The staff were very friendly and helpful in finding onward transportation options in Bali. Breakfast at the neighboring hotel was very delicious, and we were very satisfied. The pool area was very nice, and it’s also close to the beach. The room itself was okay—it's a slightly worn hotel, and these are minor things, but we noticed, for example, that we didn’t receive hand soap, and there was a general lack of hooks for hanging towels. The lobby had visible mold on the walls and smelled damp and musty—just a heads-up for guests. However, there was nothing like that in the room.
