Beautiful river at the foot of the property, great view. Walkable to Vail Village. The condo was very roomy and comfortable. Only one of the jacuzzis was operational when we were there. The bottom of it was rusted -- needs to be updated.

Amazing location in the heart of vail and a walk from slopes! Loved the european vibes and ambience, and staff were very friendly and welcoming! Our daily waiter Rich was the best giving us tips, being so friendly and helpful! He was the highlight of our mornings with his great mood and smile everyday! Unfortunately the pool and jacuzzi was out of service which was a bummer but everything else was perfect! We’ll def come back and recommend!

Excellent hotel. Suite was very spacious and well appointed. Lots of room. Room service was not daily which is odd at this price. Coffee machines in lobby were great, staff were all great. Walk right to LH gondola and there are a few close restaurants that were very tasty. Vail Village is a 10 min walk and transportation was free. Included breakfast was a minimal but delicious buffet. Not sure what was included in the $100/night resort fee and the VIP Expedia refund was just $40/night. None of that really made sense but it looks like Valet parking was included so that's nice. Rooftop pool and hottubs were good temperatures but pool was small. Will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful hotel with EXCELLENT staff. The spa was lacking. Furniture in the waiting area was virtually non existent. The couch had no cushions to sit on and the walls were lined with a hodge podge of poofs and side tables. Water feature was turned off. Lobby furniture in main lobby was worn and area rug was filthy. Room was beautiful and again service was amazing!!

The location and amenities at this property are great. Free shuttles into vail village, free tea/coffee in the lobby, rooftop pool and jacuzzi, etc. The only knock is that we were supposed to receive a free room upgrade and $120 room credit for being gold members and neither were provided and there was some trash underneath our bed when we arrived in the room. Otherwise it was great.

This was a jewel in its time but it is getting a bit tired. Our room was long and narrow with a couch awkwardly projecting into the entry into the bedroom from the bathroom (ran into it a couple of times in the night). Our window looked into an adjacent building and the shade was not black out so light from artificial lighting outside came in all night. The bathroom smelled musty. The bed was really low to the ground, but was comfortable. The bed had sharp square finials that I also ran into trying to navigate the small space. Ouch! Maybe we just got the worst room in the hotel, which is disappointing because we committed to book it non-refundable two months in advance. The staff in the Tavern restaurant were having to do multiple things (check in, seating, cleaning and setting tables) so service was slow. Reception staff were very good. Overall the hotel is really expensive for what you get. I will find somewhere else in Vail for the cost of this hotel.

We love this place and return every year! I will say the outside needs some attention. Needs to be pressure washed and it’s in bad need of some new outdoor furniture. The staff and amenities make the Arrabelle very special and we love it! See you next year!

I really had a great time at this resort this fall. They were little short staff so a few things slipped through the cracks but the concierge, Natalie, was very accommodating and handled everything for us. The valet guys who also ran the hotel car service were top tier and so nice and accommodating. The only thing they don’t do is clean your room everyday, maybe it’s only in off season but this should be reviewed because it’s a perk of staying at a hotel… or at least should be, especially for a property like this. the robes, bath and fireplace in the room were amazing and enjoyable. Will definitely be back! thanks!

Everything would have been perfect, the problem was the noise from 2am to 6am in the main bedroom of the 4 bedroom suite 529. For the 30K I paid, I would've expected some kind of compensation. It sounded 4 out of 5 nights. On night 2 after my complaint they fixed it so didn't sound on night 3, but the other 2 nights it sounded as well. Please get back on me about this issue. Thanks

Our first room the ac didn’t work. We had to move rooms late at night. The next room didn’t cool well either. It was an adjoining room, we thought we were opening a closet but walked right in on another guest in their room. Apparently there was only one door and it did not lock on both sides. Very strange. The water dispensers didn’t work. One hot tub was broken and the other the lights didn’t work. Over all the place was in a bit of disrepair. Also, there was a loud and very long wedding each of the nights we stayed. Super loud band that played nonstop. Very tough to relax. I would not recommend it or come back.

Great experience! Although Arrabelle shows to be a little more expensive than other hotels in Vail...the value is there. Beautiful and expansive room, free Valet Parking, Free Breakfast each morning and we received a credit via Expedia for $120 and we had dinner on their patio (with view of the. mountains). When all said and done, it was less expensive and a luxury experience all around! I strongly recommend this hotel and location!

We had a large bedroom condo with 3 balconies and amazing views of the mountains. Our room was cleaned everyday. We had complimentary rides to and from anywhere in the village. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. When we arrived we were greated with hot chocolate and pastries. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We had the convenience/amenities of staying in a hotel with the space of a condo. I was very sad to leave, we had the best time!

The staff was not helpful, the ac broke and we had to ask front desk for two days straight for help. Then they overcharged us and haven't handled that yet either, just too busy. Would not stay again or recommend it. To many other places around that are very nice. And we have yet to receive the credit that they screwed up on. We stayed 2 nights and had no air Condtioning. We called the front desk the first night and he came up and looked at it. He told us it was not working and he would get us a different room. Hour went by and I called again and they said they would move us in the morning. The next morning came and called the front desk again, the last up front had no notes saying they were gonna move us. So she said she would get us moved in the afternoon and that she would text me when the new room is ready. We went all day with no text or call. So we had yet another night with no air conditioning. We left early due to the terrible service. We paid a lot of money to stay at a luxury resort but it was not worth it. We would like are money back or a refund of some sort.

I was initially leery after reading some of the reviews, but once I arrived, my husband and I received five-star treatment during our entire stay! The staff were excellent and very attentive to our needs. Zane was exceptional, going out of her way to make us feel very special. The housekeeping manager was also exceptional in his attention to making our stay special and stress free. Every communication with staff was kind and respectful. The facility was clean, well kept, up-to-date, simply divine! The only inconvenience was that the In-house restaurant was not open, but I was made aware of that before our arrival date. Another thing that I expected based on reading some of the reviews, was that there would be some hidden charges. Upon our checkout, I expected some charges, especially since we received such exceptional hospitality, including a complimentary bottle of wine, a charcuterie, board, an array of truffles in our room, and excellent valet services. We also knew that we would be responsible for tips for the complementary breakfast each morning, so we expected to see some charges on our final bill. To our surprise, our total charges for a five night stay was 17.00. I was certain that they forgot to put something on there so I asked a ton of questions to make sure nothing was forgotten and I was assured that it was accurate. I waited a few days to see if anything would show up on my credit card and it has not. The Arrabelle a 5-star must-stay and I highly recommend!

The Arrabelle has by far one of the best locations in all of Vail. As soon as you walk outside you're steps away from the Gondola. The staff is great and always looking accommodate. Especially the concierge. We had our two year old daughter with us and the concierge provided us with a ton of options for us to keep our daughter entertained. The breakfast included in our stay each morning was fantastic. There was a person making eggs to your liking. There was every kind of delicious pastry you could imagine. The chocolate croissants and banana bread were my favorite. This was our first time visiting Vail and we loved it. We will definitely be back and will look to stay at the Arrabelle again.

Stayed here for an anniversary trip. Everything was top notch! Staff was courteous. Room was exquisite to the point that the pictures do it no justice. The only heads up, if you're traveling soon, was that the Tavern is currently closed. Not sure what sort of breakfast is provided there, but they offer a basic continental one in the meantime. However, they warned us about that before arrival and reduced the resort fee accordingly.

Only change sheets every other day but do not do a turn down service, refresh or replace used items ie coffee etc. No sodas snacks or ice in room, only full bottles of alcohol with no mixers. Kuerig coffee maker with 4 k cups. Staff not very friendly, except valets who were wonderful. Restaurant food horrible greasy and overpriced staff service spotty with some friendly but not very attentive. Tip for breakfast included in bill but not advertised as such. Overall 5 star rooms with not much else. Skip this one.

Pros great hotel at an excellent location. Ski valet is awesome. Check in was smooth and easy. Room was very big with a nice bathroom and view. Everyone was very friendly and available to help. Complementary Car service to/from the main village was also awesome. Breakfast was nice Cons - the fact that at this daily room rate they clean the room every other day is a first for me. - even though our breakfast was included at our rate and it was buffet style (not serving), we were forced to pay 20% tip on the value of the breakfast every day. This is first for me and frankly unacceptable.

We really enjoyed are stay at the Arrabelle. It was off season so things were quiet, but the staff was very friendly and helpful with transportation and recommendations. The breakfast was served out of the cafe since the main restaurant was closed, but there was still a nice variety of options. The location is fantastic and it’s easy to get between the two villages.
