+ Comfortable beds + Very Spacious room + Friendly personnel + Ample parking space - Temperature control in the room, it was far too warm. - Rooms could use a small renovation - Amenities were fairly basic

Our room was not cleaned on the second day, the staff said I had asked them to not do the room. I did not ask them at all they just never did it

We chose the hotel for proximity to the MECC. Great location, parking isn't included in the price. The lobby was very pleasant and had plenty of seating. The rooms are very dated and need a makeover. TV was very small and only had a couple of channels working. We tried to get some food in the evening to take back to our room following a long and tiring day, we waited over an hour for a simple dish. The staff were fabulous but the system is not working to support them.
