Sehr gute Lage und leicht zu erreichen. Der Rezeptionsbereich ist winzig und der Rezeptionist war unfreundlich und bei unserer Ankunft und beim Abholen des Zimmerschlüssels nicht da. Es dauerte einige Zeit, bis er da war. In dieser Zeit waren auch die dort verwahrten Gepäckstücke von anderen Gästen unbeaufsichtigt. Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich ok - Obst und/oder Gemüse wären wünschenswert gewesen. Zimmer in Ordnung und sauber. Das Bad war zwar sauber aber teilweise schimmlig.

The hotel is in a superb location in the centre of San Marco & minutes from st marks square however the room was dark& pokey. There’s a nice terrace on the roof but only open for the breakfast which was a shame. Hotel reception only open during day time & otherwise no one there!

We loved our stay and give it 5 stars within the price point and category! While there were fancier hotels around, this one had great charm, smooth check in, elevator, and comfortable accomodations. Not a bad walk from Rialto Bridge ferry stop, and excellent shopping and restaurants nearby! We will definitely stay again if we return!

The hotel is ideally located for a weekend in Venice. The rooms are clean, and the bathrooms are spacious. Hotel personnel is polite, check in , check out process is quick. The breakfast offered is basic but nice, in a beautiful terrace. If found at a good price, the hotel is excellent value for money.

Meget central beliggende hotel. Mange gode restauranter lige uden for døren. 5 minutters gang fra Marcus pladsen. Hotel er slidt, men pænt og ordentlig. Morgenmaden serveres på øverste etage med lille altan. Sød betjening.

This is possibly the most uncomfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff on the desk were not very helpful. There was nowhere to safely leave bags when checking out. So, if you need a late check out or a hotel that has a "safe" storage for your bags, stay elsewhere. It was also extremely difficult to find at the outset, as Google maps takes you to a street 50 yards away.

Thought the hotel was great. Middle of Venice couple of minutes from st marks square. Staff were great. Room was lovely and spotlessly clean. My small complaint is was really hard to find apple google maps not having it due to tall buildings and small walkways. Perhaps a downloadable map just from st marks square. Absolutely fantastic end to my trip.

Room was uncomfortably hot, air conditioning didn't work. Room stunk of damp, mould on the wall. To top it all off my son, husband and myself are all covered in bed bug bites.

Al nostro arrivo ci hanno consegnato le chiavi della stanza e fatto il check-in ma una volta arrivati al piano, l'addetta alle pulizie ci ha informato che la nostra stanza non era pronta, abbiamo lasciato i bagagli e siamo dovute tornare 2 ore dopo. Peccato la mancata comunicazione tra i reparti. La stanza era ben riordinata ma tra tendaggi e coperte di lana (a luglio) la polvere era molto presente. I dispenser di sapone erano presenti in doccia e al lavandino ma completamente diluiti con acqua, pertanto abbiamo segnalato alla reception la difficoltà di ulitizzo e ci hanno cortesemente fornito dei prodotti monodose. La colazione è buona ma consigliamo che venga integrata anche col latte di soia, ora molto richiesto.

Excelente ubicación a menos de 5 minutos de la plaza de San Marcos, lo único que no me gusto fue que cuando llegue el baño estaba sumamente sucio, no ponen atención a esos detalles y me dormí con mucho asco porque es obvio que si no lavaron el baño menos iban a cambiar la sábanas. Para ser exactos el baño estaba lleno de orines tanto por dentro como por fuera y olía muy mal. En cuanto a servicio y atención todo lo demás esta excelente.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado a 5 minutos de la plaza de San Marcos, es algo antiguo (como todo en la ciudad) pero muy limpio y organizado, el personal del hotel es muy amable y cálido, me ayudaron a guardar mis maletas por varias horas sin inconveniente después del checkout.

We had a double room in room #117 and stayed for 3 nights. Pros: - Clean room/bathroom - Great water pressure/temperature - Clean/soft towels - Comfortable bed..pillows slightly thin but they have extras. - Excellent breakfast with beautiful view. I recommend you arrive when they first open to get a nice seat outside. - Excellent location with easy access to lots of restaurants, shopping, sites. - Friendly staff (front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast) Cons: - Our room's AC did not work well and our room was uncomfortably hot the first two nights and we got poor sleep. The only way to cool the room down was to open the window, but there are no screens and right now (October) there were a ton of mosquitos and we got bit SO MUCH. We told the front desk staff and they supplied us with mosquito spray, but the mosquitos were relentless.

The location is unbeatable - literally a few minutes away from piazza san Marco. However the location is also an issue. I had a room with a window on the first floor out of 3 (ground, 1 to 3), but the window opens out to a noisy restaurant below which generally does not close until 10pm and there will be noise until 11 or 12 midnight. This can be tolerated but smokers below mean you can smell cigarettes before 10am and after 11pm (before and after the restaurants operating hours) if you open the window. At 8am you will also hear the nearby bell tower ringing but this was fine for me. Bring ear plugs for a good sleep. The staff were lovely, the place was very clean although there are mosquitoes in the bathroom and this can’t be avoided in Venice. The hotel offered a free but simple breakfast which I very much appreciated. The location and price cannot be matched but may not suit those sensitive to noise or cigarettes.

Hotellets ansatte var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Soverommet og badet var stort, men senga var vond å sove i. Rommet bar preg av noe slitasje. Rengjøringen startet veldig tidlig på morgenen. Rommet var også veldig lytt, så man kunne høre lyd fra gangen og de andre rommene. Frokosten var lite variert. Crossaint eller ferdiglaget toast. Skinke, salami og ost som pålegg. Yoghurt og musli for de som ikke liker hvitt brød. Men det var veldig god kaffe. Mange ulike valg. En fin liten terrasse var det mulig å bruke til å spise frokosten. Det var hyggelig. Lokasjonen på hotellet er fin hvis du vil bo i hjerte av Venezia. Det spilles mye av den samme musikken utenfor.

On a plus side the hotel staff on reception were very friendly and helpful, a little difficult to find through the arch but found it in the end. Hotel was dark wood and very old fashioned and tiny room, old blankets on the bed that looked like they needed throwing out. Bed sheets clean but overall was ok as was out all day.

Great location..a few minutes walk to San Marco Square. Beds were comfortable although there was a strange smell in the room. The room was hot and air conditioning didn't seem to be working so opened the windows. Cooled the room down but as there are no screens on the windows, mosquitoes got in at night. Staff were excellent.

This was our 4rt time to stay in this hotel . I olways was bragging about this hotel and recommended to my friends and family if they decided to visit Venice reserve it. For convenience service. But after our last stay we are disappointed come to find out it's no staff in hotel after hours. So if something to happen you on your one. We didn't find any information if the room what to do in case of emergency. I want recommended this to anyone anymore.

chegamos lá não tinha fácil localização do hotel em si. Chegamos um pouco antes que previsto não tinha atendimento na recepção do hotel um telefone somente que o rapaz que atendeu foi bem grosseiro. Além da limpeza ficar a desejar. banheiro não tem divisória do box então o chão fica todo molhado. Lugar bem localizado com relação a San Marco mas atendimento e sinalização para chegar lá nulo.

Had a very nice stay at a sister hotel from the same group, the Panada. The manager of Citta di Milano personally accompanied me to my room at the other hotel since the one I booked was full. The rooms are really like on the pictures, with a nice tapestry and wooden furniture that makes for an authentic stay. The Panada is in a busy area just minutes away from Piazza San Marco. Points for improvements would be the bathroom and overall slightly dusty feeling of the room. The breakfast room could also be rearranged as the place tends to be very busy due a tight space for too many guests. Staff was very helpful and professional, I would be happy to stay again

Hotel is in good location. Had to pick up keys from another hotel as arrived at midnight then were taken to the hotel. Would have been tricky to find in the dark. Room was comfortable with good shower. Reception staff and staff at breakfast were all very cheery and helpful. Watch out for the seagull stealing food if sitting outside for breakfast. Overall good experience.

The hotel entrance is hard to find as it's tucked in around a corner in an alley. But the people are all friendly and the room is clean but a little smaller than I thought. The location once you find it is excellent. Lots of shops and not too far from water bus or St. Marks Square. Breakfast is good but small; no fruit. I enjoyed my stay.

Its really beautiful hotel located very close by all main attractions and shopping,Rialto bridge was just 9 min walk and clock tower,Doges Palace & St marks basilica was just 5 mins away from the hotel. The breakfast was quite simple and they provide Milk,orange juice and cofee,also cereals ,croissants,bread,jam ,cheese and ham also yogurt. We are happy with the price what we paid and love to visit the hotel again.

This is possibly the most uncomfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff on the desk were not very helpful. There was nowhere to safely leave bags when checking out. So, if you need a late check out or a hotel that has a "safe" storage for your bags, stay elsewhere. It was also extremely difficult to find at the outset, as Google maps takes you to a street 50 yards away.

Todo ha sido perfecto, es un poco difícil de encontrar la entrada ya que está escondida en un callejón, pero el hotel precioso! Sobretodo, me impresionó el servicio y la educación del recepcionista Paulo (espero estar escribiéndolo bien), quien nos acogió con mucho entusiasmo y nos dejó dejar las mochilas dentro de recepción para más seguridad. El desayuno es un poco pobre, realmente, esperábamos que hubiese algo de fruta pero solo hay pan, queso, embutido, agua, zumo, café y cruasanes. No vale la pena realmente el desayuno.

I liked and didn't like the location. It was a bit off the main paths which I liked the quiteness and I prefer off the beaten path, but it was hard to find. My google maps sent me down a couple dead ends. Nice simple breakfast every morning included but some fruit would be nice to add to it. Staff were all very friendly. Comfortable bed, good shower.
