Night desk man "did't know" if there were vending machines on other floors. Vending machine #1 out of bottled water, #2 out of service, #3 no lights on (but no water option so didn't try it). Eggs salty. Pool closed for "filling" on evening of arrival. Day 2, no towels at pool. Night 2, the only ice machine quit working. Halls smelled weird (not bad necessarily, but weird). Bathroom tiny!

Parking was only at the back only at the back of the hotel, the security door for entry was broken so we didn’t feel comfortable especially with little kids, water at the entry way as soon as you enter the building, key card kept going out, Shower wasn't draining, wasn't offered to move to another room until I asked, no maintenance was available until the next day or emergency assistance, breakfast wasn't so great, the lady looked like she was so annoyed. The beds weren't comfortable, the carpets in the hallway was outdated & stunk. the rooms felt dated & dirty. The walls in the room also looked like there was pee stains

The rooms are nice and large. Very clean. If they would fix the heater for the pool it would be great!! Everytime we've stayed, the pool heater is broken and the water is freezing!

Fixture in bathroom are rusted and it looks like most things in the bathroom are caulked. The Gym treadmill didn't work correctly, and the door to the indoor pool is broke. The entry door from the parking lot doesn't lock, even though there is a hotel room card reader. Last, there was a strong oder of marijuana next to the elevators. I expect more for a rate of $220 per night.

Pictures don't do the property justice. They are in the middle of an remodle/update so yea i bet that modern room looks good but thats the only thing. The pool was "open" no filter/jets and ice cold. You couldnt use the patio cause of a broken door off the hindges that looked as if its been that way for a minute. The gym equipment was trash. They were missing dumbbells, the bench was broken, and the track on the treadmill was so lose every step it would briefly stop. My room had recenty underwent some maintenance but they never cleaned all the sheetrock dust out/up in the bathroom and the "fart box" still didnt work. When i mentioned that i could tell there had recently been maintenance and could i have a mid day clean like they said they changed operations at the facility to better suit customers. It never happened. Not the friendliest staff either. Smile a little and dont look so put out to do your job.

Elevator did not work. Back door to hotel did not lock. People hanging out in the parking lot, riding 4 wheelers and Atvs in the parking lot. Hotel was dirty everywhere and stunk very bad.

The pool was very dirty inside and around first day but all others of the days it was great. Ice machine broken. Vending machine would not work. Room keys kept not working. There was a white orb in the tv the whole time there. But enjoyed stay anyway

Staff was nice and friendly. Bed was very comfortable, but pillows were extremely hard. The bathroom and bathtub were very filthy. So much built-up mildew, they need better staff to clean the rooms. Complimentary breakfast was very scarce, no fresh fruit at all.

We booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms was filthy, Hair in the shower, urine on the bathroom floor. The other room was dirty but not as bad. Overall just a nasty motel. Would never stay here again.

The room had dead roaches on the floor; there was mold in several places. When I complained at the front desk, I was told the cleaning staff had gone for the night, then i was given a broom and dust pan and instructed to sweep the dead roaches and leave the in the dust pan outside the bedroom. I was not offered another room and had to stay in that room due to my husband having recently having surgery and no other rooms being available on the first floor. I have pics of the dead roaches as well as the mold but it wont allow me to post them.

Room was quite large but old and dated. Furniture needs updating. Only 1 remote for 2 tv's. The main drawback was that the pool was not usable as it was NOT HEATED. Very disappointing for the children. False advertising at best.

the carpet in my room had not been vacuumed in a while as there were particles on the floor in excess of what would be expected from just being cleaned. Phone didn't work so I couldn't contact the desk for anything. Toilet didn't want to flush, more than once. The beds were comfortable, shower was hot, staff was great when I dealt with them and the coffee was good. I probably would not stay there again.

Honestly, our stay was less than pleasant. One of those stays where you just feel gross for being there. The bathroom felt unclean. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Sleeping was extremely difficult. The TV was so dark that it was unwatchable. It could have been worse, since we have experienced worse before.. but this definitely could have been better.

This hotel is in a desperate need of an update. Room doors are hard to open and lock. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut and would stick. The shower curtain rod was broken. The bathtub was slick and felt unsafe to stand in. Almost every single outlet was loose and my phone charger would fall out. The air was thick with humidity making all my clothes feel almost wet (not exactly the hotels fault there but I feel like it needed mentioning). The pillows are laughably bad.

I booked this hotel onsite while online in D'Iberville, MS. I was told, I book the wrong site and had to stay at a different location, which was appox. 20 min. away in a location I had just passed by. It was in an isolated area with overgrowth...My husband & I had been traveling for hours and very tired. So we took the room, ( King non-smoking 1st floor). About 11pm, the lights go out for no apparent reason. Needless to say, it appeared that only the 1st floor was without lights. I called the front desk to let them know what going on and that I wanted to check out. I was told that I could not receive a refund because there was no manager on duty and we would have to wait until a manager got there that morning. Horrible experience!!!!!!!

If you want the vacation from HELL, stay at this location. It was the worst 2 day stay EVER. The staff does not value their customers. It started with the check-in. Double charged our card and said it would be corrected the next day, then the next day turned to 7- 10 day to correct what they did. Then Julia blamed us for the mishap. When we called back to question her about it she was very rude and hung up on us.

Spoke to the manager on the phone about canceling our reservation. She said normally they don’t but they would approve our situation. She said she would get it sent to Expedia well our reservation was never canceled and then they told Expedia that they wouldn’t cancel with a refund. If we would have called and they told us no to begin with it wouldn’t be an issue. It’s the point we were lied to by someone and they wouldn’t make it right. We will never stay at one of these properties.

We had an extremely disappointing experience during our stay. The customer service was the worst we have ever encountered. Johnathan at the front desk was rude and unprofessional from the very beginning. After our first night, we placed our used linens and towels outside the door expecting fresh replacements. When we returned from my son’s soccer tournament, no clean linens or towels had been provided. I called the front desk to request some, and instead of handling the request professionally, Johnathan responded rudely and told me to “read the sticker on the mirror” explaining that housekeeping only comes every three days. His tone was condescending and dismissive. When I went to the front desk to pick up the items myself, he seemed irritated, questioned why I had removed all the linens, and made me feel as though I was wrong for simply requesting clean bedding and towels for myself and my children. Although he eventually handed them over, the experience was unnecessarily unpleasant. The following morning at checkout, Johnathan was more focused on making his coffee than assisting me, and it appeared he was laughing and joking with the janitor at my expense. This behavior was unprofessional and made me feel extremely disrespected as a paying guest. To make matters worse, the room itself was not clean — we found large cockroaches during our stay, which added to the discomfort and frustration.

Great location right off I-10. The hotel is renovating most rooms. I can tell it once was a dump but they working on it right now on june of 2024. Just read it's past reviews, they not good. I had a newly renovated room and it was just fine. It served its purpose, to sleep and shower. The staff were friendly to me and they go thru a lot with people complaining. They really doing the best they can with what they got, so take it easy on them.

We have stayed here lots of times. This time it was terrible. We will never stay here again. First, the TV was broken in our room. No satellite the entire stay. Second, we went to eat the hot breakfast the advertise only toast, cereal, and yogurt. That's it! Third, none of the ice machines worked. Fourth, the pool area looked like a swamp, very dirty. Our room had holes in the doors from people punching them I guess. We were there four nights had to beg for clean towels. I finally threw out dirty ones in the hall with the trash that had not been taken out the entire time. I asked cleaning lady for clean towels she was rude. We had to make our own beds and clean our room. I could've stayed at home and done that. When I called front desk about the TV the said look outside it's storming. I had no idea the had satellite TV I thought cable. So she was rude and disrespectful. Then come to find out that room was supposed to be closed and not rented.

All the staff was wonderful. The breakfast area was top notch as well as the lady that runs it. The guest services was wonderful as well as all the staff. They truy have wonderful people that work there. The room was very nice and kept up well. We will be back.

Our room was on the 3rd floor. I could look out the window and see my vehicle anytime especially during the night. Breakfast was good too. The lady cooking was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a nice stay.
