Placed me on a floor that was being remodeled so there was dust everywhere and power tools being used all day from morning until night. Pool and SPA was closed It was measurable Big event in city so I couldn’t get a room anywhere else

We chose this hotel specifically because it was advertised as having a hot tub, which was the main reason for our holiday staycation. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the hot tub was cordoned off with caution tape and had been out of service for quite some time. This was extremely disappointing for us, as the hot tub was a key feature we were looking forward to enjoying during our stay. The lack of transparency significantly impacted our holiday experience.

We enjoyed the stay. We loved the pool and it was nice having free washer and dryer available for washing our clothes. They were not very clean and smelled off but they were free so I just cleaned it before using it. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. The breakfast had plenty of options that changed daily and the staff kept the available options filled. We would definitely stay again.

Hot tub was down and pool was closed in the morning. We had a suite so our daughter could sleep and we could stay up. The room was horribly designed where you had to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom, interrupting her sleeping each time. The dresser dresser also opened every time you walked past it. The night light by the bathroom sink, which was next to the bed, was horribly bright as well.

The room has lots of storage, large deep dresser drawers, and the bathroom vanity had multiple drawers and large under sink storage. The beds were comfortable and the thermostat was easy to maintain a desired temperature. Breakfast was great, many items to choose from, including fresh fruit. They shut breakfast down immediately at 9:30am, lights and everything! The pool/hot tub/fitness center is open 24 hours which is very convenient. They were also fast to salt the sidewalks in the snowy weather. The hotel appears new, but the furniture was slightly worn in our room (fabric sofa). All staff we encountered were very nice and we had no issues. And free laundry machines!

Checked into hotel and right away was downgraded to a different room. Reason why was disabled wife could not walk upstairs due to a non working elevator! And charged same price for room !

Hotel was under complete renovation which wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the site for Orbitz. Pool and hot tub also were shut down which was why we booked for the kids to swim. The entire floor we were staying on was in complete shambles furniture piled up in the hallways multiple contractors working in rooms next to the one we were given. Rooms being renovated didn’t have doors on and contractors were playing loud music with profanity blasting and I do t need to have my 6 year old daughter exposed to that. The front desk clerk was very helpful she offered a full refund and apologized for there being 0 communication online about the complete renovation going on. I’m sure it will be nice once it’s completed but until then id avoid it if I were you! Orbitz you should have this info clearly stated on your website and you don’t #FixIt

We stayed here with our baby. We loved the layout and the mini kitchen. The pool was a bonus. But it has been poorly maintained. The elevator was out of service the whole week we were there and we were located on the 3rd floor. The carpet in the staircase is likely beyond a good wash and needs to be replaced. The carpets in the suites were also filthy. Cleaning up spills from our baby made the white towels dark grey. The whole hotel also has a musty smell. But they had happy hour a few days a week and when the maids came, they were generous with the linens. So as much as it was a perfect set up for us, it just lacks its potential in cleanliness. Its both good and bad. PS no crib or high chairs were available at this hotel.

Breakfast was fine, and consistant. The room was clean and the whole location was well maintained. I will continue to stay here for every buisness trip, I like it alot. The free wifi is not very fast <1.5mbps, which makes it essentially unusable for streaming. I would also have hoped for an onsite wash and fold laundry service, which wasn't available.

The front desk staff was helpful and the common areas were good. As soon as we got to our floor, things changed. Someone had cooked something thst smelled really strong that we could smell in our room. Our neighbors were loudly talking and laughing, a f in and out of rooms often which shook our door and sounded like someone was trying to come into our room.

1) Pungent and constant odor of marijuana at the front desk during check in, in the hallways, and in our room throughout the stay. 2) Woke up at 5am to cigarette smoke through venting in our bedroom. Called front desk. No follow up. 3) Pool closed after first day. Entire reason we booked the property. 4)Elevator felt dangerous and hadn’t been inspected since 2021.

Nice room that was clean, Decent breakfast. Shower dripped and the room was right next to the elevator which disturbed sleep somewhat. Parking is a little far from the main entrance upon arrival. Just fine for a night.

Staybridge was under construction while we were there, so the pool was closed and there was dust. My review is not based on the construction. Rooms were not very homey and furnishings were on the older side. Our suite had a queen and 2 double beds that were not adequate for 2 people.

One of our rooms was a disaster. Phone not working. Hair dryer not working. Dishwasher loud and leaked all over the floor. Tub water dripping all night. We just got a bad room and no one suggested any kind of compensation for our terrible visit. Just will not stay here again

The Staybridge was amazing! Our whole family had an amazing time. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was secluded from the rest of the hotel so we didn’t have to worry about our kids being too loud. The breakfast was delicious. This is a hidden gem and we will definitely be back!

Beds were comfortable, breakfast good in a nice dining area. Rooms were clean but worn. They were doing renovations and we could not access the outside door. Very frustrating loading and unloading. The hotel is on a busy road and heard traffic sounds throughout the night. Not awful, but worse than many. Hotel halls were quiet and I appreciated that.

The staff were friendly, the there were some issues with the hotel and our reservation. The elevated and hot tub were not in service, and we reserved a 1 Bedroom King, but when we arrived there were no King rooms available at all. We received a refund for the difference in cost for the room type, but if we’d known about these limitations in advance we’d likely have stayed someplace else. The desk staff was responsive and checked in frequently to see if there was anything more they could do. They deserve a lot of credit for doing all they could.

Jordon the front desk guy was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to secure me a room with a working air conditioner on a VERY hot, busy weekend! Unlike the Fairfield Inn I had stayed at the night before. There they told me the front desk clerk was comfortable with the temp of my room so the fact that I wasn't DID NOT MATTER! (I KID YOU NOT! I COULD NOT MAKE THIS UP!). Jordon cemented my loyalty to Staybridge! He is a GREAT representative for the brand! GIVE that guy a BONUS!!!!! He kept saying "we can do better." He so far exceeded my expectations (prompt, courteous, came to me so I didn't have to run around, kept checking on me til problem was resolved) that I can't stress enough, GIVE THAT GUY A BONUS!!!! AND, NEVER stay at Fairfield Inn!!!!!

Unlike the Fairfield Inn I had stayed at the night before. There they told me the front desk clerk was comfortable with the temp of my room so the fact that I wasn't DID NOT MATTER! (I KID YOU NOT! I COULD NOT MAKE THIS UP!). Jordon cemented my loyalty to Staybridge! He is a GREAT representative for the brand! GIVE that guy a BONUS!!!!! He kept saying "we can do better." He so far exceeded my expectations (prompt, courteous, came to me so I didn't have to run around, kept checking on me til problem was resolved) that I can't stress enough, GIVE THAT GUY A BONUS!!!! AND, NEVER stay at Fairfield Inn!!!!!

Showed up at 10pm to not have a room. Was yelled and swore at by the front desk. Was told when I said I’d like to speak to a manager by Front desk lady “I don’t need this *ickin* Job. All day long I have to deal with Bill****. Was told that they do not guarantee hotels.com clients rooms if they sell out. She said they forgot to call which could have called, texted, emailed. There was zero communication and I was just sent out in the the late evening hoping I could find a different room. The asst gm the next day said he’d follow right back up and now 2 days later still no call. I wish I could post a video I took of the incident. Overall by far the worst staybridge I’ve ever stayed at and you should avoid this place at all costs it’s extremely poorly ran from management all the way to staff.

Nice room that was clean, Decent breakfast. Shower dripped and the room was right next to the elevator which disturbed sleep somewhat. Parking is a little far from the main entrance upon arrival. Just fine for a night.

The complementary breakfast is super! Good coffee, lots of hot choices. We walked right across the street to Mr. Brews Tap House and further down the parking lot to the Venezuelan restaurant. The room was spacious and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast good in a nice dining area. Rooms were clean but worn. They were doing renovations and we could not access the outside door. Very frustrating loading and unloading. The hotel is on a busy road and heard traffic sounds throughout the night. Not awful, but worse than many. Hotel halls were quiet and I appreciated that.

We enjoyed the stay. We loved the pool and it was nice having free washer and dryer available for washing our clothes. They were not very clean and smelled off but they were free so I just cleaned it before using it. The staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs. The breakfast had plenty of options that changed daily and the staff kept the available options filled. We would definitely stay again.

The room has lots of storage, large deep dresser drawers, and the bathroom vanity had multiple drawers and large under sink storage. The beds were comfortable and the thermostat was easy to maintain a desired temperature. Breakfast was great, many items to choose from, including fresh fruit. They shut breakfast down immediately at 9:30am, lights and everything! The pool/hot tub/fitness center is open 24 hours which is very convenient. They were also fast to salt the sidewalks in the snowy weather. The hotel appears new, but the furniture was slightly worn in our room (fabric sofa). All staff we encountered were very nice and we had no issues. And free laundry machines!

The Staybridge was amazing! Our whole family had an amazing time. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was secluded from the rest of the hotel so we didn’t have to worry about our kids being too loud. The breakfast was delicious. This is a hidden gem and we will definitely be back!

The whole hotel was very clean and the rooms were as comfortablr as one cluld ask for even with the lowest tier room we got.
