Allows dogs and cats thk goodness, mgmt very accommodating! Outside doors need to be looked at though, some you couldnt get out and others you couldnt get in (even with card).

Place was a dump. Back door propped open with a rag, some outlets in room didn't work, dusty furniture, hot water lasted no more than 5 minutes, toilet was stained, window in room has several large cracks. Were there 3 days and no one ever cleaned room (we left sign on door requesting cleaning) or brought fresh towels, or emptied the tiny trash can. Couldn't even complain upon check-out as there was no one to be found! Never again!

The staff was very friendly BUT take note that there is NO ELEVATOR. The pool is refreshing and in decent condition. The room was GROSS. The carpet had food and other debris all over, felt disgusting, the fridge had a build up of ice and food debris, the microwave and glass plate had food debris and a horrible odor, the toilet had poop, hair, dust and other debris on it, plus the seat was for an oblong bowl, but the bowl was round. The seat also was not secured properly onto the toilet. The front desk person had to come up with gloves and Clorox to clean the poop off of the lid and seat, as there was no housekeeping available. There was hair and dirt debris on the bathroom floor and in the shower. The pillows were lumpy and there was something funky and uncomfortable about the mattress...it felt uneven and wobbly, for lack of better words. The noise level all through the night was very loud, from the main door slamming, to neighbors flushing the toilet, showering, and just walking. Seems to be lacking any noise insulation, like a horrible run down apartment. Part of the carpet along the wall was coming down, and all the drawers in both dresser and side table were filthy with debris. The towels were mismatched, of different thickness, and one hand towel had a mystery yellow/brown wipe stain on it, so it was immediately unusable. The breakfast room was unattended when I went, and most things were gone well before 9. I hated it, but didn't want to lose my money.

The parking lot was full of potholes. The breakfast had no drinks at all no proteins. The room smelled like dirty laundry. Dirt caked on the window. Old carpet. Bedding had 4/5 stains on the bedspread.water cooler in lobby empty. Toilet seat wouldn’t stay up for men.

Nice clean hotel. Only issue we notice was the pool. It was way below water level so the filters were not able to keep it clean properly, but was still a nice swimming experience. The pool deck was littered with cigarette butts the first afternoon we were there. However, it was cleaned up by the next morning. Service was great! Very friendly and helpful staff. The free breakfast was wonderful with many choices offered.

The outer doors are propped open with a rock. According to the lady at the front desk, it's because the batteries are dead in the key card access. She was completely overwhelmed with her job this evening and it showed in her demeanor. No coffee pot in the room.

Did not even stay. When I checked the room for bedbugs as is good to do when traveling, I found the bedding in the room mismatched and missing blankets. The mattress covers were stained and disgusting looking, plus they did not fully encase the mattresses. Although we had booked for six people, there were only two very small towels for each of the two rooms. The microwave had a plate with two slices of extremely moldy pizza. I read a review in the last week or so describing the same pizza scenario and have to wonder if it is the same plate of pizza. The refrigerator made a very loud buzzing noise constantly. The desk worker didn't even hesitate before starting to refund my money, which included an additional pet fee that appeared to be included on hotels.com. While standing outside trying to find suitable lodging for my family of 6 (a tall order at 7pm on a Friday), the electric box kept making loud popping noises every few minutes. I've stayed in budget rooms, but this was just filthy. I was not about to trust the cleanliness of anything else, like the pool, and especially the continental breakfast.

I stayed here during the festival for 2 nights. Location is great and a lot services around the motel, but the motel itself is worn out and in poor condition. There was a smell in my room, and I had to wash everything that I had with my at the hotel room when I got home. The smell clung to clother, luggage, shoes, even the plastic bags. I believe the smell is mixture of mold, uncleanee HVAC and old mattress/carpet that is has not been cleaned properly.

When I checked in I was given a dirty room. Dirty hand towels, dirty linens, dirty floor, and dirty microwave. I reached out to the front desk and was assured it would all be taken care of. We had a concert and when we returned the room had not been cleaned. It was close to 2am so I waited to speak with staff the next morning and all I got was sorry have a good day! I would not recommend this room.

The entire room was “moist”. The carpet and bedding felt damp. There were cockroaches in the room (discovered them in the morning!!!)😬😬😬. Bummed out and feel like I was exposed to disease!

Overall we had a good time our shower didn’t drain well and our toilet kept running the shower was dirty we wore flip flops to shower!! Toothpaste all over our mirror not from us and the carpet was gross!! Breakfast wasn’t bad same thing every day but it was food!!

Stayed here in June and wish I could give the same review that I gave in June. The room I had in June was quiet and comfortable this room was terrible. The darkening curtains were hanging and unable to close. I went to inform the gentleman at the front desk that the curtains were hanging and before I could say I was just letting him know we did not pull them down, I was asked if I wanted another room and he wasn't very friendly about it. I told him no that I was just informing them that we did not destroy the curtain. His tone changed and he said okay I will make a note of it for the repair guy. The whole second floor was terribly noisy. I was awakened several times by toilets flushing water running and people talking very loudly in the room next to us. Of course the noisy guests were not the hotel staff's fault but the walls are paper thin. Stayed at three different hotels prior to staying here and could not hear the guests in other rooms. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly in the morning and did the best they could to keep the breakfast items full. We were greeted with a smile in the morning and they remembered us from the last time we stayed which was very nice. I am not one to complain I just did not want to be charged for something we did not do. The carpet look like nail polish was spilled all over it and our sheets had tears in them. The bed was very uncomfortable. Thank goodness we were only staying one night I don't think I could have stayed any longer.

The hotel appeared clean our room was clean. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were horrible. They were flat. They were misshapen. They were terrible. The smell in the hall was atrocious. Someone was smoking clearly smoking. Maybe several people were smoking the whole end of the hall. Just smelled bad. Somebody had a dog so it smelled like fecal matter of a dog and smoke

Check in lady was awesome. Quick and friendly as can be! Loved her! The room however, the sheet was dirty with what appeared to be a coffee, pee or soda stain, all pillows are flat as a line, bathroom sink wasn’t usable because it had a leak and you could see the pipes visibly broken (when I called to let evening shift know he said “ok i can give you some more towels?” , Wi-Fi? Didn’t do you any good because the signal is so weak it’s not worth it

We had trouble connecting to a workable wifi system. The manage gave me a phone number to call, which I did and the service person told me it should be working with the hour. I called back in a couple of hours. Still not working. The service person was able to hook us up after we gave him our ip #. Not a great recommendation for an overnight place that supposedly has internet.

Great service and clean but lots of things that needed to be repaired. First, the outer door security card swipe box had been pried off of the wall so anyone could just walk in. My room door didn’t latch unless I pushed very hard and pulled the door upward. The curtains in the room were plastic and mine were ripped apart so they didn’t provide privacy. From the outside I could see that every room also had ripped shades and some were falling off of the rods. The sink plug didn’t work so I had to pull it out to get the water to drain. No cold water, it was either scalding hot or warm.

From the outside I could see that every room also had ripped shades and some were falling off of the rods. The sink plug didn’t work so I had to pull it out to get the water to drain. No cold water, it was either scalding hot or warm.

The staff was amazing!!! I can’t say enough. Check in was quick and easy. There were a few minor issues day 1 but staff took care of all of our needs immediately. The bed was soooo comfortable, nice pillows, plenty of towels, delicious breakfast. I would stay there again

Arrived with no power to the building at 3 pm, left and returned at 8pm still no power, talked to the front desk staff and they said I can find another place and to file a refund and they would issue it, did that and my refund was denied, terrible service!

When I checked in I was given a dirty room. Dirty hand towels, dirty linens, dirty floor, and dirty microwave. I reached out to the front desk and was assured it would all be taken care of. We had a concert and when we returned the room had not been cleaned. It was close to 2am so I waited to speak with staff the next morning and all I got was sorry have a good day! I would not recommend this room.

We had to have the room keys recharged every single day (multiple times). The lady at the front desk was perturbed when I stated I needed new cards, and I really needed key cards that worked more than once. She barked something at me. No elevator, and we were on the second floor. I was pretty peeved at that point. Will not stay here again due to staff at front desk.

I contacted the facility about 12:00 PM prior to my arrival yesterday stating that I will be running late and not arriving until after 7 o’clock. I was told not to worry, my room would be available. When I arrived at 8:20, Carolyn, I believe it’s her name, informed me that my reservations were canceled by the hotel. She stated that Expedia had overbooked the facility, and they did not have a room for me. I asked for a suggestion for a place to go and I was provided absolutely no information other than to call Expedia. Fortunately, another clerk who was just about to go home did some trouble shooting found a room that was listed as blocked but could be used. So I was able to get a room. I was totally dissatisfied with the one clerks lack of concern about the failed reservation. She said she tried to call me, but I received no call and she again blamed Expedia. I guess the lack of concern by the one clerk is typical for customer service today. Someone needs to look into this arbitrary cancellation and resolve it. Especially since I called ahead and informed this facility I would be late. No one, after a long hard day of traveling should be met with such lack of concern by agents of the facility. .

Hotel was clean nice room for the price. Ideal location easy to acess with great restaurants close by. Multiple pets were there and continuous barking all day and night was the only down side to the stay. But in the future will not be a deal breaker for me.

When we arrived there was a crowd of 20 plus people. Most were drunk. Went to park and a woman was throwing up right outside our driver door. Heard an employee talk about being the bouncer for the hotel and a couple other details. Didnt feel like this was a safe place to stay. So we went to delta.

You get a smile from Donna(?) as soon as you walk in the place is clean. The beds are so soft. It’s close to everything. Cracker Barrel and the Huntington mall. I don’t check on other places. They make you feel welcome and always invite you back.

Positives: The staff were friendly and the property up to date. The area was convenient and property overall clean. Negatives: There were brownish stains and something sticky on one of our bedding sets. Breakfast was a HUGE disappointment. We are a family of 6 and I was counting on a hot breakfast to save a great deal of money on a meal. I even called properties to verify and settled on this booking due to being assured they offered a hot breakfast which is only on weekends I was told as well. Not completely untrue as there was a small quantity of sausage links and scrambled eggs available, but the juice machine was empty (had been empty for 4 days according to another guest), no other drinks available, the cereal dispensers were empty except for raisin bran, waffle station was present but there was no batter. There were some biscuits and bread slices along with condiments and a few limited pastries. Needless to say, one of my main reasons for selecting this property was a huge let down. We had to spend an amount almost equal to the booking price for breakfast as my kids are picky eaters and a variety could have eliminated that problem. So, money from our school shopping budget that certainly could have been better spent.
