Hotel is in a safe neighborhood. Shopping and dining options within walkable distance. Not a lot of street vendors if you are looking for food trucks but there is a lot of restaurants, not authentic mexican food; more upscale. Walmart in walking distance. There is a taco stand about 2 blocks away that is open very late. The rooms were very clean and nice. They have free community washer and dryers on several floors and also provided detergent. The rooftop was the perfect touch. You can get a great mountain view. Front staff was very helpful. Would stay again.

El gimnasio es austero pero tiene lo necesario para hacer una rutina ligera. La habitación estaba muy bien solo había un pero… el olor de drenaje de la regadera era algo fuerte y no era muy agradable, había que cerrar la puerta para que no saliera el olor, pero solo era en un baño el otro estaba perfecto.

Well located, nice / new / functional rooms. The staff is very friendly and they are 24/7 ready to help you any time. There are meterage parking spots just outside the building and the area is extremely safe (great for walking around ). I wen there my my wife and a daughter and both rooms were excellent

The accomodation is easy to find and clean. Check in was done online and you receive a code for doors so no keys required. The only thing is everything is in Spanish and only some staff speaks English. The area is safe with lots of restaurants and shops within 15 minutes level walk. Kitchen is basic and there was no pans provided. There is a gym and a roof top terrace with great view. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this accomodation if we visit Mexico Duty again.

Duré 4 noches. no cambiaron sabana, no cambiaron toallas hasta que nos quejamos. un solo pod de cafe hasta que nos quejamos. entraron a "tender la cama" pero ni recogieron o barrieron el piso. El personal nos dió soporte pero estuvo claro que la pòlitica del hotel es estricta y mala.

The walls in this hotel are paper-thin. You can hear everything from the neighboring rooms—alarms, music, conversations, even doors opening and closing. It’s like sleeping in a shared dorm with no privacy. Unfortunately, I booked this place without reading the reviews. Don’t make the same mistake. After two sleepless nights, I had to leave early and book another hotel—paying twice for the same night just to get some rest. When I explained the situation to the front desk, I was met with complete indifference. No eye contact, no apology—just a flat “Yes, we’ve heard that complaint before; we’re taking steps to fix it.” In reality, there was no sign of any action—no maintenance, no alternative rooms, nothing to suggest the issue is being addressed. The location is convenient, and the facilities are average. But unless you plan on staying awake your entire trip, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

The room was very comfortable for our stay. The front desk staff was always friendly and courteous. Enjoyed having two balcony spaces to let in fresh air and the TV with streaming apps. The location was also great, in a safe and quiet neighborhood near many restaurant in walking distance.

Es una de mis instalaciones favoritas. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí. Sobre todo el trato y atención de Santiago es impecable. El personal es muy amable y siempre con muy buena actitud. Un excelente servicio. Del loft me tocó el mismo que en mi RSV anterior y solo cambiaría que al tener puerta para compartir con la habitación continua, los ruidos de puertas, regaderas y demás no este aislado. Esto llega a ser molesto.

The hotel room pictures showing on Expedia is deceitful. Balcony is very small. Communication is terrible. There was no response when I contacted them on WhatsApp. I was expecting to get the city view from a higher floor. However, they gave me the room on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy the stay.

What we liked during our stay was the location close to everything we wanted to do. What we didn't like was the AC unit placed so low the air flow was very uncomfortable. Even adjusting the vent and flow it is so low, we felt the air on us! Trash accumulates and doesn't get picked up until the 3rd day.It should be picked up daily or change the size of the very small trash cans. The table and chairs in eating/kitchen are were heavy metal difficult to move and the chairs were very uncomfortable.

Habitación le falta cortina y la luz no te deja dormir. La puerta entre la sala y la habitación no cierra y se abre sola. El personal de la noche promete late check out y en la mañana te obligan a irte antes porque sino te cobran. Porque resulta que el recepcionista no anoto su promesa.

Excelente ubicación!! El personal muy amable y la logística para el ingreso fue impecable. Súper recomendado!! Para quienes necesitan hacer gestiones consulares en la embajada de Venezuela, es perfecto. Está a 5 min caminando, la zona es muy segura y tiene de todo cerca.
