The hotel is easy to find, it’s right next to Tram station (No 2 or 12) and 5 min. Walk to the train station to / from airport. The room is clean, and spacious. The coffee and tea at the lobby is free flow. Staffs are very nice and helpful. I left my scarf in the lobby last night and I managed to find it from the list & found. Definitely highly recommended!

Strassenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Die Linie Nr 2 fährt in die Innenstadt. Lohnend ist eine Fahrkarte für mehrere Tage. Lohnt sich preislich. Drumherum gibt es keine guten Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Einfach zum Karmeliterplatz fahren für ein gutes Frühstück oder sonstige Mahlzeit. Hübsche Dachterrasse um den Sonnenuntergang über Wien zu geniessen.

The room was spotless, perfectly matched the photos, and comfortably warm. The overall comfort was exceptional, and unlike many European hotels, they were generous with amenities — especially the free coffee machine in the lobby, which was a real plus. The staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful. It was an excellent stay, and whenever I come to Vienna, this hotel will definitely be my first choice

Great place to stay near an underground station with direct trains to the airport plus tram route into the city centre. The vibe of the hotel is very Brazilian and works really well. Lovely bar which is very reasonably priced. Rooms are very spacious and have all you need. We were at the back of the hotel so faced the railway line so there was noise from the trains from early morning to late at night - but it wasn’t a problem. Staff at the hotel are all really friendly and helpful and welcoming. Not loads of eating out options in the immediate area but the tram stops nearby and so gives easy access into the city.

Excellent stay at Rioca Posto 1. The room was fantastic, warm and quiet with fridge freezer coffee machine and everything needed for cooking if someone wants to . The location is perfect just a few stops away from the centre by tram or train from Traisengasse. There are laundry facilities which is great for a long stay. They are also offering breakfast for around 12 euro/pp and free coffee whichis a nice touch. Definitely recommended.

Die Unterkunft war schön, sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich. Etwas komisch war das das Personal fast nur Englisch sprach. Für mich kein großes Problem. Ist aber interessant zu wissen. Die freien Getränke von 7-22:00 Uhr waren toll (Kaffee, Tee u. Wasser in der Lobby).

Top Haus, das einen bereits am Empfang nach Brasilien einläd. Sehr freundliches Personal. Danke an Elaine und Aline, die uns zum Aufenthalt begrüßt haben. Parken in der Tiefgarage des Hauses top. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß in gut 4km erreichbar. Alternativ fährt vor dem Haus die Linie 2 der Straßenbahn. Die Lage ist günstig für nen Städtetrip. Danke. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen im Rioca!

Great stay and beautiful facilities. Lari, Nadyne and Jonatha were great hosts and part of their excellent staff! The Brazilian flavour of the hotel was really well done. Great rooms with lots of space. Located conveniently right along the rail line taking us into central Vienna

There was dirty socks that were left in our room! Gross! Also they have this thing where you can connect your phone to the tv and random people kept connecting to our tv interrupting our own program! It would often kick our own phones off too. Lots of little dirty things like a dirty spoon was left in and the wall had look like someone smudged their shoe on it. I get this place was cheap and having a kitchen was amasing but honestly I will never stay here again. I think it’s cause they’re trying to be “eco friendly” but you still gotta clean your rooms even if it’s every 3 days. When someone leaves just clean the rooms

Leider keine Klimaanlage bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur war es in dem Zimmer leider unzumutbar heiß. Es gab zwar ein mobiles Klimagerät welches man selbst mit Wasser befüllen musste, jedoch brachte dieses auch nichts. Zudem konnte an der Rezeption keiner Deutsch. In der Dusche befand sich Schimmel und wir hatten einen Silberfisch im Bad.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Saubere, helle und großzügige Zimmer . Sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und sehr lecker. 100m vom Hotel liegt direkt die Straßenbahnstation, von dort aus kann man Wien wunderbar erkunden.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der Check-in schnell und unkompliziert. Wir hatten das große Rio de Janeiro Zimmer. Es war sehr geräumig und hatte viel Stauraum. Kleiderschrank mit Bügel sind vorhanden. Eine Essecke mit Küchenzeile und Kühlschrank. Leider ein nicht kühlendes lautes mobiles Klimagerät. Bei 35 grad überfallt nicht brauchbar. Laken und Handtücher sauber. Jedoch ist das Zimmer oberflächlich gereinigt. Alles sehr verstaubt. Sämtliche Schrankfronten hatten viele Fingerabdrücke. Die Dusche hat schon anfänglichen Schimmel, die Silikonlippe an der Tür der Dusche auch verdreckt, Duschbrause verkalkt und die Halterung verstaubt. Das Zimmer ist für 4 Leute, daher wären noch 2 weitere Haken um die großen Handtücher aufzuhängen ratsam. Das Frühstück haben wir einmal genutzt. Es ist alles da um satt zu werden. Allerdings waren Brot, Brötchen und Croissants eher knatschig. 20€ dafür nicht gerechtfertigt . Es gibt immer kostenlosen Kaffee am Automaten. Abends kann man sicherlich gute Cocktails trinken. Zusammengefasst: das Zimmer ist Mega gut für 4 Leute für ein paar Übernachtungen. Jedoch sollte es besser gereinigt werden!!!

Room was very clean, was nice to have basic kitchen. Bathroom very nice. Staff very nice when I interacted with them. Location was great for me and price was amazing for what I got. Would have really appreciated a set of cereal bowls in the kitchen!

Room was very spacious for a single room. Lots of surprising amenities like a teakettle and microwave oven. My room even had a door/window that opened out onto a little rooftop deck. Didn’t sit out there because it was raining, but it was a real surprise feature. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. I don’t speak German, and Marilisa was particularly helpful answering several questions I had. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were extremely friendly. The room was big and very well furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable. Very little outside noise. Hotel is situated a few minutes from Traisengasse Banhoff which has a direct line to both the airport and Vienna Railway station (Wien bhf). The number 2 tram service is just outside the hotel and takes you into Vienna centre in 15 minutes. We had a lovely stay and would stay again.

A really funky hotel. Had a HUGE room, with a kitchenette which was a bonus. Nice also to have a small balcony, which was great for drying washing after weeks of cycling :-). BUT had a significant issue with the "secure" in-room WiFi. Could not get either phone to connect, and the support from the IT person was terrible. Basically said it was our devices, even though they had worked in nearly 30 other hotels. They simply gave up and didn't bother to follow up and explore what the problem could be. Ended up having to sit in the lobby to get WiFi, and had my business bank in Australia lock my account for trying to log in. Simply not acceptable. Shame, as the rest of the stay was wonderful.
A really funky hotel. Had a HUGE room, with a kitchenette which was a bonus. Nice also to have a small balcony, which was great for drying washing after weeks of cycling :-). BUT had a significant issue with the "secure" in-room WiFi. Could not get either phone to connect, and the support from the IT person was terrible. Basically said it was our devices, even though they had worked in nearly 30 other hotels. They simply gave up and didn't bother to follow up and explore what the problem could be. Ended up having to sit in the lobby to get WiFi, and had my business bank in Australia lock my account for trying to log in. Simply not acceptable. Shame, as the rest of the stay was wonderful.

A couple of things to note: Be careful when opening the window, as the hotel is next to train tracks and can get noisy. One of my neighbors was probably smoking, and the smell came into my room, which was uncomfortable—but of course, not the hotel’s fault. Also, there’s no AC, which wasn’t an issue for me now but could be in the summer. My only suggestion would be to extend the checkout time, as it feels a bit early for tourists. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I’d definitely book here again!

The hotel is easy to find, it’s right next to Tram station (No 2 or 12) and 5 min. Walk to the train station to / from airport. The room is clean, and spacious. The coffee and tea at the lobby is free flow. Staffs are very nice and helpful. I left my scarf in the lobby last night and I managed to find it from the list & found. Definitely highly recommended!

Overall we had an amazing stay. Friendly welcome, all staff were super lovely and helpful, really can tell they enjoy working there and it makes it a great place to be. I usually don’t spend much time in my hotels when I travel, but I went out of my way to make the make most of the facilities and atmosphere here. They make amazing caipirinhas at the bar as well. Rooms were immaculate, very current and well equipped. Smart tv’s in room and also having fridge were a great features that not every hotel has but really makes it feel like home. Great location, tram stops right outside and there’s a S-Bahn station within 5 minutes walk, plus a Spar and a few takeaways. My only one suggestion would be to perhaps streamline the check-in process. I had to provide quite a lot of information on a tablet which was not ideal after being tired from hours of travelling. Perhaps there could be a way to provide my information in advance to speed up the process? Overall an amazing stay, truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed and easily the best in terms of value for money. Definitely recommend!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und stylisch. Das Bett sehr gemütlich. Störfaktoren waren für mich, dass das (sehr nette) Personal kaum bis gar kein Deutsch kann. Zudem ist die Lage etwas weit ab vom Schuss. Am meisten hat nich gestört, dass es in der Küche des Apartment kaum Utensilien zum Kochen gab. Es gab lediglich 2 Becher, 2 Mini teller, ein kleines Messer und nen kleinen Löffel. Wie soll man so die Küche nutzen? Sehr gut fand ich wiederum, dass man von morgens bis abends kostenfreien Kaffee und Heißgetränke bekommen hat. Das war wirklich toll!

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal, beim prrsönlichen check in wurden meine Daten nicht gleich gefundenen und nur englisch oder spanisch gesprochen. Als wir auf dem Zimmer waren kam das Housekeeping hereingeplatzt, weilnsie das Zimmer ürüfen wollte und keine Meldung über unseren check in hatte... auch am nächsten Tag noch nicht, weil ich um einen refill des Duschgels gebeten hatte, den ich nicht bekam. Auch klebten noch lange schwarze Haare an der Duschwand. Ansonsten war es eine gute Unterkunft. Kaffee und Tee for free und sehr lecker.

The staff at this hotel were excellent from Larissa during the day and Renata in the evening. Both ladies assisted us with dinner suggestions, which trams to take to wherever we were going, which bar to go to watch the US national football games. We also needed a pharmacy on a Sunday and Larissa researched it until she found which one was open. Renata also assisted me when I accidentally locked myself out of my room. They deserve gold stars. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay for the value. Close to the train station. There are just lots of construction outside but it’s not terrible. There aren’t many restaurants near by as you’re a little bit outside of the city centre but the rooms were spacious. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mari.

Strassenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Die Linie Nr 2 fährt in die Innenstadt. Lohnend ist eine Fahrkarte für mehrere Tage. Lohnt sich preislich. Drumherum gibt es keine guten Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Einfach zum Karmeliterplatz fahren für ein gutes Frühstück oder sonstige Mahlzeit. Hübsche Dachterrasse um den Sonnenuntergang über Wien zu geniessen.

The hotel has a very nice ambiance. Reception/bar/terrace area is very comfortable and nice for a coffee or a drink. Staff are very friendly and helpful. If you check in online before you arrive, it’s very quick and easy. Rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. It’s great to have a kitchenette in the room. The only minor issue is that the room and the hotel in general is quite warm, and the rooms don’t have air conditioning. So it can be a little stuffy at night.

Unique themed hotel. Did not like the TV on the foot of the bed and the strange swing chair in my room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was strange. And while breakfast was unique it was also lacking (with no meat nor eggs). Cool place with nice people.

Me and my boyfriend both really enjoyed our stay. Lucas and the other staff were very friendly and even changed our rooms on request without any issues. Room was spacious, and had all the utensils we needed in the kitchen to cook meals if wanted. We decided to try the breakfast out on the last day and it was delicious, I’m from Rio but live in London and it was great to eat some food from home! Would definitely stay there again! We also had some caipirinha on the rooftop for the sunset and it was great. The complimentary mate was really good and available most of the time. Location was also good, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel, so very easy to get to the centre! Would definitely recommend

Great place to stay near an underground station with direct trains to the airport plus tram route into the city centre. The vibe of the hotel is very Brazilian and works really well. Lovely bar which is very reasonably priced. Rooms are very spacious and have all you need. We were at the back of the hotel so faced the railway line so there was noise from the trains from early morning to late at night - but it wasn’t a problem. Staff at the hotel are all really friendly and helpful and welcoming. Not loads of eating out options in the immediate area but the tram stops nearby and so gives easy access into the city.

Besonders gut hat mir unser Zimmer gefallen, es war sehr geräumig und hat einem das Gefühl gegeben, dass man zu Hause ist. Außerdem fand ich es total nett, dass der Kaffee kostenlos war. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass das Frühstücksbuffet nicht vielfältig war.

The kitchenette rooms are very large and comfortable, well equipped. Clean and functional. They change towels 3 days once. May be this could be a critic. Tramway is just in front of hotel and very often. Train station is a little bit far may be 10 minutes by walk. Personel are very polite and friendly. Position of the hotel is not close the city center but not too far. By train may be 10 minutes or less by tramway 15 minutes. Consequently it's comfortable and suitable to stay, prices of the rooms are acceptable.

Charmingly quirky decor, spacious apartments , lovely breakfast and amazing staff. We were so pleased we chose this hotel as our Vienna base.
