The room is very out-dated and lacks basic amenties such as a safe and drawers to store folded clothes. The room TV has some sort of Temu special Android box what was impossible to use. They are a three-star resort on a technicality.

The hotel has very unreliable internet in the rooms. Moreover, this hotel is really dated--like from the 1970s. I was absolutely surprised that it is called a "resort." What it offers is location--right across from the beach. Personally, I would rather walk one block and feel as if I am in the 21st Century. The curtains are old and ratty, the doors let in light and air, the doors are scuffed and need repainting, etc. All of this adds to an air of dilapidation that makes one feel as if they are staying budget hotel.

The room was NOTHING like the picture advertised on hotels.com and the “upgraded” room that the app states was “ocean view” looked directly into the window of the building next to it. No safe or refrigerator. First and last time. Definitely a miss for the amount of money I spent.

The hotel was rundown. So many things wrong Toilet seat lose, shower didn't work well. Things falling off,etc etc Will never stay there again and not sure I will use hotels.com again as you had this on your site. This was not an inexpensive stay either. Extremely overbilled

Room misrepresented on hotels.com. Room was bare bones basic, zero amenities, no chair, rusted metal balcony rail, pleasant staff but poor servixe
