Los Arcos Suites

Los Arcos Suites is perfect for a quiet get away, and has all the tools to suit a longer stay. Kitchenette was functional and well kept. There is no food or drink service on site, and you cannot use the other resorts pools. Otherwise was a great stay.

No parking area

I have stayed at this property a number of times. This time, the elevator did not work. If you have limited mobility, you will have a problem climbing the stairs. The location and value is great!

Los arcos pool was sadly closed during my whole stay. They did give me access to the main hotel for breakfast and pool access

Aunque ya le hace falta una fumigada, pues las cucarachas salen al anochecer en el baño. De los siete días, cinco días no funcionó el elevador y estábamos en el cuarto piso, así que llegue del viaje con unas super piernas (ja ja ja, gracias Los Arcos Suites). El servicio "todo incluido" es bueno, la comida es balanceada y siempre hay opciones de platillos vegetarianos, lo que se agradece. Lo que sí noté en este viaje es que el clima laboral no es el ideal. Hace un año se percibía un mejor clima laboral. Los meseros te atendían con amabilidad y una sonrisa. Y este año como que las sonrisas bajaron (algo debe estar en el aire). En fin, sí me volvería a hospedar aquí, pues la relación precio - servicio es buena, la ubicación es la mejor y las cosas negativas pueden mejorar. Así que sorpréndanme en mi próxima visita.

It was nice that we could store our bags and use the facilities after checkout until we were getting picked up a few hours later. It’s a great location for walking around and the beach club is great to have as an option.

The building it self was older, and could use a little TLC. Our room was clean, the pool was OK, and the staff were great. The location is perfect in Zona Romantica. Close to the action but just far enough away from the nearest bars to get some sleep. Staying at the Los Arcos suites gives you beach access at their resort about 100meters away on the beach, and the adult pool across the street. They all have the same owners. In our package we had breakfast each day at the resort buffet. The food and staff there were good as well. I would stay there again.

Nice place overall. But the furnishings and the rooms need a serious update. No bar, no food, no hot tub and are unable to use the other properties pool. Did all-inclusive but had to walk to a different hotel every time i needed a drink and food.

The private pool was quiet and comfy Guests also had access to two other pools and the main hotel's restaurant. A few steps out of the quiet area, lots of restaurants and shops were easy walking distance away.

There was little cockroaches in the bathroom

We have stayed at Los Arcos Suites many times and contiue to enjoy its convenient location in the Romantic Zone. The property may not be brand new butvit is clean and well taken care of

I didn’t like the fact that room 408 has thick mold growing in the closet where the safe is. I didn’t like the fact that when we returned to the room there was a roach. I didn’t like the fact that on our first and only night there my daughter was woken up at 3am by a bed bug bite! Then we had to wait till 9am for the supervisor to get the credit machine to return our money, which we had to fight for because she only wanted to return what I had paid her there and not the deposit I had made through Expedia. We were so scared to go back in the room so we slept in the lawn chairs by the pool. FYI- look up every and any review you can on several websites! Not just Expedia. Luckily we booked another hotel on the spot which was 100 times better. And funny thing- one of their employees was aware of the problem but is not allowed to say so. And their other 2 locations have the same problem.

Rooms smell really humed, the policy that you cannot bring anyone to your room and they look at you like criminals is true according to a review on google. The staff is friendly and they are good. Curtains were incredible filthy and stained by the humidity.I was going to stay but is just not worth the money.

Staff was shared between 3 hotels. There for room cleaning wasn't done until 5 pm, front desk was at hotel across the street most days

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet place in the hub of the Romantic Zone! Especially, I wish to express my gratitude to the housekeepers who made our space, so clean and inviting!

The hotel was in the malecón area so there were so many food options and had access to a beach. The hotel allows you to use seats on the beach as an included benefit. The food however was not good at all. So you will definitely need to purchase your own food off site. The drinks were also not good. The hotel could have been cleaner and we saw two small roaches in our room when we stayed. The proximity to everything is the big plus here.

First off, the location is superb -- within a two min. walk are the beach, many restaurants, shops, pharmacies, bars, etc. Yet the hotel itself always felt miles away: very chill, relaxed atmosphere. Mostly older people or families, so not lots of crazy partying, no noise problems. The room was spacious and comfy and the cleaners did a great job. We had a king, but it felt like a California king, since it was huge. We didn't use the sofa bed, but it looked full or queen sized if anyone is considering it. The balcony was great. Having a little fridge was good. All hotel staff were nice and helpful. The pool was warm to a great level, and relaxing. Access to the neighboring hotel for beach and breakfast was appreciated. Breakfast was expansive and impressive. All in all, we loved this place and would come back in a heartbeat. My daughter made me promise we would, in fact. And the price was excellent. No complaints, only praise.

I get this hotel is in Old Town. It could use updates and better maintenance in general. Nothing special and internet was horrible. Not secured and always warnings not to trust or sign in to websites where cc info was stored. Definitely will look elsewhere on my next trip to Puerto Vallarta.

We enjoyed our stay, the only con was the Wi-Fi didn’t work very well on our balcony, worked well in the living room area. Would like them to put up a booster for that side of the building.

The location is amazing. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room needs some renovation, the mattress was really firm (too much for us). Other than that, everything was nice. Clean pool, clean room. Breakfast was good.

Spacious rooms and very quiet. I really appreciated the kitchenette. Though the pool is smaller than Playa Los Arcos, it’s also much less crowded. So that was a plus! And you get all the same amenities as staying at Playa Los Arcos down the road.

It’s a dated property but rooms & common areas are super clean and functional. Our room had a balcony with sea views so that was nice. Location is also excellent for Los Muertos beach access and shopping & dining.

I spoke to them on four different occasions (in the span of 3 days) about the AC in the room not working well. The weather during the majority of our stay was extremely warm and humid therefore this was not a minor issue. We compared our room to the rooms of others that traveled with us to verify that our AC was indeed not working correctly. I was told that the AC was checked and everything was good. This is not acceptable. We were there to vacation, we were not to waste our valuable time every day asking for the staff to address this issue. We do not recommend this property at all.

The room was sufficient. The location was good. Each member of the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. Especially Elizabeth and David.

Location was great but it was truly the people that made our stay even better. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to stay longer. Elizabeth made the changes and was always there for any assistance or questions we needed answered. Her consistent friendliness and smile amidst her being so busy with all of the guests truly makes her one of a kind. All of the staff was great, from the beach staff to the restaurant and Front desk. All were very helpful and accommodating. The only slight downfall of hotels.com( not the Los Arcos suites)- if you book Los Arcos Suites specifically, you do not get access to the Los Arcos Hotel pool that is pictured on hotels.com, you just get the beach access with towels and chairs (was not a big deal since we enjoyed the beach. But helpful for those expecting to have access to the downstairs pool. )There is access to a smaller rooftop pool across the street but does not have beach view. Overall, a great stay! Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Hi this is josue from Beaumont ca ive stayed in varies hotels in the area this one is the worst of them all we got in sat 3 am because our flogyt was delayed i had changed hotels to this one because the location was better major mistake we get there at 3 am the lady at the front desk has an attitude from tje beginning i can tell she a huge b i explaned to her that the original reservation was for 4 people but chsntee hotels forgot to put for 3 people the reservstion was set up for 2 peoplr she said there was an up charge of 25.00 i psid extra 100 dollars i was soo tired i didnt want to argue with her then as we were out one night we came with a friend he was just droping us off and she waa like he cant come in rudly we explained he was jusr droping is off so i argued with her told her since we checked in she was rude and that i would ve speaking to management about her Then the next day my cousin and her friend he gets kicked out again that he coulnt be there period and then they went to the Beach were the hotel has an area for guest she again tols The guys that worked there to kick them out i was in schock i will never stay at this hotel again dont waste youre money the hotel had mold in the restroom ceiling and not updated didnt look Nothing like the pictures and to top it off extreme rules that were a little too much. This was for the location Los Arcos Suites there are two l Locations not The Beach one The Suites I sincerely hope that someone talks to that lady .

Easy check in minus the fact that we had to pay $25 extra per night since I only selected one traveler instead of two. I've never had issues with this at any other stay. We did recieve 2 days of free breakfasts and 1x15 minute massage (for only 1 person), but other than that I still don't fully get the need for the extra charge. The hotel itself was good, out dated, and issue as previously mentioned, but good. Cleanliness was great, location was perfect. Very quiet and at the end of a street so no passing cars. Also very walkable, two minutes from beach. Recommended, and also recommended you check your travel count because they if not, they will and charge for it.

Great hotel, great location

Great hotel in an excellent location!! Perfect spot, steps from the ocean and the malecon.

We really liked the charm of Mexican decor and the outdoor pool. We loved how quiet it was even though there’s a lot of life around the hotel. Also a perk to be able to use the amenities from their sister hotel around the corner. A few things that would have made it better is having a microwave in the room. Also, newer towels. They were very dated and pretty rough. Lastly, the mattress was quite hard for us. Even then, we would stay here again!

This property was very clean and the rooms were spacious. We had breakfast each morning at the playa arcos hotel. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful (especially Miguel who served us at mi pueblito restaurant and at the beach all 3 days we were there. )

El hotel bonito pero falta un bar para bebidas por lo menos, su todo incluído muy pobre, la comida poca variedad, bebidas con licor barato, tienes que ir al otro hotel a comer beber y no te puedes meter a la alberca, te tienes que regresar a tu hotel, incómodo internet muy pobre, muy caro para lo que ofrecen.

We stayed at Los Arcos Suites (all-inclusive) for 4 nights. The hotel is located in the center of the romantic zone. Everything is around it from Pharmacy to bars, to restaurants, to el Malecon, and other establishments. The staff were very professional and nice. I would give this hotel 5 stars because I like its concept (villa-styled). However, it needs an update. Everything is downdated. It looks and smell very old. Some of the towels in our room were dirty and old. Another thing we didn't like is that we were not able to use the pool at its sistered hotel (Los Arcos Resorts). Their pool was bigger and nicer than the one the suites has. The only thing we had access to was their restaurant (buffet-styled) and the beach chairs.

Los Arcos is a moderate hotel: has all the basics one needs. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Location is excellent (in the heart of the Romance Zone, walkable to the "Center"). Has very good U.S. cable t.v. selection. Staff are super helpful.
