean.

Loved the stay here. We came in the middle of winter and the heater was fantastic. The free breakfast was a perfect start to the day. Speaking of free, parking was also free. Right next to one of the biggest malls I have ever been to. The rooms were quiet and clean. Front desk staff was friendly.

Elevator was broken but it’s only a two story hotel so not a big deal. Hallway reeked of Marijuana smoke but the room itself was very clean and no smoke smell. Lobby staff were very helpful.

Property was in a convenient location and room was clean and comfortable. Staff seemed to always be having an argument with a customer and were not the most friendly. TV picture quality was not great, but the wifi was reliable so I just used my tablet for TV. Overall, hotel was nice but I wouldn't expect over the top customer service.

Everything about my visit was excellent ...extremely clean room and common areas, friendly and attentive staff, and an unexpected hot breakfast. The bedding was perfect and very comfortable. Safety is always a concern when traveling alone, but the parking area was brightly lit, although a little trashy (being near a shopping area was partly to blame). I would stay here again.

Check in was easy. Convenient to access second floor with stairway to upper floor in lobby. Close to shopping but you still need a car to get there. Rooms are modern. However cleanliness is off. Black curtain was dirty, "antibacterial" remote had ketchup on it, light switch plate in bathroom has smudges. One of my towels had a hair on it, but I was able to get more from the front desk quickly. Wifi is not work at all. I had to use the wifi from the TownePlace suites next door. Breakfast was lackluster but that's to be expected. Despite these issues, the value was good and I slept well. I can't say that I stay here again, but I must confess this would be the best option in the area if you need a place to sleep.

We came and the room was not ready . They rushed to clean the room . Then in the room we checked the bed and the mattress cover had bloody stains on it and so did the walls . I went down to have the mattress cover changed and the house keeper acted like she was surprised it was there . They came in rushed to changed it . No one ever said sorry or anything . The shower also was never washed out from previous person their shampoo was still in the shower . The worst sleep the mattress wa hard as the box spring . Never ever again .

We were staying in the area for just one night and opted for the budget option. I’m glad it was only one night here… upon entering the room it smelled really musty and damp. We found mold on the ceiling and vents. The floor also had very suspicious looking stains that looked to be bodily fluids or solids… The sheets and linens were clean though, so at least we were able to sleep in spite of the extremely firm mattress. There also seemed to be some shady characters hanging out in the parking lot. I wouldn’t stay here again to say the least.

Have never encountered a hotel as dirty as this one. I can't imagine how long it has been since they shampooed the carpet and there's absolutely no excuse for failing to vacuum the floor. I'm not even going to get into what appeared be a blood stain on the curtain in the room.

The bedroom and bathroom was dirty. The carpet was awful, you took a chance walking on it because of unknown spots. The service at the front desk was ridiculous. There was no one there to greet us for about 7 minutes. My suggestion is that they need major improvement.

My hotel room had roaches. There were roaches in the bathroom. Woke up in the middle of the night to adjust the air conditioning.. there were roaches on the controls. I couldn’t sleep thinking that there were roaches in bed and on my personal things. I will not ever stay at a sleep inn again.

This hotel has BIG BIG PROBLEM! It has a bug problem (Roachs). I've stayed there a few times in the past and I would notice 1 baby roach from time to time BUT this stay was absolutely terrible. It was infested, I had to go to the local Walmart to buy bug spray and I never got any sleep. I'll have to recommend to ALL of my business workers NOT to stay here.

The property is not clean, sheets dirty and staff don’t accommodate when you ask for new covers. I also took the comforter off of the bed and the cleaning lady came in folded it back up and put it on the bed. I check out immediately!!

The double bed room, though small, was functional. The Sleep Inn is showing it's age. LCD tvs appear to be more 15-18 yrs. old. Room carpet old. Morning breakfast is was low quality. No bacon, no biscuits or hot gravy, basic cereal and what appeared to be artificial eggs. And a cramped serving area, where people constantly waiting for someone to move. Worse, a man took a cell phone call right in front of the hot food section, talking nonchalant while people waiting behind were fuming. There is a reason the room rates are lower for this hotel. If you want to sleep fine, don't expect a spiffy hotel.

First let me say great price. There were a few problems, the light in the shower didn't work, the night stand had no bulb, the heater/air conditioner control wasn't working. Otherwise it was fine for me we just Needed a place to sleep.

The room was small.Bathroom too close to the bed. Beds were small, more like twin than full/Queen. The bathroom floor was wet...from what, i have no idea. The TV channels did not work properly. Breakfast sucked!

Pros: Super awesome Staff, Good parking lot, outside area, close to shopping centers Cons: Rooms are bit run down, ants in the bathroom, rooms are not sound proof, key cards are bit on the broken side where you got put it in 5 times.

I would not recommend this location to anyone; the people are never at the front desk to answer the phone and when you go up there. We had to be moved to another room due to the TV, microwave and fridge stopped working. When we checked the person at the desk tried to make it seem like we did not need to be moved, really rude.

We extended our stay for another night and at around 9:30 the hotel cleaning staff came by and knocked asking me if we needed the room to be cleaned and we said no. At around 11:45am the front desk staff illegally entered our room without knocking or identifying himself which is an invasion of privacy and scared us. The police have been called and are in route

Property is clean enough. Staff was not friendly or helpful. The hallway smelled like marijuana for 2 days of my stay and loud, loud neighbors above me. Plus I was at the end of the first floor. I was continually hearing people banging, yelling, swearing in the stairwell. Staff was not helpful: will not stay there again if at all possible.

It was decent... noticed the rooms smoke detector was missing and immediately notified the front desk. They stated they would take care of it and no one did for our entire stay. Also, the inside door handle came off and again notified staff and they stated they would have it fixed... it never got looked at... I had to temporarily fix it for our stay. Overall, we felt okay b/c we were on a trip that was very active outside the hotel... but this felt more like a motel. It seemed clean and was cool... but that's why it was more affordable. You sometimes get what you pay for. Don't know if I would return to this hotel. Staff were okay... none of the house keeping staff spoke English that we came across so that created a language issues when just asking for extra towels or trying to explain our late checkout status we asked for... seems like a lack of communication with staff. Some of the front desk stafd would disappear and they seemed to have attitudes. Some were nice but ineffective with getting our room issues resolved.

Great location and convenience! We stayed for one night and loved how close the hotel was to shopping centers, grocery stores, and plenty of restaurants. It was also just a 40-minute drive to D.C., making it a great spot for a quick trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Would definitely stay again!

I did like the room it was very clean and liked the bigger refrigerator. Many dining options close by. The only thing that could be improved was the options at breakfast. Nio fruit, oatmeal or milk available. Very limited with just eggs, sausage and carbs galore. The peanut butter were individual wrapped and they were mostly hard and hard to spread on the bagel or toast

Definitely could use a remodel, carpet is stained and probably the original carpet installed when it was built. Breakfast was cold not very good at all. Shower was ok and bed was decent but thats about it.
