End of the year they didn’t really care about the guests much at all. It was actually quite funny. The staff had a shocking ability to not say any words to people when you talked to them.

Ski slopes are easily accessible! We ended up not skiing due to a warm winter- but we could see how easy the walk would be to the slopes. The staff was excellent! My husband and I were there for our anniversary and the staff sent up a bottle of champagne!
