One of the attractions of the property was the pool and hot tub - but they were closed, without notice, for a portion of my stay. Then, one afternoon during my stay, I returned from my hike to find the dishwasher removed from the kitchen completely. I called the front desk and was told they were replacing it - I had no notice that an engineering crew were entering my room and had left personal property and garments out that I would have safeguarded had I known. I also was out of the utility of the dishwasher.

Amazing hotel. The staff were lovely. The location of the hotel was so close to town. We loved walking everywhere. It’s also a ski in ski out. Right downstairs you can rent all your ski equipment which makes it so convenient. My son enjoyed the game room. Some fun surprises were the guided hikes and yoga classes, which I will be trying next time.

For the price that they charge they should have house keeping. I was never informed that my room was not going to be cleaned everyday. We stayed there for 4 nights and not once did they come to change my towels and my bed. We tried calling front desk and they were not able to do anything about the issue. Very bad service. I will never comeback.

The accommodation has a great location to get onto the slopes. We stayed for 12 nights in total. However, we were kept awake by people being loud and making noise during the night, this happened for the majority of our stay and more reflected the poor sound installation between rooms. Lots of voices, banging of doors during the night and early hours. We also had a open plan Studio with a very loud fridge freezer. The lodge also did not have a complimentary shuttle service for guests which we have had at other hotels in Breckenridge. Staff were very friendly, but the lodge needs a general refresh to update furniture, fittings, carpets etc.

Honestly my biggest issue with the property is that there’s no A/C. We stayed there for 3 days, and no one in my family had a good nights sleep. Both nights we were there the outside temp got down to the low 50’s, but even with the balcony door wide open, and the window open the 3” that they allow, everyone was sweating all night.

Although the room is a studio, the layout was unique and roomy. This unit had a decent kitchen, a nice sized kitchen table, a couch, a little reading nook, nice bed and bedding,good window coverings, nice size bathroom with a large jetted tub.

This property is amazing. It is so nicely decorated and in a perfect location. The views are about as good as you can get. I do want to note for anyone staying at any property there are very few properties that have air conditioning in the rooms, including this one. They fortunately did provide a fan and we were able to leave the balcony screen door open otherwise it would've been quite stuffy. The CO weather has changed from when all these were built and they should no longer rely on "natural air conditioning" aka open the screen door. Other than this the property is beautiful including all the amenities and the associates are extremely friendly and helpful.

Unresolved Billing Issue. I booked my room expecting to pay using a gift voucher. When I tried, Mariott said already payed through Expedia so I could NOT use voucher. Neither Mariott nor Expedia would resolve it so I was in the middle I was holding the bag. Too bad for me. No help at all from M or E.!!! NONE

The check-in process was messy, 2 of our 3 rooms were not ready (no sheets on bed, furniture not assembled). They then checked us into someone else's room! We opened the door and peoples suitcases were inside, very unprofessional! Outside of that, the property is in a great location and the heated spa and pool were very nice.

This "hotel" is a collection of vacation apartments, so the amenities are different from a regular hotel. For example, there's no restaurant on site. It usnt a problem, as its just a few steps from Main street, tge studio has a full kitchen, and you have grills on site. I lucked out, with a great view overlooking Maggie Pond.

The location is second to none in Breckenridge, ski right off the bottom of peak nine to the bridge, take off your skis and walk inside. Attached to main street station, the property is the perfect place to walk to everything in town. Once you arrive, no need to get back in the car at all.

It was amazing! Easy parking, full size kitchen with plates, utensils, etc. it even provided free laundry! Walking distance of shopping and dining! There’s this French pastry place with amazing coffee and raisin swirls! Would come back again!

Marriott Mountain Valley lodge was good stay but could have been better if not for the construction which made things "interesting." At the same time, it didn't take too much away from our stay once we figured things out, how to park, how to load/unload, etc. Breakfast wasn't great for the price, consisting of what was a lot like a Burger King breakfast croissant, offered because the kitchen was closed for renovation. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. That all said, renovations have to be allowed and the location of the hotel was great as was our mountain view. The construction was a little bit of a hassle but the property is excellent and was also VERY well priced being that it was the shoulder (mud) season (early June). I wouldn't hesitate to book the hotel again with the hope that renovations were complete.
