For two nights ok. The personal is friendly and very helpful. Pool, Massage and Gym was perfect. Breakfast was very good but at 8:00 AM there was rush hour (we have to wait a few minutes). In summary a good price/performance ratio.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The food was alright. There is no censor in one of the elevator which hit my arm so bad upon closing that I had the hotel nurse take care of my arm for a couple of days as my upper arm was hurting so bad. Inside the shower, there are no bars to hold on.

Nice surprise very quality hotel with a great coffee bar, smaller but nice rooms. Good rate. Will stay here when in Cebu. Getting to Ayala Mall takes some nimble street crossing but no big deal

The reservations were made for my fiancée, her daughter, nephew, and another relative. Their overall experience was very good with a beautiful interior decor, wonderful view, clean and spacious rooms. The only area I might suggest for improvement is the need for additional pool cleanliness. There was a noticeable smell emanating from the water. A number of staff were from Pampanga which made the trip special since my fiancée's party came from that province. Overall I highly recommend the Cebu Parklane Int'l Hotel.

The hotel is not as good as it was before. When we asked for hand towel and wash cloth, the front desk told us that they ran out of towel 😂 The shower head has rust on it and the water is splashing everywhere. The towel on the floor is dirty.

I had recently stayed at the Parklane hotel for one month. I have stayed here many times before and always had an enjoyable and positive experience. This time was no different. The hotel room is clean and quiet. I am a light sleeper and there for I am easily awaken by noise. One of the things that is usually too noisy for me at many hotels is the air conditioner. Not this one at Parklane. I was able to set it at the lowest setting and still maintain a very cool and comfortable temperature. Other amenities in the room include a safe box to store my valuables, a small refrigerator to keep drinks or water cold, and an electric hot water kettle to boil water for coffee or tea quickly. My only two complaints would be that the bed is slightly too firm for me and the free wifi can be slow at times. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and definitely would stay here again. Oh, one other thing, Ayala Center Mall is just a few minutes away.

Room was quite outdated. AC works but bit loud. Shower works but everytime you use it, water floods the bathroom floor. That's the only downside of this hotel. Location is perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It is a nice clean hotel. The internet is not the greatest. Have to reconnect and sometimes is a funky process. I travel frequently and most hotels are seamless. Not so here. It frankly is annoying when booking flights etc to fight the internet connection.

Out of 4 hotels I booked in the past week as I traveled Cebu this was the worst experience. This was the last hotel and I was hoping for a well air conditioned room with good wifi. The room was really hot and the wifi was really slow. As a traveler, these should’ve been priority. Also the hallways were bombed with air freshener, making it hard to breath. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

We ate dinner and breakfast at Manuel's and we were very disappointed for dinner the pork belly was just skin and fat no meat. The offered beverages were empty. The only thing that tasted good was the lasagna. Then for breakfast nothing really tasted well and the cook didn't even know how to cook different styles of eggs at the egg station. I had requested eggs over medium 3 separate times the first two times she only cooked the wife's and sons omelet and I had to go end two separate times to ask about my eggs finally the third time she came to our table after 45 min past to ask me to explain what I meant and still cooked the eggs wrong. She made them as eggs over hard or well done instead of over medium. The property itself is beautiful and the rooms were nice but this service and foods were very disappointing. We may try this location another time to see if it was just an off night. The location is great it's within a very short walk to Ayala Center Mall.

Very unfriendly staff and management. Kept reminding us that we are paying less than other guests so we don't deserve any of the amenities. Very bad for Expedia. You should consider them as one of your vendors or pay them more so they can treat Expedia guests as their other paying guests. VERY BAD.

amazing stay after a few years from the last time I stayed in Cebu Parklane. Room was okay and airconditioning was also fine considering the age of the hotel. Housekeeping could be better if towels are replenished right away after cleaning. Toilet paper was also not replenished and had to request for it.

This hotel was the nicest and cleanest i have stayed in Philippines over several trips, staff were almost all very good. Room service was fast and friendly, breakfast was excellent with a very good range of foods. Only one negative, the young woman who attended us on arrival could not find our booking, she seemed kind of clueless, asking help from her more experienced co worker, Mb her first day on the job but unnerving. had another incident w her later in our stay.

The property and facilities were fine. My main observation was that the location was not ideal for a vacation. Being in the middle of Cebu city leaves you an hour away from a decent beach or tourist attraction.

I was really surprised how clean and nice this hotel is. I do love the fact you can walk-around and there are food stands in the alleyway next to the hotel. My only complaint is that it isn't a walkable distant to Ayala mall. The distance to the mall isn't far - its the safety. You have to cross 3 very busy roads and it is not safe. Dont take the risk and take a cab.

This is our go to place. Every time we go back to visit family in Philippines we spend a couple days in city either before or after. This is only place we stay. Great hotel, awesome staff. Walking distance to mall with tons of dining options. Love it here. Breakfast buffet is worth it, just FYI, it is more Filipino style but they can accommodate a little for you.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was amazing and the facilities are perfect. Great location and veey close to food and tons of shopping. Breakfast was very good and freshly prepared. We will definitely stay here again and without hesitation we recommend this place. Staff are amazingly friendly and accommodating.
