This was a great place to crash for the night for an early flight at the airport only a few minutes away. Staff were friendly and the environment felt homey and safe. The room was clean and had what I needed. Parking lot was full but able to find a spot. Having restaurant next store was a plus. Staff provided a grab and go breakfast as we were leaving at 5 a.m.

Stayed here for the funeral of my father. Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Area was quiet with a family-owned restaurant right next to the hotel (very good, would highly recommend). Had a great morning breakfast selection of waffles, toast, cereal, yogurt, and more. Parking was abundant and easy to access. Would stay here again.

The hotel is clean and convenient to the airport. There is a restaurant next-door, which is run by the owners of the hotel, which was economical with good food. Breakfast was good with eggs , sausage, potatoes, biscuits with gravy, fruit salad, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and waffles. The facilities are a little old. There are no USB ports in the room, but the room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking and if you need to fill up your rental car with gas before returning it to the airport, there was a gas station on the way.

Great place to stop for the night when driving from South Carolina to Michigan. It was very clean, quiet, and I felt safe as a solo traveler. They had hot breakfast, plus 24/7 popcorn and coffee available. Bed was comfortable and I liked the pillows. Definitely will stay here again when traveling back and forth between states.

Always an easy stay over in the Charleston, WV area before or after a trip utilizing CRW airport. Quick and easy journey to/from airport and friendly efficient staff at hotel. Amenities are somewhat minuscule and there is only one restaurant near the property which has never seemed terribly attractive to me but knowing this ahead of time I grab food/drinks before leaving Charleston area and have a great sleep before or after (or both) my flight(s).

This is a nice hotel. The staff is friendly. The place was clean inside and out. People reviewed that they could hear highway noise but we didnt notice that at all and theres a river that you can see from the hotel. They also give you complimentary popcorn and cookies all day which is a nice touch. The breakfast was also better than most hotels with biscuits and gravy and eggs and waffles. Forgot to put the do not disturb sign up when we left in the morning so they came in and made our beds and gave us fresh towels and didnt disturb any of our stuff. Was very pleased with the hotel and the price was good. Would definitely stay here again.

While this property had all of the amenities that I needed, a close inspection of the room revealed that it was not cleaned well. The back of the tub was dirty, the bottles of wash, shampoo, and lotion had hair on it and was dirty as well. We didn’t even touch them and never took a shower until we left the next morning. The staff was the best thing in the place.

We stayed in a completely new renovation. It was as if it was brand new, not a few repairs and paint. Obviously had been gutted and completely rebuilt. Well done! The other half of the building will be rebuilt in the next year. Bed was perfect with lovely bedding. A/c was relatively quiet for a wall unit. Breakfast was good. People were so friendly and made us feel perfectly welcome and comfortable. I’ll stay again next time through Charleston.

Everyone at this hotel was super professional. Amy at check in was above amazing though. She was terrific for our check in but later I overheard her checking in another customer and I was impressed with the patience and care she took to make sure they were comfortable and had their needs met. It’s not the fanciest place but you’d be hard pressed to find better customer service anywhere. Also the Xmas tree in the lobby is gorgeous.

This has been my most favorite hotel stay. Check-in was easy. I was really impressed. We arrived around 5:30 p.m. and they had potato soup ready to go in bags. They also included a cookie for each of us and they had popcorn available. The soup was our supper for the night. I was really impressed with the layout of the hotel room. It was different than your usual same old hotel room. I love the decorations. I love the color and the shower was fantastic and I will use that design when redoing our bath.

The staff here were all so personable and friendly. They made check in easy even though I arrived in the middle of the night, offered a goodie bag and complimentary cookies and popcorn. They even held a package for me that I had shipped there the day before. My room was quiet and clean. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area, the location was so convenient!

Stayed for two nights on a mini vacation. The location was great just outside of Charleston but a short 7-8 minute highway drive to the downtown area. It is also very conveniently located just off the exit ramp. There is a family style restaurant right in front of the hotel with great food. The hotel staff were all helpful and friendly from the front desk to housekeeping. The complimentary hot breakfast provided was an additional bonus with lots of choices. The area around the hotel felt very safe with adequate lighting in the parking lot and night time security patrol. Our room was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows and the shower was hot with good water pressure. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to any of my friends traveling to Charleston.

We needed a night close to the airport for a 6a flight, this was perfect. Friendly staff, clean room, good water pressure and hot shower. It's an older place, but they've done a good job with upgrades. When we checked in we told them we're leaving before breakfast starts, so they had grab and go bags ready for us in the morning. How great! Shuttle doesn't start until 5a, but we had a rental car so not a big deal to us. There was traffic noise throughout the night, but to be expected with an airport hotel.

The entire hotel was very clean and friendly! The AC worked great and everything we needed was kept stocked (towels, coffee, etc.). The free breakfast was amazing! Who doesnt love biscuits and sausage gravy? And complimentary popcorn and cookies were a nice touch. The staff was so nice and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

My room was a little noisy being next to the highway but everything else was great. Plenty of hot beverages on arrival, choice of popcorn or cookie for my room after a long day of driving was genius. On this same trip I stayed at a much higher priced hampton in southern virginia that was a big step down in every category and made me rethink my decision to drive instead of fly. So glad i found this hotel for my return trip. Will be staying here, again.
