Monica, at the front desk, was very helpful - got us a shower chair, directions, and was a bright spot in our day.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to others. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority, my room didn’t feel properly maintained, and the overall condition left a lot to be desired. To make matters worse, basic amenities like shampoo bottles were missing, which is something you’d expect even from a budget stay. The lighting throughout the hotel was dim and unwelcoming, making everything feel a bit gloomy and neglected. The hallways had an unpleasant smell that lingered and made coming and going uncomfortable. Breakfast was another letdown. The selection was minimal, and items were not restocked during breakfast hours, leaving guests with very few options if they didn’t arrive early. It honestly felt like an afterthought rather than a service. Overall, I’m genuinely surprised by the positive ratings this place has received. Based on my experience, it’s hard to understand how anyone could rate this hotel highly.

The last time we were at this place it was not as good. This time much better. We would definitely stay again.
