We had a very nice stay. The only hiccup was the pool wasn’t open due to the heating element being broken. But otherwise everyone except one night person was super nice and helpful.

We searched for a hotel with a pool and then got here and the pool was closed for “scheduled maintenance” on a Saturday. We asked to transfer to a different best western but they couldn’t because we booked through a third party. We had plans with family to hang out and swim.

I have stayed at this motel 3 times and 2 of them the pool was closed. When u come with family and the pool can't be used it's very frustrating. The front desk said the issue would be fixed but I know it won't because it was a Saturday. The light in the pool was on the pool floor and wires were exposed so u think they would fix it being a safety issue.

Close to the airport and interstate. Staff friendly and very helpful, uber to the airport is included with the room. Staff requested my uber for me. East Town Mall across the street walking distance and good restaurants walking distance away. Indoor pool and spa.

Didn't like having to stand and wait 30 minutes to get checked in. Gentleman working was pleasant enough but seemed the computer system was VERY slow. I almost walked out as did the couple in front of me. Very disappointed the pool was not in working order. It was the only reason I booked the room. Mattress and sheets felt and smelled old. Need to up date the sheets especially!

I stay here a few times a year. Everything was great except this time the hot tub’s jets didn’t work. It was very hot, which most hotels fail at. I would imagine they’ll have it fixed the next time I stay there.

The room was great! Had clean white bath towels, bigger than I usually find in other places. Check in was quick and very friendly. The pool was too cold for my teenage Granddaughters but the hot tub was nice for them. Location was great for our shopping, Mall, Burlington, and Ross'. We had an almost perfect stay.

First the bathroom fan was so noisey it kept you awake. There was hair in the shower when we went to take one so we had to clean it out before using it. The pool area was so hot my glasses steamed up just walking in it. You couldn't breath. Breakfast was a joke. I couldn't eat because there were kids in there and one was drooling into the food. The eggs looked like they were made with water. It was gross. Wont ever stay there again.

It was convenient and easy to get to. Lots of food and entertainment options in the area. The room smelled strange. It had a smell I can only describe as a mixture of musty, sweaty sheets and fish. I went and bought febreze in order to be able to sleep. There was mold along the caulking around the bathtub and aroun the edges of the shower.

I can't recommend this hotel. The hallways smelled of mildew and mold, the carpet inside the room was filthy, the bed was lumpy, and the aircon and fridge rattled so much I had to turn them off. On top of all this, they offered free coffee in the lobby but didn't provide any coffee cups. I asked a young woman behind the desk if they had any, and she disappeared for 10 minutes. I gave up but saw her a little later behind the desk again and asked her if there were no coffee cups. She said she couldn't find any. OK, why didn't you let me know instead of letting me wait for 10 minutes? There was no apology. And when I checked out there was no "how was your stay?" or "thank you for staying with Best Western." What a terrible experience.

Our room was as expected. Clean and comfortable. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or eat breakfast but it was a great place for a quick stop on our road trip to get some rest and showers. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Easy to get to, right off the highway exit. Would book again if we ever found ourselves back in Madison! Thanks!

I found blood on the bed linens when I pulled back the sheet to get in bed. As there were two beds in the room, I checked the other bed, which did not have any stains and slept in that one.There were also several groups of men outside the building, barbecuing and or eating their dinners when we arrived around 7 PM. Sadly, it looked like they needed a shower and and a good night’s rest. There is Home Depot across the street,not certain if the men were day laborers there. Only noticed these men on the side and rear of the building. Reason I drove around the building initially was in an attempt to find an electric charging station for my vehicle. Period I did not park in the rear or sides of this building.

This property was conveniently located just off our route on I-94. The price was reasonable and they advertised a free full breakfast. It could have been cleaner but not bad. Other than being a bit noisy since our ground floor room was located near the front lobby, this was a nice place to stay. The shower was especially excellent delivering a robust, rousing spray - no piddly trickle here!

It was ok for a 2 night stay but the pillows were smaller than standard size and were uncomfortable. The bathroom was extremely small with the toilet almost touching the door as you walked in.

A good hotel in Madison in a good area. Good parking. Good and hot breakfast. However, our twin double beds were like slepping on a rack !!! How is it that such a nice hotel could have such uncomfortable beds. Hopefully, the Manager can fix this.

Hotel is a little dated, could use an update. Found a couple cheetos under the couch, other than that the room was clean. Loved having the balcony so we could sot outside. The staff was so sweet.

The hotel itself is easy to find, easy to access and comfortable. Front desk staff was super friendly! The hotel is definitely old and you can see that some upgrades have been attempted over the years- fresh paint, the lobby area is very nice, was decorated for the holiday. The room was nice, but definitely very old. The bed was horribly uncomfortable- we could feel every spring in the mattress and the bedding was stiff and itchy. Overall clean though. The bathroom was tiny and very difficult to navigate- had to stuff myself into the corner next to the toilet just to get the door closed. The shower had very low water pressure. There were mounted toiletries in the shower that were nice. The tub and surround were very old and there was a lot of chipped paint and water stains in the bathroom. Room fit its purpose for us for a one-night stay, and was worth the low price we paid. For longer stays, we would likely splurge for a much nicer space.

Breakfast was good. Pool area simple but nice. We had a suite. I loved the layout of the room. Beds were not the greatest. Bathroom needed work. Paint chipping, toilet handle needed to be held down for it to flush and very small.

We booked two rooms but when we checked in they only found one room, saying that for some reason one of the rooms was cancelled (not by us). Although we paid for two rooms. The person at the desk said that they just got a new computer system and he couldn’t figure out how to reinstate it, and there was no manager in duty since it was late at night. He did give us a second room; however upon walking into that it was clear that it had not been cleaned-no sheets on the bed, messy bathroom, etc. So we had to go back down and he was able to give us another room. Also, in the morning around 8am housekeeping tried to get into both rooms bc for some reason they thought they were not occupied. And we have been waiting for a manager to contact us all weekend and so far no response. Breakfast was only ok. Very very basic.

I had a very disturbing experience when I checked in. I got there at 1:30PM. Check in time was 3PM. When I got there I asked if there was a room available. They said yes but that if I wanted to go into the room I would have to pay an addition $25 since I was "early." Incredible!!! I asked for the manager and the manager stood by the $25 extra kick in the butt. I did not pay and left the hotel to come back later. I travel a fair amount and I have never had a hotel say that I had to pay extra if I was there early if a room was available. That is just ridiculous and I have never heard of such a thing. On the plus side, the breakfast was very good but the initial contact with the hotel makes me inclined not to go back.

Troubling! We returned from using the pool only to find that the key would not unlock the door. The reason was because there was a stranger in our room who could not speak English and had no IDs. Police were called and it was determined that it was a mistake by the hotel front desk clerk who issued a key card to this individual without checking that the room was already occupied. Troubling! We returned from using the pool only to find that the key would not unlock the door. The reason was because there was a stranger in our room who could not speak English and had no IDs. Police were called and it was determined that it was a mistake by the hotel front desk clerk who issued a key card to this individual without checking that the room was already occupied. The check-in experience was poorly handled. There was only one person working the desk at 4:00 PM on a Saturday. Took almost 30 minutes to get through the mob in the lobby. Breakfast was excellent. Water was lacking in the urn in the lobby. Desk personnel really couldn't have cared less. The room was comfortable and clean. No complaints there.

The desk clerk went out of her way to not be helpful. specifically, i asked where is my room, so i would know where to park my car; she said go to the elevator, there are signs. First the bathroom fan was so noisey it kept you awake. There was hair in the shower when we went to take one so we had to clean it out before using it. The pool area was so hot my glasses steamed up just walking in it. You couldn't breath. Breakfast was a joke. I couldn't eat because there were kids in there and one was drooling into the food. The eggs looked like they were made with water. It was gross. Wont ever stay there again.

We only stayed at this complex for two nights and one of the reasons was for the continental breakfast option. The continental breakfast was the worst I have ever seen. Both times we went there (they opened from 7 to 10 and we were there at 8:15 on Saturday and then 7:30 on Sunday) everything was out of stock, no orange juice, no cereal, there was two waffle makers, but no waffle mix, no yogurt parfeits or fresh fruit, and there was also no milk. The second day, they did have waffles and mix and scrambled eggs and bacon, but we were there for a 1/2 hour and there were no plates to get any food. This was the worst. It will definitely make my mind up next time before chosing the Best Western for accomodations.

This is an older property and the rooms looked a bit tired. The bathroom door was delaminating and there were some odd stains on the walls. One towel was also dirty. The breakfast wasn't very good and they were understaffed. Overall, not a great place stay. There are better choices.
