We had the most amazing spring break at Alla’s villa! Amazing location, just minutes from many restaurants and shops. We felt super safe the whole trip, especially as a group of all girls. Alla was reachable whenever we needed her, but also not over bearing in the slightest. The villa comes with bikes which we found super useful for getting around. We especially loved the house cat, Belka! Absolutely loved our stay here and would come back in a heartbeat.

The pictures don’t do this home justice, as other guest have said. Customized bathrooms, lovely tile flooring, open kitchen design, and the best of all, a very generous and available host. Would highly recommend staying here if ever in tulum.

All the reviews do not do this house justice. It is stunning! All the rooms are beautifully decorated and have gorgeous showers and baths. The living area is open and the kitchen well stocked. The pool area is lovely and the bonus of a roof terrace with full sun all day was great. The house feels very welcoming and the bikes were great fun. Our house Alaya could not have been more welcoming or helpful. She made our stay even more memorable. I cannot recommend highly enough and we hope to return some day.First class accommodation and host.

If you're debating between booking this property and another one, book this one -- you won't be disappointed! Like other reviewers mentioned, the villa is even more beautiful than in the photos. Every room and bathroom is uniquely decorated, and all have their own private balcony overlooking the grounds. The main kitchen and living area are open to the gorgeous gardens. All the bedrooms lock individually and have air conditioning. Inside the property, we felt incredibly secure and secluded. Alla was super easy to communicate with and checked in with us on WhatsApp before and during our trip. She also shared some great recommendations for places to check out nearby! The property is located around the corner from Calle 7, which is the main street through La Veleta, with tons of great restaurant options within a short walk. It's also about 2 minutes walk from an Oxxo convenience store where you can pick up snacks and drinks. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a more peaceful stay or a better location! We can't wait to come back!
