Perfect stay - lovely property

This hotel is a little off the beaten track for me as I normally stay close to Fitzrovia in London. However, I wanted a hotel with a gym / pool, and this was situated an easy walk away from Westbourne Park underground station (a few stops on from Great Portland Street station). And what a pleasant surprise I had. This is a funky, fresh hotel with brilliant facilities. My room was a great size and included a small kitchen. The air con in my room was excellent and the gym is good enough for a solid workout. Added to this was a cinema room and pool (neither of which I used) and a fabulous canal side restaurant (the rolled lamb belly was unbelievable). This was all topped off by EVERY single member of staff being kind and considerate. If you want a hotel that is a corporate chain - this is not for you. If you want great facilities in a relaxed, non pretentious atmosphere, this is worth a go.

Everything about this place was 10 out of 10. The main reason for my stay was to run away from stress and try to find some inner peace and calm to start again. 1 day pampering and chilling in this esquisite place did just that. Every corner of this place had some kind of tranquility, be it the pool, bar, bedroom, cinema room. Highly recommended.
