The pool was closed

No one ever brought us new towels, the pool was out of order, the fire alarm needed batteries replaced and they wouldnt come so we just took it off the wall. The ac didnt work well. Breakfast was okay though.

It was cheap. Staff was pleasant. The pool wall closed and the workout room is just a treadmill. The fridge was barely cool. Nothing wrong if you're just using it as a place to sleep.

I spent hours looking for a hotel with an indoor pool, knowing my 3 year old would need some play time after being in the car for 14 hours. Finally found one, booked it, and when we arrive we are told the pool has been broken for over a month. How can it possibly take that long for maintenance to get the pool fixed?? I will say, the hotel clerk Seven was very friendly and apologetic.

Felicia was especially helpful and wonderful when we checked in. The indoor pool was broken while we were there. That was the only negative.

Ive stayed here several times. Always nice staff, clean and quiet! Beeakfast is good also! Only thing i didn't line is that the indoor pool was out of service.

Free breakfast was not good compared to competitors. The workout facilities consisted of an elliptical machine and a treadmill in a tiny room.

The parking lot is cramped.

This location was extremely convenient to every place I needed to access while in the Atlanta area. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a refrig and microwave in a cabinet and a large-screen TV. I would have appreciated an extra chair, however, for this double room. The lobby is inviting, as is the breakfast room. I found the staff to be very accommodating. Drawbacks: the indoor pool was out of service for the season, which was disappointing; and there was no vending machine available. However, remodeling seems to be in-progress.

The staff were good. However, the ice needs to be available on all floors.

The bathroom had the nast wafer stains and some mildew. As for cleanliness, at breakfast the tables were not clean after someone left. Had to use water and napkin to clean table for myself. Otherwise the staff were friendly and helpful.

The carpet in the room smelled. My room got real cold so I turned a/c off for about 20 Minutes and you was able to really smell the old, mildew carpet.

The room had cockroaches!! We had to switch rooms at 2 in the morning with a toddler and the front desk had the nerve to ask for a bunch of pictures before granting us a room change and they didn’t even refund us the whole night stay. Because yes we are lying about cockroaches just to wake a grumpy toddler up at 2 am to move rooms

The property was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I wish I was able to attach pictures. Vents in room were rusted and full of dust. Very obvious they do not clean or dust vents. Rust from railing running into the tub. Mattress was HARD AS ROCKS. Pillows were very uncomfortable. And on top of this you get zero house cleaning. Stayed from Friday to Sunday. They only positive is the location. It is convenient to EVERYTHING.

The place and service were immaculately clean and superb. I'd recommend it to friends and family.

Room could use more cleaning, there were grease or food spots on the wall, the head boards of the bed looked greasy from habd prints. The mattress were a little hard for my liking and the beds needed more padding and pillows. We stayed for two nights, we had to call front desk to ask for more wash cloths and towels.

Complimentary breakfast was very good. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Small paint chips attachment from ceiling.

Roaches!!! I saw at least 7. 3 were pregnant. Smh

Clean rooms but if you get the rooms facing the road they are so noisy with sounds of passing cars on the nearby road.

Room was in good condition. Bathroom is old, rusted hinges visible, all USB ports in room not working. Overall customer service was good.

However I checked out today and communicated that because my room was facing the street (main road), it was so noisy. I mean I only got like 5 hours of sleep every night. Traffic started before 6am and really didn’t quiet down until like after midnight. So if I should consider this property in the future, I’d have to have my room facing the back of the property. Trust me you won’t get any rest if you’re a light sleeper as myself.

Conveniently located for my needs, just off 285. Property is clean and quiet. The room was comfortable and spacious. Couple of things not great: 1) Bed pillows were flat and unfluffable. Recommend they be retired and replaced. 2) Two TV sets but only the bedroom set functioned properly. The set in the sitting area presented a menu view but would not select a channel. 3) If this hotel has a WiFi password, no one ever provided it.

The bed and pillows were terribly uncomfortable and will probably keep us from staying at this hotel again. They were not comfortable at all.

Everything was great. I just have one negative issue. The A/C units that you use are very dated, which I'm sure you are aware of. Those type of units make it hard to maintain a comfortable temperature in your room.

Overall everything was decent but the bathtub looked very much like it needs to be entirely replaced

Terrible service lady at front desk was so rude she hung up on me after asking questions just not helpful at all. Don’t stay here

When first arriving to the facilities, I was greeted by Daz. I was not aware Cashapp Visa wasn't working, so we quickly worked toogether to solve the problem. Daz gave me the room I asked for and it was also immaculate. Saturday morning while attending breakfast, a new cook started their first day. They got a little behind on preparing breakfast as it was her first day so she was not aware of where all her cookware was, so Jennifer at the front desk hopped from behind the counter and helped the new cook. Mind you, Jennifer is also a newly expected mother of about 7 months along, but she moved like she was a soldier. I tell you, I haven't had or seen this great customer service and teamwokr in quite some times. Did I mention how clean my room was? Folks, definitely consider making this your next stay. You'll definitely enjoy it!

Front desk staff was absent on many occasions when we needed assistance. Door key cards did not work. No housekeeping between nights of stay and very difficult to get fresh towels!

There was an issue with our room & Sabrina was very apologetic & was very accommodating with my request for a new room. Ms. Dee, property manager, was very easy to work with when I explained the issue & approved refunding a night for our trouble with no problem. Other than that the stay was great & every employee I encountered offered amazing customer service

Dede at the front desk was the nicest person. She went above and beyond to get my reservation correct due to 3rd party overbooking. She was very caring and took great care that we were comfortable. The room was great. Microwave and mini fridge in the room. Water pressure in the shower was perfect. Highly recommend.

The property is clean and quiet. Special Kudos to Front Desk agent Kendra for accommodating my family and I when our room was inadvertently canceled. She went over/ above to get us situated and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again.

The Country Inn and Suites in Smyrna is great. Beautiful hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. We particularly loved the shower! Check in and Check out were very efficient. I just can't stand it when you have to wait forever to get checked in. This hotel handles it beautifully! The only issue, and the one that will probably keep us from booking here again, is the location. We didn't have any trouble LEAVING the hotel to go out for dinner or anything else, but we had so much trouble getting back. The hotel is at a very bad intersection. If you need to make a left turn (and you're a stranger in town because most people who stay at hotels are strangers to the towns they stay in!!!!), it is really difficult to understand which road you need to turn on to. There are two roads to the left. One is a very sharp V, the other is a large angle. We took the sharp V because it seemed like the hotel was right there. Nope. Some kind of parking lot. Then we had to figure out how to turn right out of the parking light, make a U-turn, and then come back to the hotel from the right. It was so difficult. If you're familiar with Smyrna or if it's going to be daylight when you're driving around, this is a great place!!! It really is. But if you've never been here before and you'll be driving in the dark, this probably isn't the best choice.

Great location to highway

Easy access to highways. Several food options within walking distance.

Hotel was clean and stocked with many towels, location was also great for our trip to the Georgia Aquarium as we did not want to stay down town. Plenty of food options nearby. Only downside was that the heater in the pool was not working, but it was still available if you wanted to swim.

Chose it for proximity to the Silver Comet Traill. I was able to get up before dawn and start riding the trail while my husband ( and shuttle driver) slept in. High heat, high humidity day. Thankfully for the early start after a good night's rest.

The only thing we didn’t like was the parking. We have an SUV and found that the parking was tight and there’s only one way in and out of the property.

The free breakfast had something for everyone and had different options each day. We did not use the pool. Only complaint was that beds were not comfortable.

We went this hotel for an overnight stay for a braves game on our way to Florida. It was a very clean facility and the staff were very accommodating and nice. Check in was fast and our free breakfast the next morning was great. Would definitely recommend

Breakfast was bad; Unseasonasoned Watery powder eggs, all food unseasoned, potatoes not fully cooked.

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with many delicious offerings
