Overlooking the beach. Room was great was disappointed that he hot tub wasn't working due to me asking at booking was it working

Very disappointed. HVAC in room extremely noisy. Food mediocre at best. Waiters very nice but have no idea how to serve in a restaurant. Bathroom sink not very clean. Bundle of hair on the floor in the hallway across from room 335. Hot tub doesn’t work. And all this for 500.-/ night!!!!! Seriously???

Rooms have amazing views of the ocean shore. Lots of smiling staff that aren’t really that helpful. My breakfast and dinner at the restaurant exceeded expectations. The food was expertly plated and delicious.
