There are some things it is hard to find out when booking online. These are the things I appreciate most: ✅Comfortable seating area that faces the TV ✅Blackout curtains that work ✅Extra pillows and blankets available ✅Firm, comfortable bed ✅Plenty of electrical/USB outlets ✅On-site restaurant and bar (also options nearby) ✅3 or more towels, hand towels and washcloths ✅Suitcase stand ✅Streaming options available on TV ✅Good water pressure ✅Noon checkout time ✅Good Wi-Fi This room managed to pack all the features I like most into a very compact footprint. The only things I could improve on are: - No fragrance in the toiletries - Two sinks (in bath or a kitchen sink) - Blackout blinds rather than curtains - Room service Both the staff and the website were very helpful. I will seek out this chain for future stays. 🥰

The room that I paid for was king room with whirlpool and extra sofa that is for 3 people but received room with only one king bed and no sofa so I had to sleep on the floor. Whirlpool was full of spiders and room is nothing like the picture I paid for. They dont have free coffee and breakfast is horible only had bagels and muffins. Staff wasnt nice so I ended up checking out the following day and went to different hotel as I couldn’t stand sleeping on the floor and room full of spiders . Room was so small you could barely fit 2 people a not 3 at all.walls were dirty with so many oil stains and dry bugs it was horrible

The lobby area was very nice. The room was like stepping back 20yrs small tv had to sleep on opposite side bed to change the channels, stood in a pool of water to shower. I did not stay the 2nd night I went to a nice place to stay

Everything was perfect, clean and comfortable. The room was spacious with all the amenities. The only thing that was a bit of was the shower. It was a handicap room but the shower head did not go higher than 5 foot.

We had a reservation and were turned away at check-in. Employee stated that they overbooked and suggested we go to the nearby Hampton Inn as they had been contacted. Upon arrival at the Hampton, they were not expecting us. Very frustrating situation

Room was fine and quiet, but the front desk attendants seriously need some training. The biggest issue was while I was using an empty meeting room to have a Zoom meeting in the middle of the day, the front desk woman was really out of bounds. I travel almost nonstop and have never had anyone throttle me over an empty conference room before. She threatened to charge me if I didn't leave right then. I had no problem with leaving, it was just that she was so loud and domineering at every turn our entire stay. We left and spent a grand staying somewhere down the street because of the bad guest service.
