The location was absolutely brilliant for exploring Naples and the room was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and had everything we needed, including thoughtful extras such as shaving kits and other toiletries, as well as a large smart TV. Everything felt high quality and the room had a real luxury feel. Martina was fantastic. She was extremely helpful, always smiling and kept in regular contact with us over WhatsApp, as well as being very welcoming when we met her at reception. Her service was genuinely 10/10. The only area where we struggled a little was sleep. We found the bed and pillows quite firm, although that is obviously a very personal preference. In hindsight, we probably should have asked whether softer pillows were available, as the team had been so helpful that I’m sure they would have done their best to accommodate us. There was also some road noise, although being right in the centre of Naples that is completely understandable. The property thoughtfully provided earplugs, but the window covering was only a thin voile. We felt that adding proper heavier curtains could make a real difference and help soften some of the outside noise. Overall, this was a spotless, high-quality and very well-equipped room in a fantastic location, with exceptional service from Martina. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it. The only reason we couldn’t quite give it five stars was that we personally didn’t sleep as well as we would have liked.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Naples, making it very convenient to explore the city and reach the main attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room was comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay as a family. The staff were kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated their availability and willingness to assist us whenever we needed anything. Traveling with our 4-year-old son, we felt comfortable and well taken care of, which made a big difference in our experience. Toledo LR Collection was a great choice for our time in Naples. The combination of location, comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again when returning to Naples. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Naples! The room was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The location was also a highlight, it was perfectly located in the middle of Naples with walking distance to everything. We absolutely loved the atmosphere and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
