L’Hotel è proprio all’uscita dell’autostrada, a un centinaio di metri dalla Stazione Garibaldi e circondato da palazzi degradati. Internamente non è brutto.. ma sicuramente datato. Non ha servizi di rilievo … niente piscina o altro, solo una piccolissima palestra. La colazione è buona e molto varia (sia nel dolce che nel salato) e il servizio attento. Per le stanze segnalo che inizialmente, essendo in 4 (2 adulti e 2 bambini), ci è stata data una stanza al piano ammezzato che era … indecorosa; piccola, tetto basso e travi a vista, bagno piccolo e senza finestra e la stanza con una finestra che non si poteva aprire perché dava su un cavedio fra l’Hotel e un Garage…un incubo; fatto notare hanno cambiato stanza … con una decisamente migliore e più adatta. Il limite è che le stanze familiari sono tutte al piano ammezzato … non certo quello più adatto … per altezza e presenza delle sale meeting. La distanza , molto breve, dalla stazione Garibaldi , e dalla metro, facilita lo spostamento in città , e la presenza di un Garage pubblico attaccato all’ hotel consente il parcheggio sicuro del proprio veicolo ad un costo di €18 al giorno.

The parking lot does not belong to the hotel. You pay 25 Euros per night to the neighbouring parking lot that the hotel has an agreement with, and leave the key in the car (!). The rooms are old-style but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. The area is crowded and trafficky.

The room we were in was DATED! The wallpaper was peeling, ceiling light fixtures were ready to fall out, one had no cover, area around wall switches dirty, bathroom had mold or mildew in the grout, hand held shower broken and didn’t stay in holder. High white stain on rug although the beds were clean. I was very let down and shocked this was a Wyndham / Ramada brand hotel! My asthma even flared up every time I was in the room. The hotel itself is down the block from Naples train station and the area is disgusting, trash rats etc, and full of undesirables. Reminds me of the Bowery or west side of midtown manhattan before they cleaned it up. Three stars is generous

The location is on the ghetto side and due to construction next door, it was somewhat dirty. Our room was smelly when first entered, some kind of funky smell. I noticed that there was visible mold in the bathroom walls and also a hole at our entrance door from the inside. Overall, it was ok. My friend booked the same type of room but got upgraded so their room was much better. We booked the one with 2 bunked beds for 2 teens and 2 adults - family room. Overall, it was a bit far fetch that it is a 3.5 to 4 stars hotel. I think due to the location and conditions of the property, 2 stars is more appropriate. A bit disappointed since we did pay quite high per night.

The hotel is neglected mainly in the floors above the lobby, I was scare to walk barefoot in my room. Carpets, blankets, wall paper from 1980's. The staff is good, This location is good if you care to be close to the train and metro, otherwise choose a hotel north from there

We arrive on April 22th 2023,( booked for 5 nights that were nightmares) got our room but guess what? IT was so hot so I turned on the AC and after 30 min the temperature was the same. Called reseption and they said some one will come to check ot out, after 30 min I called once again and they told me the wont do nothing about it couse they dont use the AC in that month and I have to wait till May 1 to be allow to use it 😡😡 I told them, on my reservation clearly states you have AC. But their respond was open the windows ( that were secureted locked ) and wait another hour for some one to come and unlock them to be open and have some fresh air. The reception personal, I feel bad for them, they are not frendly, long faces all time ( at least the 2 I met ) The area around feels unsafe but it maybe is cause its an old city and problably the area has not been well maintained. But well, there are lots of properties ti try out next time.

hôtel central à proximité immédiate de la place Garibaldi (environ 600-700 m) d'où on peut prendre divers transports : métro, train, bus, taxis...chambre spacieuse avec une magnifique vue sur une partie de Naples et son Downtown (la 301 était ma chambre...), lit confortable, draps changés tous les jours, petit bémol : un peu sombre du fait que la fenêtre était dans le coin de la pièce au lieu du milieu...tres belle salle de bain, stylée, le tout (chambre et salle de bain) très propre, au calme (3e étage)...personnel très sympathique à l'accueil : 1 employé parle bien le français 👍😊(même les dames de menage, lorsque je leur souhaitais "bonne journée" en italien 😁) check-in rapide...très beau resto dans l'hotel, tendance gastronomique avec des serveurs costume-noeud papillon, très bien tout ça !👍😊bref, un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel👍😊...

Lovely room and bathroom. Excellent staff service throughout the hotel. We also chose to have dinner in the hotel and a croissant breakfast the next morning. The food was lovely. Reception staff were really good offering lots of advice but at any time there is only one person on duty. This means waiting some time to check in and check out. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will stay again as I travel through Napoli frequently. However the manager should consider having a back up receptionist when it is busy

The staff was amazing, I request another night stay and remain in our room. They were very accommodating and made sure that they ensured we were happy. The restaurant staff were professional, courteous and very accommodating. The breakfast and dinner were very tasteful and well prepared. Cannot emphasize enough on the restaurant staff a five star feeling.

The people at this Ramada are all very welcoming and helpful. My sister and I needed extra help because she was recovering from an emergency surgery. We needed an accessible room and room service. There are other special requests that we needed and they were very helpful. Thank you Ramada

The property was well run and the room facilities were good with tea maker bath and shower and a good size. The room was very stuffy and the a/c had been turned off so the only solution was to open the window and let in the light, noise and pollution. The area around the hotel is unpleasant with lots of rubbish poverty and dreadful traffic Crossing the road is terrifying. Getting back inside the hotel was a huge relief! Stay in another area if you can afford it.

Excellent! This hotel is conveniently located in the central of Naples. It’s walkable to restaurants, shops but it’s a bit walk to central location. The surrounding appears not safe but it’s on a very busy street. Lots of graffiti gave the impression of not a safe place but we felt ok on our second day. It’s a gated hotel and gate was locked at night. One needs hotel card to get in. We would stay here again the next time we visit Naples.

Zimmer waren in Ordnung und sauber,. Das Problem ist das Frühstück, die speisen Auswahl ist Hauptsächlich auf Kuchen ausgelegt. Der Kaffee ist... Furchtbar das können sogar die Amis besser und das will was heißen. Abendessen im Restaurant kann ich nicht beurteilen. Sollte ich nochmal nach Neapel kommen. Ist das sicher nicht meine erste Wahl. Sorry.
