Every staff member was kind and welcoming. The room was nice and comfortable bed. The bathroom lacks counter space but it was manageable. Due to a neighboring hotel, the parking lot seemed a little shady, there is a fence separating the two.

Hotel staff was so friendly. Room was very clean. Lots of parking. Decent breakfast spread, coffee provided 24hrs in lobby. We had a dog with us and the hotel is very accommodating. Even provided some milkbones at check in for our pup!

Stayed at this hotel many times during cross-country travel and never had a bad experience. On this occasion, David was excellent in welcoming me and checking me in. The room was clean, spacious, and with modern decor. Good in-room wi-fi. Good breakfast. Also used the fitness room, and it was very nice. Convenient location close to many restaurants and shopping - also a big selling point for this hotel.

The room was very nice. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. When we arrived Angel greeted us and was very helpful. Angel made sure we had everything we needed and told us about what the Hampton had to offer. Breskfast and pool hours also showed us the well equiped exercise room. I will definitely come back to this Hotel the next time we are in Madison.

Very friendly front desk guy, fast check in, nice lobby area with free fruit, water, coffee, and he gave us a local restaurant list that we ordered delivery from and it was delicious! Glass Nickel Pizza is A+! Room was nice and updated, clean and comfortable. Bed was firm and showers were hot. Lots more tv channels available than most comparable hotels. Great stay!

It met our needs for a place to sleep and nothing much left in town. Our room smells like stinky feet, was very dark and the shower head needs a major bath in white vinegar! Garbage bin at fro t door was overflowing amd garbage all over.

My pillows were moldy and i didnt notice until check out. I strip the bed for housekeepers and this time I went to take the pillow cases off and it was disgusting. I cant believe i slept on and breathed that in for TWO nights.

My room was very comfortable and had clearly been somewhat newly renovated. I was most impressed with three of the bathroom features that most hotels don't offer: liquid hand soap, a ventilation fan, and a locking door. Other little thoughtful details included a moveable TV tray, a comfortable fabric desk chair and desk lamp, wall hooks for coats and hats, and lots of storage options. The breakfast was well stocked and well attended, and the common areas were kept clean. My check-in experience was seamless and the front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again for my next trip to Madison.

Easy on and off the highway. Housekeeping does a nice job and arrived to a clean room . Double queen was tiny and would have been a challenge with a couple nights' stay so I would upgrade to king suite next time. Lobby and breakfast area were warm and inviting as were the staff. I would stay there again.

Overall I had a very good experience with the Hampton Inn. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. Nice breakfast. My complaint was my particular room felt dark and small. Could have used a floor lamp. I didn’t care for the barn door for the bathroom. However, I stayed here last year and the room was light and bright and had a regular door to the bathroom. I would stay here again but request a different room.

We didn't like the mattress, very uncomfortable, too hard, and didn't sleep well because of it. We did like the remodel of the room, but less drawer space. In the bathroom, very pretty, but no counter space for toiletries. We stayed 8 days, and had to live out of a suitcase, for no room to store clothing. Breakfast was sub par. Most times there were no eggs left. All alternatives were bread, muffins, waffles sweet cereals & oatmeal. Decaf coffee was always luke warm and had to be microwaved. Probably won't be back here.

I really liked staying here! The staff was very friendly and the rooms were beautiful. The breakfast was also very yummy with lots of options. I didn’t get down to the pool but from what I saw it looks very clean and nice when booking a room here make sure there’s microwave if you need one. Some rooms have microwaves and some rooms don’t. So just keep that in mind if you are in need of one at your hotel. Would definitely recommend this to anybody looking for an affordable and clean hotel.

Bathroom vanity is very small and there is no shelf underneath. There isn’t room for even one person’s toiletries. They must be left out in the main room. This didn’t work for me. The room looked nice and the shower was nice. Breakfast was good.

My fiance, and I stayed over night. We really loved the hotel. Our room was nice, and clean. The manager David greeted us at check in. David was very nice, professional, and very informative about the hotel, and what all they offer. The breakfast was really good, and dining area was nice as well. I would highly recommend this hotel, and would stay again if passing through. The only real problem was with our GPS getting us routed around to the hotel, certainly not the hotels fault, but David apologized to me anyways.

The front desk clerk who checked my wife and I into the hotel was extremely courteous and she was also very helpful and friendly. She was very keen on checking on us from to time to see how we were doing, and even texted us on our phone to see if the hotel staff could do anything for us. My wife and I were both pleasantly surprised and delighted at the service this young lady had provided us. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

When I arrived the attendant was not at the desk. However, the sign said to use the house phone to call if I needed assistance. I called and Sammy answered. She greeted me warmly and shared that she would be down to help me in a couple minutes. About one minute later, Sammy arrived at the desk and warmly greeted me and promptly took care of checking me in. Thank you for GREAT customer service Sammy!

This was a nice place to stay on our way through Wisconsin. It was easy to check in, and they gave us two complimentary water bottles on the way in. The continental breakfast was a typical one, but we did appreciate being able to make fresh mini Belgium waffles.
